Dr Karan is great. The clinic waiting time is low but phone calls can be slow. She is very passionate and she identifies issues before I come to her. She is willing to give referrals.

I don't mind waiting because sometimes she stays long hours to see her patients if needed.

Whenever i book an appointment here the doctor is never on time shes always 30-40 mins late so whats the point of me booking an appointment

Dr Karan is very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how she really takes her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanour has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

We moved to the area and were looking for a new family doctor. Found this clinic close to our place and decided to bring my daughter in for her ears. Doctor Karan was very nice and was able to solve our problem. A couple days later my son was sick. Brought him in and again had a great service from doctor Karan. She's patient and taking time to help him. People who complain should know that she's only 1 doctor in the clinic who works almost every day with a disabled son at home. It can be a lot. Long wait is normal when she's busy so try to be patient and compassionate. At any other clinics you will have to wait as well. So far we have great experiences and will continue to be seeing her. Thank you!

Dr Tulika is an excellent physician who always prioritizes her patients. She always takes the time to listen to the patients’ concerns and is always available for walk ins even if the clinic is about to close. She is single handedly managing the clinic very well.

I think booking appointments is useless.they will make you wait an hour or so for sure it doesn't matter if you have booked or not, they will make you wait.

I had an appointment at 3.15
. 4 people walked in after me saying they had appointments

The clinic is close to sobeys, it's a very clean facility. Dr. Karan, takes time to ask questions, very thorough with the needs of her patients. She is very approachable. Me and my husband highly recommends her if you need a family doctor.

Dr Karan has been our family physician since last 7years. It has been simply superb, in short! Very knowledgeable, and ready to help at any time! On the medical front, this clinic has provided for me and my family all the convenience possible! Thank you!
