Two Men and a Truck

As advertised, two men and a truck arrived on time and ready to go! Genuinely friendly, worked with me patiently and got it done in great time!

The crew was efficient. The driver was able to navigate some very tight spots!
Nothing was lost or damaged.

The truck showed up on time and also call when they were 25 mins away. The two men were polite and professional. They ensured that the furniture was protected. They went through the house to ensure everything was removed and completed their paperwork in a calm and efficient manner. I would use this company again. The office staff called promptly once I completed the online inventory to book the date and the cost estimate range was correct. We ended up paying at the low end of the estimate. Thank you for making a very stressful day less stressful.

Hired Two Men and a Truck to move my elderly mom’s furniture from her home to her new retirement suite. The 3 gentlemen were very professional and handled the furniture with care, wrapping all pieces in blankets. They arrived on time and worked quickly to get the job completed which we appreciated. They also were able to adjust when we needed to move some pieces at the new suite in order to accomodate my mom’s furniture. The office representative was friendly, professional and very helpful. She helped us schedule a moving date in an expeditious manner and was articulate with the process. Well done Two Men and a Truck! I will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family or to use you for future moves.

Great move! It was quick and easy. It was easy to see that they were all about the move in a very polite efficient and professional way thanks!

I couldn’t give them less then one star otherwise I would when i called the store they estimated my moving time 4.5 hours they said to me that our guys will be there at 1 they arrived at 1: 45 to 2 pm and one guy was dressed up like he was invited to a party he was not lifting up anything he was just wasting his time when they were dropping off i had help the other guy because the party guy doesn’t help him they ended up charging me for 6.5 hours for wasting time simply they are wasting time to charge you more everyone be careful.

I had a special item to be moved, heavy and delicate. I contacted several companies and Two Men and a Truck was the only who responded to a request for a quote. Within a single day the office staff provided me with a quote. They were very willing to schedule it within a few other constraints. The moving team was punctual, efficient, careful and very cooperative. What a great experience!

Supposed to have arrived at 9: 00 a.m. At 8: 47 a.m. I got a call saying they were 13 minutes away.
At 9: 20, I called the driver back to asked how much longer he will be said he is now gassing up. They finally showed up at 9: 45 (wrong street - gave specific instructions twice to the office a male - when I called the day before to confirm and again to the driver when he called the first time).
At the end, I heard the driver ask one of his guys what time he started so he could put it on his paper work He said 9: 20, again 20 minutes after they were supposed to have arrived.
One and half hours over my elevator booking time, property manager was not impressed, movers very nice and very careful and billing office was very nice that is why they each got one star. However, when given a quote for a certain amount of items (even if they move only that exact amount of items. They will make sure they stretch the hours out to the top of the quote). I specifically asked the office when booking this if I only get them to move these exact items will I be billed at the lower end of the quote she said yes. She never mentioned anything about length of hallways etc, like Reggie tried to say to justify the higher end of the quote, when I spoke to him, for the first time. He also tried to say it took longer due to the City construction in front of the building but there was a clear path in and out as required. I hung up on Reggie and told him to talk to his office where I received the quote. These movers were very inexperienced. Two just starting working with the company. They hand bombed the furniture from suit to elevator instead of using dollies and four wheeled carts which they had on the truck. Needed to tell them how to move the furniture around the fridge, my partner showed them how to use the four wheeled dollies to move heavier furniture (my partner had worked at a moving company before) when they got in the lobby. They ran out of tape and I had to give them mine.all in all the guys were friendly that is why they received the star I gave, and one star for the office lady Anastasia (who finally negotiated a lower price but, still not to the lowest quote provided). These stars are not given for the experience and definitely zero stars for Reggie who was smoke screening to try and get the top of the quote. I asked the driver are the bills always at the high end of the quotes and he said yes.
I would not hire them again.

Update on September 9,2023 - received a call from customer service and provided me with an additional one hour discount. Asked me to say I would recommend their company.you decide.

if I could give 0 stars, I would.absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Workers were SO lazy, didn't seem as though they had ANY moving experience whatsoever.management basically said the damaged furniture wasn't their problem, and wasted our time over and over. Don't waste your time with this company, there are cheaper companies with much better service.

They showed up too early and charged me for trying to get home from work. Came to move a 10×10 storage unit with a mini van, so they could charge more (hourly charge). Super mean and rude managers. I'd NEVER give them any business, refer them to anyone, or would help this company if I saw them stuck. Worst moving company!

John, Denys, Yeisei did a fantastic job with the move and we’re great to problem solve when furniture wasn’t fitting properly.

Had these guys for almost a whole day. Not exactly cheap but worth it. They work at a good pace, they were professional, and were flexible.

Thanks to the hard work, dedication to detail and professionalism of the three men from Two Men and a truck. They made a hard day much better by sharing their colorful personalities. Hard job done well. We would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to all of our friends and family.

Yelysei, Kurtis and Vishaldeep were absolutely fabulous! They had us out of the old house and into the new place in record time. They were very patient with not only the children, but the adults too
All three of these men went above and beyond all of our expectations, there isn't enough kind words for them.

Yelysei and Pushpinder were great. They handled all items with care and were very nice and professional. Would work with them again.

The service we got was outstanding. The two guys (Reggie and Robin) never looked exhausted during the entire nine hours move. For every problem that we encountered during the move, they were like "don't worry, we will figure it out", and they actually did. Recommended.

Although the movers themselves were great, I was told when I booked that Two Men and a Truck could store my stuff on the truck overnight at no charge. At the end of my move, it turns out they charged me to unload my belongings into a storage facility and then load them back up the next morning because they needed the truck (costing me about 4 extra hours of moving). When I tried to contact customer service about the issue as well as to get a formal invoice/receipt showing what I was charged for, they ghosted me completely. There are a lot of moving companies out there and I wouldn't recommend using this one.

(note that the response they left to my review is not legit. I called as requested and was told this did not happen and they are not responsible. Still have not received my final invoice)
