Was at Tunerworks on behalf of a family member and was very grateful the guys helped me out quickly and efficiently, otherwise I would have been out of my depth trying to manage myself.

I recently purchased and had winter tires installed at Tuner Works. Rob and the team there are great to deal with. I highly recommend Tuner Works for their expertise and excellent customer service.

Top notch outfit. I bought a set of wheels and tires for my 3/4 ton, but I specifically didn’t want anything obnoxious looking or anything that would rub on factory suspension.

Mark was very patient in providing me information and education on what I should be looking for from the vendors that they represent. Found a set of wheels that were available and matched the appropriate dimensions. Mark confirmed with multiple sources over my concerns about wheel rub, including the manufacturer.

They mounted the wheels and had them ready to go with communicated timelines; Mark gave me all the hardware without my asking, as I wouldn’t have known new lugs were needed, but it made the process so much more simple and allowed me to just bolt them on and enjoy!

I can't say the experience was seamless, some minor glitches with ETA but I don't think it was the shops fault and not work marking down a star.

These wheels are beyond anything I expected. One very happy customer. Will be back and would recommend these guys to anyone.

Would have liked to go back as they do a good job of washing the vehicles and fairly organized and professional looking, but they charged me $200 for an OE air filter on my M240i. That’s right. A Mahle b58 air filter for $199.63. Like I said, a nice shop and all but that is absolutely ridiculous. It takes less than 10 seconds to take apart the top air box cover on a gen 1 b58 engine. Wish I had looked at the bill before paying. For reference this was back in June of 2022. I was in for my first oil change since buying the car and since then have not and most likely will not return and would not recommend…

I went here to get my grampas cars tires changed and it looked spectacular when it was done. They have an excellent little area with magazines rims and in the back a little storage place. They do fine work and I hope to see them more in the future
