Horrible service and food was not better.
Took 10 minutes after being seated (at a crumby table) to see a server and was rudely asked straight away for drinks, I had wanted a smoothie and a coffee but after ordering the smoothie she immediately turned to my boyfriend to get his drink order then tried to walk away, I had to call after her asking for a cappuccino (that was on the menu) to which she said “we don’t do that” then walked away with offering or asking if there was anything else. We where also never offered refills at any point.
Takes about another 15 minutes for our food order to be taken, after the food comes out my bagel was burnt, the salmon was brown (?) and the capers where somehow both mushy and dry and my boyfriends bacon resembled paper towel in both appearances and flavour.
Waitress never came back so we tried our best to get down the somewhat edible parts. After finishing what little we could we stacked the plates to signify we where finished but did not see the waitress again for another 45mins even though we where the ONLY people in the restaurant (photos attached as proof the place was empty) and could hear her loudly conversing with a coworker in the bar/kitchen area. When she did come back it was just with the bill and machine, she did not clear plates or ask how the food was.
My boyfriend urged me not to tip at all considering the circumstances but as I work in the industry I still left a 2$ tip on the 50$ bill which I immediately regretted as she audibly sighed/grunted at me and rolled her eyes upon printing the receipt and immediately crumpled it and shoved it in her pocket and walked away without offering me my copy.
Extremely appalled and disappointed in the treatment and quality of both food and service provided to paying customers.
Would give 0 stars if possible don’t go here!

Not my favourite brunch/breakfast place by any stretch of the word. But that’s just personal taste more than a reflection of the restaurant. Never been disappointed in my food (except when they gave me literally 3 capers on my eggs benny but whatever). But the service and food leave nothing to be desired so nothing to complain about either.

I normally order their mushroom eggs Benedict, and I've noticed it hasn't really been as good as it was before. The coffee is also too strong, so not the best tasting. Their pancakes are some of the best pancakes I've had, however.

On a different note, one of the main reasons I continually go there is because of their staff, most notably Marissa Gallard. She treats us like family every time we are there and we always leave with a smile on our faces whenever she helps us.

Apparently that location is undergoing new ownership, so I believe they may be changing their staff. I really hope they keep Marissa, because she definitely deserves the recognition of her amazing customer service and hard work.

Greeted warmly. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food was cooked just as I asked. Great place. Great prices. Would recommend to anyone.

We went in there for a breakfast.
For my meal I ordered the Nutella waffle which was good with the right amount of sweetness and fruits.
But the second dish, the egg crepe lacked flavours and the quantity of the fritters were too less. Same with the fruits.
The maple syrup on the table was diluted by adding water as it had the consistency of a water not of a maple syrup.
The server were helpful and polite.
All in all it could have been a better visist if the portion sizes was adequate.

This restaurant has us coming back for breakfast, we love it but man someone needs to adjust the heat, everytime its super hot, very uncomfortable

Raw food. Lousy service, placed an order she came back to ask what did I order. She even heard it down on a piece of paper. Told her that we get him a discount. Do not apply online bill. Waited 20 minutes for toast to come, and also another 10 minutes for refill of coffee and drinks.

Same kind of service as before but this time pancakes were raw & I was forced to pay for them.

Not coming back!

I have always loved Tutti Frutti but this location was terrible. This has nothing to do with our server, she was great. The presentation of the food was amazing but the food itself was terrible.coffee terrible. This location was also very unclean, they had a table in the middle with a dirty rag and unlabelled cleaning supplies that they were using to wipe down tables. Our table was sticky. I also saw a server go to the washroom with her apron on.

Food was so below average tasting. Cappuccino tasted like double double from timmies with milk froth. I gave 2 stars for the food. However our server deserves a 5 star. She was great.

Love this place! The food is always so delicious. I am a big fan of the omelets. They always accommodate my keto dietary needs as well. The staff have always been such a joy, especially Darlene. She always takes the time to provide excellent service and does it with a smile! We have been coming here for a few years now, and this is the place we always come to, even if we have to go out of our way. Thank you everyone at Tutti Frutti!

The old lady with short hair is so rude I can’t believe someone would hire her. Would have given zero if I could. Never been so insulted by someone before.

How fast was the service?
Fast enough for us.
Good food takes time. Eggs are especially hard to make awesome! My friend has several diet considerations to deal with!
Best feathered hash browns! 2 delicious! Eggs, as I asked for. My friends several diet issues, our waitress took the time to understand, & check back, 2 make sure.
I’m usually not a fan of waffles! However, I had the special, including, apples on a waffle. I ate it 1st!
We got to linger as long as we cared 2.
Plenty of refills of coffee for us.
Overall pleasant experience, again.

It is a good restaurant for breakfast dishes. The staff is really friendly and they treat you nicely. The food was also very good as well as the price of said food.

Great food always service is prompt we love coming here.is time to spend a litle money on renovating all your booth seats.

Had my blood test done early morning at Dynalife just next door to Tutti Frutti which is open at the same time at 6am very smart move. Oh and food is very good one staff she's a Filipina very nice Lady

Good place to eat if you like eggs. I have an allergy to eggs, so there is not much to choose from.

Great food the server had such good attitude i gave her a 20 tip priced right your benches need a spruce up makes a nice looking place look old

This place has blatantly disrespectful staff members I believe should be terminated. You walk in thinking this is a great place to eat, friendly ladies, clean environment. The longer you sit, the more disappointed you get. Maybe it was because we were FN? Maybe because the servers are nearly 60 years of age? Either way, waiting for 45 minutes to place an order, isn't good service. I suggest you stay away from this location, it would be best for you and your loved ones. Extremely disappointed.

This was our first time going here and it was phenomenal. Our waitress was an older lady who was incredibly sweet and awesome at service. The asparagus eggs Benedict were delicious as was the maple caramel apple waffles! We loved everything about the place!

Breakfasts are quite big. And there is a large selection of them.
However, the waffle that was served to me for breakfast was too hard on the side, but raw inside. It seems that they baked it very quickly and did not finish it.
There were many people, maybe the cooks were in a hurry.
Apparently, the restaurant takes quantity, not quality

We where seated and had been left 20 minutes before I had to ask for service. However they where awesome with how they recovered getting out our orders in and food out after. Super yummy place to eat though. This is my second time eating here and its been good boh times.

Your one server today was pretty overwhelmed I noticed. Should have more staff on. Long time to get seated and the bill. Food was very good though

Very bad service. Very expensive for getting bagel that was not fresh at all. We need to pay for everything. We needed to ask for toast and we had to pay for that. Usually the coffee was free now, they ask for 2.75. I was not happy at all

Normally I'm a huge fan of Tutti Frutti. Not this location. Firstly, the restaurant had a televangelist channel on the tvs. Unacceptable. Second, the service was really bad. Took a very long time to take our order, and we waited 30+ minutes for our bill. We also didn't get a coffee refill until we started getting ready to leave. Food was also not great. Bacon and fruit was fine, but the pancakes and waffles we're undercooked.

We were seated without given menu while others were escorted to their seats with menu, when we ask for help the staffs literally ignored us and walked pass pretending they didn’t hear or see us. Worst service ever.

The experience I had from beginning to end was not great. Positive points. The toast was hot and buttered. The water came in lidded cups with lots of ice. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Tables and seats not wiped down. Sanitizer wasn't diluted so tables were sticky. Our server blamed the staff even though it was her section. The management was not experienced enough to deal.with the pressure. We were seated near the kitchen and had every scraped plate, glass and dropped bussing container abuse our ears while we tried to eat. The entire staff could be heard yelling at each other while the manager informed everyone that no one was going home because there was too much to do. The television above me hadn't seen a duster in a decade. The food. Lack lustre overcooked turkey bacon and sausage, undercooked eggs, pancakes, absolutely no love in my food. They were under pressure and it showed. They were recommended, but I don't think I will be back.

Tried calling multiple times over ten minutes and got a busy signal the whole time, and you also can’t order online from this location for whatever reason….

We had Darlene as a server today! She was so amazing and caring. She made our day! The lady who greeted us was also very friendly. Very welcoming place.

Had the kind of eggs Benedict that left me wondering where it's been all my life, the managers pretty special, caring and hands on and I gotta say I'll be back for more of the sweet hollandaise sauce.

I was there last Sunday and our server Marissa was incredible! Despite her looking busy she was very attentive to our table and went above and beyond for our service. I will for sure be coming back!

Good food but not impressed that 6 feet social distancing is not happening. People sitting back to back and tables 3 feet apart is not doing your part to help with this pandemic.

Heard about. Wasn't impressed. Lovely crepes. Got my order wrong. Next time I'm in town I'll try'em again. See if I just had a bad day.
