Very unimpressed. T & T kept the car all day, did not fully diagnose the problem, and charged $200+. Upon reoccurrence of the problem, I took the car to Ray’s Auto in the NE where the technician diagnosed and completely resolved the issue in 18 minutes while I observed. For $30. Told T & T. Complaint fell on deaf ears.

I went in for an airbag replacement. The gentlewoman who attended to me was very courteous and particularly well informed. I believe her name is Jasmine. Kudos to her and to everyone at T&T that treated me like a king.

We just bought a used civic at T&T through Sam and Johnny for our son (his first car!) and had one of the best car buying experiences to date. Great guys and great team, highly recommend them!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Honda T&T for almost 8 years. We actually bought our 2014 Pilot there, brand new. Prior to my visit on January 15,2022, I was upset because something was not explained to me clearly by a staff, thereby losing my free oil change incentive.

Chris Antonio was the one who assisted me on my last visit for a scheduled maintenance service. Chris is the best! Too bad that was the first time for me to meet him in almost 8 years. He explained to me everything even when it was a very busy day. He even checked how my daughter was doing as we had to wait there for about 4hrs. He followed up and updated me a few times on what’s going on with my vehicle. He got me back to the free oil change program. I will only deal with him the next time I go there for another scheduled maintenance! T&T, treasure this guy! He surely is a perfect example of what customer service should be!

I brought my car for a regular maintenance and they said there's a leak on my engine and it will cost me around $1500. I was surprised coz I don't see any oil drips on my garage floor. So I went to an independent mechanic just for a 2nd opinion since I don't have that much money for the fix and he said the leak is not that bad and he said if I want it to be fixed on my next oil change he can fix it for $150.

I've heard that since the sale is slow most of the dealers are now trying to make it up with the maintenance service.

My husband was looking at trading in his truck. I saw one online, told my husband we need to see it. I have bought many cars from T and T Honda. They have always been the best, they treat you like gold.

Jonny the used car manger he did everything to make sure to get us the best deal on our trade in. He also then made sure the truck was in perfect working order. Brakes done, oil change, full tank of gas (this truck would be about $150 to fill up). I also noticed a rock chip on the windshield and Jonny is taking care of that for us. My husband is so happy with this truck and excited that they put in as much work into the truck that they did. He had never been treated this good when buying a vehicle, and we will be back when we need one again and make sure we let everyone know about the great service. You don’t know how good a dealership is till you go to T and T Honda as they will take care of you.

I Had a great experience at T&T Honda, I was looking for a vehicle and I had help from Charlie, who greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in. He was very polite, helpful, Knowledgeable, friendly.

The staff there was wonderful as well and the overall environment was comfortable. I would definitely go back in the future. I would also recommend T&T Honda to my friends and family!

I have bought many vehicles from many different dealerships and everyone I have sworn I would never come back because of service or they out and out lied to be about the vehicle. I have to say I will be back to t&t Honda and that’s all thanks to Jonny their used car manager. He made me feel like he truly had my best interests at heart. The truck had not been amvic inspected yet so we made a tentative deal for the truck. They found the breaks were under fifty percent and changed them. The tire were under 60 percent and they changed them as well. All this after I had already had my heart set on this truck and made a deal on it. The dealership made me feel like a part of the family from start to finish. I will be back to buy another vehicle from them the next time I am looking for one

Due to rising fuel costs my wife and I made a call to T&T Honda to see what kind of trade we could expect for our 2013 Ram 1500. I will admit that I thought we were in for more of what we have felt at dealers in previous years where you feel pushed to buy and usually end up way over your budget. Rahul was not pushy at all and was genuinely interested in helping us get the right deal. The price he got for us putting our truck out for bid exceeded any expectation we had going in, we could not refuse.
Then Warren who took care of the financing explaining the different options available and did not rush us one bit. Once again the price didn't go up by much and came in under what we budgeted for. We're already enjoying the fuel economy and comfort of our new Civic. We cant thank you enough T&T Honda.regards, Tim & Liz.

Darren, eve, and andrew was an angel to me they got me out on my nightmare paying a high interest rate.they done everything they could theyre awesome and easy to deal with. If you guys want a new vehicle that you want to go to tnt honda and look for these folks theyre amazing. Happt client here, more power and god bless people.

If there is a option for zero star then i will give it to them. Firstly they give you payment and when you agree on it. Nd goes for further process then they increase the payment by saying u have to pay 10 % down.they just waste your time. Its better to go Calgary Honda they give you best deals and approve your car on the deal which you will agree on.

We had to buy our vehicle in the same day because we were travelling from Edmonton to Calgary and we received the BEST service we have ever received in our lives! Karam and Jonny went above and beyond helping us, and even sharing good news when we got home about extended warranty. You can tell these people truly care for their customers and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. You can't beat honest and authentic care in the car world. I love T & T Honda. They are kind and always explain to me what mechanical things I need and what can wait. I feel like I am treated with honesty and respect every time I deal with them. Sometimes I think they overbook themselves, and communication issues can happen, but overall, it seems like a good work culture which can then be passed on to customers:)

The service advisor Greg was pleasant and helpful, gave me the best service for my car.other employees, at the shuttle service and receptions, were also friendly.they seem to have good teamwork as the quality of service was consistent in the positive work environment.this is my 4th Honda and i have been to other Honda dealers over the last 35 years.this one is the best and is highly recommended.

Bought a new Honda Civic from Karam and the whole experience was amazing, no complaints. Had a terrible experience at village Honda so I came here and they accommodated all my needs and answered all my questions and tried their best to meet my requests. They worked very hard to get what I wanted. It was my first new car purchase and the team here made it extremely easy. Female friendly and no bs at this location! Very honest team! It’s almost a year and half when I first purchased my car at T&T Honda, and recently I was thinking of selling my vehicle- (Beatrice). So when I started to visit other dealerships, I was presented with reasonable quotes for my 2014 Ford Focus, but before agreeing to any of the offers, I wanted to check with T&T Honda. After all, my experience purchasing my vehicle was amazing, and they were transparent and honest throughout the process! Johnny was the main man - (Michael Jordan), and they even gave me new new winter and all season tires. Therefore, this time around, when selling my vehicle, I spoke with Johnny and informed him about the offers dealerships had provided me, he told me to stop by and he could see what he could do. Well long story short, I ended up getting close to the same value of my vehicle which I purchased it for at the time (10k) while other dealerships didn’t come close to the figure they offered me. Even after a year and half, T&T Honda went beyond and above to support me in selling my vehicle! Also, I also had the privilege to be assisted by a great representative by the name of Rahul who drove me back to my residences and provided me great advices for my future vehicle purchase as well as tips to look for when purchasing a SUV. For my next vehicle purchase, it’s without any hesitation, it’s going to be at T&T Honda! Both Johnny and Rahul need to immediately be promoted to GM!

T & T is a great place to deal with! John Crobleholme is the best Service Advisor I have ever met (I am now retired but I have worked with many Service Advisors over the last 40 years and John is better by a head and shoulders, he always tells you what to expect and what you need.). He is very professional and has always kept me up dated throughout the repair process! Jason is a very competent technician, he found the problem and repaired it in less time than original diagnosis charge estimate! Dan in the parts department is also extremely competent and always gives me excellent customer service. I really appreciate the all the excellent service I always receive at T & T, which in my opinion is the best Honda Dealership in Calgary!

Came to buy Honda Civic sedan and were helped by a nice lady Janice and Sid, I would suggest everyone to come see these nice people. Sid has an indepth knowledge of the product and explained the product very well, we even had doubts after signing the deal and he cleared all that. Janice was amazing as well. Really happy with the purchase.

One of the best honda dealerships my family has experienced thru. We have been a customer since 2010. My family recently (Nov 2018) purchased another vehicle here with Danny (the sales guy) and he has been very patient and understanding throughout the process. People here acknowledge you and help you in both the sales and service and parts department. Definitely recommend this Honda dealership than any other Hondas in the city. We live the in SW and would drive across the city to this dealership for the fantastic staff and service here. 5 thumbs up. Just purchased a vehicle last month from T&T Honda and could not be more satisfied. The staff made the whole process so easy. The manager Rick Brar personally came to assist us with the purchase. The vehicle we purchased was used and Rick assured us that everything would be fixed and brand new upon delivery. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership. I just recently bought a car and every department really took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy as a customer. I left feeling that I had all the support I needed. I know I can go back and ask any questions or talk about any future concerns I might have. Eve M did a wonderful job with the financial part of the car buying process. She was very informative and made sure I was aware of everything when purchasing my vehicle. Allen the sales manager walked me through the whole vehicle purchase as well. He answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. He has a fun and friendly personality. Ramy Y one of the Delivery Specialist came out after I bought and picked up the car and answered further questions about the car and how to use all the equipment. He took time to make sure I felt I had that extra support. I recently went in for an inquiry about my vehicle and John C one of the Service Advisors checked everything and answered all my questions. He had excellent customer service. Very personable as well as communicative. He made sure everything was explained to me and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service at this location and the time each department takes with customers to make sure all questions are answered. Great job to the team here!

Very good dealership for new Honda purchase. You have to understand that this is a quality product and you do pay for that. This dealership offers full up front disclosure and there are no added fees. My rating based on the following: One star for Honda quality. Top notch. One star for reputation. 45 years in Calgary doesn't happen by accident. One star for fair pricing. There isn't excessive mark up here. I know because I worked here for six months. Finally, one star for people here. Good group who understand vehicles and like showing off this quality brand. Previously my review indicated a 2 star rating which is strange because I never rated the dealership. I wanted to revise my rating to be fair to T and T.

I bought my 2012 Honda Accord (used) from TNT Honda, helped by STEVE, had a great experience from the team since I walked in, very welcoming. Everyone was trying to help me with my deal, Basel from management team helped me a lot even after the deal was done. 100% recommended! Hoping to do more business with TNT Honda in the future!

Worked with Service Advisor Jeff regarding a diagnosis of poor idling and start-up on my 2007 Honda CR-V. He was very informative regarding what the issue was, what my options were and how to proceed with my final decision. The parts unfortunately, were shipped to the wrong dealership at no fault of T&T Honda. Jeff gave me a call to inform me of the situation and followed up to rescheduled the repair once he had his hands on the part personally to ensure I wouldn't have to make an extra trip there. Although I cannot yet speak to the quality of service yet, I really appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism from this advisor.

My family and I received excellent service the moment we set foot in T&T Honda. We have been here many times in the past and the level of professionalism has always been the same! This time around we finalized a deal with one of their finest associates, Jas Singh who exuded an unbiased, hospitable, friendly approach- wrap around a cool demeanour. It was refreshing to not have a salesperson OVER sell you on a car you already knew you wanted and agree to a price that was on par with what was fair market.
