Apologies I can’t remember the young man’s name who helped me today, or I didn’t ask.
A typical experience for me at gun stores is quite frustrating when it comes to specialty buys like optics, today was an exception.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and offer feedback based off of what your looking for as it suites your needs, he also had the presence of mind to soft up sell which I appreciated in the end.
I came in for a reflex sight which I wasn’t considering wouldn’t meet my needs exactly, this young man pointed me in the direction of a red dot scope that would work with my co-witness setup.
I could tell he was actually listening and indulged my request to mount it for a test view.
I never write reviews but this young man blew me away so I felt compelled.
Thank you! When it works for me to shop their eg price etc I’ll definitely choose Tundra and look for that young man again.

Dishonest and unhelpful people. I purchased a few magazines online that turned out to have some reliability issues as a result of a sloppy pin job, where the spring would regularly catch on the pin because it was incorrectly sized. Tundra offered little to no help, and strung me along for two months while they "contacted their supplier". I emailed their supplier directly and got a response in 12 minutes, not two months. These people are dishonest crooks and I'm ashamed to have given them business; it'll be my first and last time and I genuinly hope somebody can learn from my mistake. Stay away from these liars.

Purchased a pew late Wednesday 03-08-23. I live in Calgary, and if Canada Post didn't have a shipping error, I would have had it Monday. I have dealt with Tundra Supply 3 times now, and every time, they have been super accommodating and quick to ship. Highly recommend!

Got a GSG16 for $50 more than Cabela's but I wanted to try out the new store and support local (although I live an hour out of the city) and they took a magazine out of the box! Every single retailer shows that it includes TWO magazines. GSG themselves said that they include 2 mags in every box and that some retailers will pinch the extra mag to sell for more profit.
Pathetic business practice, I'll bring my thousands elsewhere.

They have a great selection of reloading components and a good selection of rifles. Their inventory turns over enough that it is worth stopping by once in a while to check out whats new.

Can't say anything about the physical store, but their online "raffles" are extremely slow. I paid to get the stickers delivered. After a couple months of chasing the stickers. They told me they had shipped them out 3 times. I never got them. Ive given up. Note- ive never had issues with canada post and receiving letter mail

Looking forward to buying my weapons here.

FRAUD ALERT. Several months ago I did my due diligence before purchasing a rifle from Tundra Supply. There were not too many negative reviews. They shipped me the wrong rifle. The "owner", Jon Iskiw, acted like a petulant child when I pointed out their obvious mistake, and ghosted me. I had to sell the rifle at a loss. On his Linkedin account, the so-called "owner" of Tundra Supply listed his main job as "shift supervisor at Starbucks". A real "winner"! It does not surprise me to see a number of negative reviews lately, and no reply from the "owner". This ship is sinking fast. Buyer Beware!

Love Tundra Supply! As a female I often get over looked in sporting shops but not in Tundra! The team is very helpful and understanding when I ask many questions. They always take the time out to help me with my growing love for this sport! Thank you Jon for your help and dedication.

Absolutely amazing business. Site well kept, good stock, super fast response to requests. Communication brief and very efficient. Shipment and delivery unparalleled. Highly recommend, however such a gems should be kept as a secret place. Thank you for your business.

Definitely important to shop around. Some of their prices are competitive but some of them are highly overpriced to the point of almost being greedy. I definitely want to support a small business but if you're not going to be competitive and you're not going to price match then you're shooting yourself in the foot. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly for the most part but that's not enough for customers if the prices are sometimes unreasonable and there's no room for pricing flexibility.

Very disappointed here. Thought it would be good to support a local shop instead of buying from a large online retailer. Bought a $350 light/laser, Streamlight TLR8. Got it home, left it in the box until I received the firearm it was purchased for. Installed it a couple weeks later, it was missing a laser adjustment screw. Literally missing a part. Called Tundra before driving an hour into town to exchange/return it. They said to make sure I had the receipt and the original box in new condition. Had all of that. Drove the hour into town to get a new one. Was told "purchase was made over 7 days ago so we can't do anything". Definitely a 'wow' moment for me. Unused light, with box, with all accessories, with receipt, purchased three weeks ago.got a big 'get stuffed' from Tundra. This being the case, what's the point of buying local like this? Better off just purchasing from Amazon. This shop will not see another cent from me.

I have made a couple purchases from this company. Watch carefully on paperwork as they make many mistakes. Minimal stock on common ammo. On my last purchase, they took the cheap trigger lock (that’s always included on every firearm sale) off and made me buy one to get a extra sale. These guys are better off staying at the range rather then trying to sell guns. I’m going to assume the 5 star reviews are mostly their friends. They are only open friday and weekends so picking up purchases after receiving transfer permits take additional waiting times. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere as there are no benefits to this business. Higher prices and less service.

EDIT TO RESPONSE:

When I got home, I found the factory trigger lock was in the box. Same cheap similar as to the one you took off. You obviously don’t sell much to know that they come with factory trigger locks. As you said in your response, hard to keep up with the big box stores. Paperwork? You had to ask me to respond to you. You don’t sell enough to not be able to find me. Mistakes on paperwork? I don’t want to embarrass you and give too much info. Im not trying to hurt your business, just want to give a fair review.

We've had issues that we managed to settle, nonetheless it was small, had poor selection and the staff wasn't very knowledgeable. I'm not gonna use again but feel free to try, others seem not to care too much and for the most part guns and bullets go bang so who cares.

Great local resource for everything firearm related. Jon and his staff are top notch and huge supporters of the shooting sports. Location may be small but the knowledge is huge. Definitely support this little shop so they don't disappear.
