Had a hitch installed a while ago, along with the electrical for trailer lights. They spliced it directly into my electrical which caused shorting and all my electrical to get messed up in my car. Had to take my car into the dealership to have the damage repaired. Would NEVER suggest having a hitch done at U-haul again because their people don't know how to correctly wire in the lighting system. Fixed it at an ACTUAL hitch place and had to spend the money to do it.

I had an issue with a hitch that I did not purchase from this location, but the staff still helped me out, offered solutions, and had me on my way with a solution in a short amount of time.

They lied to my wife and said we didn’t have an appointment initially, and then said it was because I booked online and no one had verified it. I booked an appointment over the phone after I received a call back on how long it would take for the parts to be shipped in. Originally scheduled for 10 a.m. And we were told it would take 2-3 hours. They didn’t call to let us know it was done, even then we only got our vehicle back at 5: 30 pm. They incorrectly billed us twice, and offered a minute discount of 40$ for all of the issues. Lack of care or concerns from management. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Worst experience i have ever experienced in my entire life. First off I was quoted a reasonable price but when it came to it the price was $300 more than I was made aware. Secondly the customer service was atrocious, I made it clear I was moving on a specific day and needed the truck for 24 hours. They applied my reservation to the wrong date and of course when I didn't show up to recieve the truck they canceled on me. Leaving me to book another truck last minute, what if no trucks were available? They also made it sound like it was my fault and the customer is in the wrong. They took $700 out of my account right of the hop and at the time of return they want to charge another $800 dollars. (original quote as I was made aware was for around $600) on top of all that they made up a excuse that I couldn't do 1 way trips because they don't have enough trucks but on the lot I saw at least 15-20 trucks. Doesn't Uhaul boast about being a 1 way moving company for convenience, clearly no convenience there. They don't care about you just the money you can offer them, such a terrible experience and I will make sure to tell people about how this Uhaul operates, its disgusting you guys are basically criminals, robbing good people of their money in such hard times.

Huge Uhaul location. Lots of trucks of different sizes. Lots of moving supplies, boxes, trailer hitch adapters, etc.

I rented a big 26-foot truck from this location. Everything went smoothly, reservation, pick up and drop off. I received very good customer service from everyone I dealt with. I feel that I received good value. The only small negative is that the truck was kind of old and worn but it did the job for me. I would go there again and I would recommend to others. The 26-foot truck was surprisingly easy to drive!

Slow service at location, be prepared to wait.
I have been trying to call all morning no one answers, or the phone call doesn't connect, and the one time they did answer I was hung up on.

They stole my security deposit 200$, I am outside the city and I called them several times. They told me after five daysevery time called them, and more than 60 days

They provided good service however the vehicle left a bit too be desired (Ford F150 pickup truck with only 7200km). It was dirty and worse, smelled like someone with foot odor issues had been driving it. When I pointed this out on my return, the staff person indicated they had recently switched cleaning solutions. Hmm, I think they should just switch to using vinegar to clean, a preferably odor but not buy much. The other interesting policy of this company is they want the name of an alternate contact who they then phone to confirm they know you. So regardless of what identification you have, it's not good enough! I would have given them a 1 but the staff were friendly.

Very unprofessional employees at this location avoid at all cost. Nicole should not be working in customer service and should take her job more seriously.
