The kiddos love this place! We spent a few hours there and barely had them bugging us for anything

When I first showed up, I thought this was gonna be amazing and have many trampolines and be clean, but no. There was garbage everywhere in the playplace, the trampolines were crowded and some were even loose. They didnt even check for our stamp when we left and parents and kids were shoving everywhere. The bathrooms were gross as well. This place had two trampoline areas, thats it. Would not recommend this place on weekends or to kids older than 6.

Very busy on weekends, I could feel the germs as soon as I walked in. Kids are outta control. They stamped mine and my daughters hands to match numbers on the way out.they didn't even stamp clearly.concerning.

We came to Uplay with kids around 10 am and it was so cold inside you could see your breath. We mentioned it to the staff who still had winter coats on and they shrugged their shoulders. Food and drinks below-par yet expensive.

Since my previous review they have cleaned up and a bunch of the gaming machines have been repaired or replaced.

Great place to host a party. There are several birthday "rooms" to accommodate the kids. Our grandson had his birthday party there and had a blast. I highly recommend this place.

My little one was invited for a party. She loved it, park is big enough and gor different activities that kids can enjoy. Definietly a must go to place in winter for kids and an amazing place to do parties.

Honestly, it could have been cleaner. It is a nice facility and things definitely need to reflect that. Also the food was HORRIBLE! It was horrible 5 years ago when I took my daughter but it didn't change when management changed. Undercooked chicken strips, not even crispy grilled cheese and the fries were done in the air fryer so the outside of the pile of fries was over cooked while the middle was still soggy. Waste of $35 in food. I won't be back.

Paid for the silver package. 2 pitchers of pop and 2 "medium" pizzas for up to 10 kids.

The pizzas were less than 12", thin as paper. This was supposed to feed 10 kids! They ended up giving me an extra pizza. No outside food allowed, but $8 for a pitcher of pop and $2.50 for a can of pop.

Staff were only accommodating if you complained or asked for things. Had to ask where I can store my cupcakes before I was directed to the fridge, and you absolutely could see my cupcake trays.

The rooms were clean enough.

Had to go back to the front counter because they didn't count the token packages properly and I was short 1.

There was a lost boy, non-verbal. They took him to the toddler area and left him there. Minutes later, he's back crying and looking for his parents. I stepped in to try and help him, then 4 other staff members came up and decided to announce a lost child.

This place is severely overpriced, I'm so terribly disappointed in them. Never going back.

It’s a good large facility and it’s nice they have so many choices of things to do for the kids. The concession is decent but, the facility needs to be cleaned up. Along the edges of play areas and whatnot could be a lot cleaner. Also the place smells like burnt cheese, and then so do you. But my toddler (and I) did have lots fun! That’s what counts!

Great spot for kids! My 3 year old loved to jump the most. My 7 month old played in the area for little kids. Food was pretty good too! All round great day with the kids

Too bad to prevent children to take their water bottles with them to force them buy water from inside

Children are individually stamped to match parents and can not leave without the parent with the matching stamp. Because of this alone I will definitely be back. Great place and very reasonably priced.

We scheduled my son's 8th birthday a few weeks in advance and went with the full gold package. We set our time for food for 1: 15. We recieved our mostly cold hotdogs at 20 after and we continually had to go back to the counter to ask for the rest of it. Hotdogs were brought but not enough plates or napkins. Had to ask for the fruit platter 2 times. Fries came at the end and were cold. So did the napkins after the kids used their clothes already. The planning and execution left a lot desired considering the price point. The room we were in was filthy. The chairs looked like they had never been wiped down in their life. The walls were covered with old food. The arcade only had a few games operational most were out of order or like the air hockey never gave any tickets. There were not enough balls for the trampoline basketball area. Kids were banging into each other and fighting over the 1 there. Everything outside of the bathrooms were filthy. Staff was not consistent or friendly in anything. I wore my shoes, saw plenty of other adults wearing theirs my husband was scolded to take his off. The place is noisy, loud and overbearing, expected with children but the staff.not a smile to be found anywhere. No one came to do a check in for a base level of quality control. Nadda. There is one tiny water fountain that barely sprays, you are not allowed to bring outside anything so be prepared if anyone is thirsty for water to pay $2.50 for a 0.35 bottle of water. Would recommend bringing refillable water bottles to fill from the fountain. $25.00 for a party of 10 kids for water is just robbery plain and simple. Maybe I would've felt better getting bent over if someone actually smiled. But they just bitterly bend you over. I would never book a party here again or recommend any one else to either.

Clean place for kids. Wonderful staff. Especially the gentleman cooking. He made our first time visit? !

Great place for kids young and old. Our teens were there for a youth event a couple weeks ago and had so much fun!

We went on a Saturday. Uplay was overcrowded. Many signs of wear and tear around the play structures. The trampolines are great. Many of the games for tickets were out of order. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, it was awfully crowded, people were eating on the trampolines, no mangaemnet or guards whatsoever, the old owners had guards watching over the kids at all time, the foam around the trampoline was running down to the point where you can see the wood behind that's very dangerous for kids climbing on to it, and the place was very dirty and unorganized, not visiting again sadly.

What a great place for kids to run off energy. They so serve food. I posted a pic of the menu. Section for all ages to play.
Manager went above and beyond service. Has a adorable little girl that helps out.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Below are the reasons why.

1. When you walk in you have to sift your way through people. Once you take off your shoes you then have to walk on a wet, dirty floor.
2. It's so hot in there. There is no air circulation.
3. The toddler zone is so small and there isn't much to do. Even though this place is said to be tailored to toddlers.
4. Not only is the toddler zone small but they allow bigger children in there. So there were multiple times my small toddler was trampled by unsupervised older children who could be playing in the larger area.
5. The worst part of this place is the lack of security when leaving. No one stopped us to look at our stamp, and the door was left wide open. This is extremely unsafe, a child could've walked out or been taken by someone and no one would've noticed because the young staff were too busy talking to eachother with their backs away from not only the front door but the exit also.

I WILL NOT be taking my child here ever again, and I will be telling all my mum friends not to take their children here either.

This place is truly a disappointment.

It’s a great place to hang out with kids. Quite large facility and a very big trampoline. My kids had so much fun. Nice staff and very polite and helpful.

Best place in city for kids in winters· They are doing their best in following Covid protocols asking for vaccinations, telling parents to wear masks. Kids had fun with the trampolines as well as the playground. Staff is friendly and answers questions and concerns.

Decent experience overall. My kids loved the trampoline and slide area. The place had a good variety of play areas for all ages and was very neat and tidy. I saw staff wiping tables and vacuuming and the bathrooms were clean.

I was glad proof of vaccination was required however was disappointed to see that indoor masking was not enforced. A large majority of the children were running around without masks in close proximity to each other and even some adult guests, who were clearly not eating, also had no masks in the play areas. In the main eating/sitting area the tables were not spaced apart by 2 meters on all sides. My back was up against another lady who was sitting behind me, presumably where people would be removing their masks to eat and drink.

The website indicates no barefoot are allowed and I saw a number of children running around with no socks. I get that some kids don't like wearing sock (or masks) but those were just my observations that made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

If it had not been for these few observations I made about the masking and spacing, I think it would be a really good experience and we would go back in a heart beat. The facility itself is super fun!

Fun place for a winter outing, it gets a little crowded. The complaining about the stamps and such is silly, watch your kids. Had no issues.

A friend of mine and I took our Granddaughters to U Play a few days ago. We found it's owned by new people. From the minute we walked in these people were so kind so helpful and they'd go all the way to please the kids. And that's most important! The kids had a great time. Very clean and always working on sanitation. Congratulations to the new owners and best of luck. We certainly will go back again. Happy New Year.

This place is awesome! I have a 3 and 4 year old and love how it's laid out. The climbing and slide area is great because you can see into it from the ground. Also love that the trampoline area is included in the cost! Pizza was good too! We went at a busy time and it was still great!

I was there today for couple hours, I am really impressed with the service. It has everything you need for the kids.

It has been taken over by the new management recently & I can tell you this place is getting better. We’ve been going to U Play for over 2 years as my kids don’t like the other trampoline parks.
Diamond is gem of a person. He was great with kids. Moreover, Covid protocols are followed properly.
Keep it up guys.

Took my nieces and nephews for a session of fun and playful activities. Kids had lots of fun. Awesome service and courteous staff. New owners/management has taken over the place and seems to do a great job. Will be back soon.

This place has certainly improved under the new management. They have cleaned and santized the facility and it looks like they've turned over the staff. Kids love this place but it gives me more peace of mind to know it's had an overhaul and is much cleaner.

I spent a few hours here yesterday to see if it was a good spot for future birthday parties. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave plus they met a few new friends. I met the new owners they were really nice and answered all my questions. Considering winter is around the corner I see us spending a lot of time here. Its a nice warm and safe place for the kids. It was clean and Covid protocols were being followed.

Great place for kids, but unfortunately they must breathe dust.looks like nobody cleaning there, ones a year maybe

Fun place to take your little ones, and bigger ones to get some of that winter energy out. Awesome for parents too. Big play park for the kids. And smaller area for little toddlers. They also have two basketball hoops as well which is fun to dunk on.

Kind of meh. Not bad, arcade was lame 4 out of 10 machines didnt work. Trampolines were cool. The playground area was smaller than most around the city.

The staff are okay but the place is disgusting. Food on the walls, dirty, dusty just very unclean. Only one sink works in the bathroom and it seemed to be unisex which is not big enough for the whole place. The ‘cafe’ is dirty run by teenagers who do not keep it clean. Won’t be going back.

I lost the kids water bottle. A lady was sitting beside me said she gave it to some lady who works there. I went to ask to get it back, the lady started to look for it and then she apologized that she couldn’t find it
She gave me a Plastic water bottle instead lol and was so rude and ignorant. Well thanks I paid 10$ for the lost water bottle

Seemed like the staff preferred making customers wait so they would finish their conversations. Definitely enough staff but they stayed huddled in the kitchen and barely payed attention to their jobs. Took 40 minutes to get one order of large fries out.

Was very few kids in today, I'd say 8 including my daughter, yet the place was filthy. None of the 5 hand sanitizers worked, and there were old socks and such everywhere. All the staff were hanging out chit chatting behind the food stand, and weren't personable at all. Was just a mess. Will not be coming back.

While this place may be nice and clean, and the kids had a lot of fun there, the lady at the front let my kids out without me being at the gate or checking their stamps to ensure they were leaving with the right adult. When I brought it up she just smiled and said sorry about that. Definitely watch your kids closely here because the staff will just let them leave without checking that there is an adult with them or the correct adult. Probably won't be back to this place!

The place was freezing. Many people kept their coats on. Thermostat read 53 f so 11 c.no wonder. Staff were not friendly. There was garbage around and could use a good cleaning.

Multiple arcade machines were broken. The sides of trampolines were falling off. They said i didn't pay for my daughter and son. And it was not clean like disgusting.

This place is very dirty plus un safe for the kids. The staff are so unprofessional very ignorant people especially that tall skinny girl OMG

The food was horrible when we ask same thing no body respond they all busy with the phone I've been ones the workers giving attitude, no customer service. No manager or supervisor this place I wish if I give to them no stars big 0
Am not recommended this place any one sorry.

I gave it a 2 because my daughter, nieces and nephews did enjoy themselves. Due to the other missing 3 is because one of the staff was sitting on the counter where my food is being serve to me and in the bathroom there was insulation out in the open. Game area was dusty and most of the staff just sat around and did nothing.

The food needs to improve the French fries were not cooked fully the temperature inside was almost as cold as outside they need to put in floor heating in the lobby and a better menu the children loved the play areas that was the only highlight of our visit

This place was a joke. We went there for a birthday yesterday. There was no waiver to sign, they just handed me a pen and a blank piece of paper to write mine and my sons name with a phone number. The didn’t stamp my son or myself. Someone could have easily walked out with the wrong child, it was frightening how much they do not care. It was so packed in there that I’m sure if a Fire Marshall came in it would have been shut down. The staff was ignorant and couldn’t be bothered. And they double booked the party room my friends had rented. Completely mismanaged and irresponsible. Embarrassing.

Went here for hubby's work kids xmas party. Kids had fun however the staff was terrible. They all played on their phones at the front desk. Everytime we went up to purchase coins for the kids they seemed so annoyed we were bothering them. Shooting us dirty looks through out the event. Another family took pics of their "hard working employees" wish I did too so I could post here. Probably will never go back. There are other places that have the same things and way better staff and service.

Went to a birthday party here and it was super fun for the kids. The room that was rent was strictly for one hour and the food was delivered promptly. It was made for a stress free event for the hostest.

This place takes more people than their capacity and really don’t know how that is not breaking the fire regulations. There were too many people and no place to even walk. We left early.

This place is a joke. The staff are so unprofessional especially that tall skinny girl. I've been there twice and both times shes giving attitude, no customer service. I think these kids are working for their parents/family so they dont care how their customer service is, they know they will never be fired.

This place is just out of control. I have been here so many times and used to love it but now it's horrible. The bathrooms are disgusting and half the doors don't lock properly I went to complain and half the staff are sitting on their phones. There is never any staff on the trampoline side watching anything that's going on there's kids without socks and no one is saying anything to them. Staff should be also monitoring the jumping pit there tons of kids jumping in there all at once someone can seriously get hurt here. I feel like the staff does not care there's also people eatting food and drinking slushies in the trampoline area which your not suppose to. I think the owner really needs to get things under control here it can be such a great spot

Has gone down hill now it's Over priced, No maintenance done to equipment, don't have dodge balls. Games don't work. Zero pride from staff. Doesn't seem very clean either. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dirty, smells terrible and some of the toys in the toddler area were broken along with staff were talking on their cellphones the entire time. Wont be going again. Waste of money.

Absolute blast with my 17 month old son.
They let you go everywhere with your child so there's never a need to worry with little ones. Giant jungle gym, toddler area is a little small but definitely does the job. The trampolines were a lot of fun for the baby and myself.
Ordered pizza and was actually impressed myself. Will definitely be coming back to this play area!

Staff was extremely polite. My kids enjoyed their time wisely. Food was awesome. They also have many varieties of healthy food for the toddlers. This place was my favourite place

I used to love taking my twins here. Though the last time we went I noticed it's new owners. We took our 5 year old twins to meet up with all their cousins as we had family visiting from out of the country and others out of the province. My husband was jumping with our son on the trampoline area and my son had bounced too high and landed awkwardly on his arm. He was scream crying and saying his arm really hurt. I had my son sitting on my lap hoping it was just sore from the awkward landing but it seemed to only be hurting him more and he was really upset and not quiet by any means. We decided to take him to the hospital and wanted to leave our daughter with grandma and other family. We went up to the desk to leave (my son still scream crying), there was a line of people paying to get in. Apparently that was more important than a hurt child and parents trying to leave. We were ignored even when I asked for help. I needed to tell them that my daughter was staying and needed to make sure they would let her leave with grandma as the stamped numbers on their hands wouldn't match, and we needed them to unlock the gate so we could leave. After my husband spoke sternly to get their help, they didn't even bother to ask what happened, they didn't check our numbers on our hands to ensure the child screaming was actually ours and that he was screaming because strangers were taking him. My son ended up breaking his arm that day. Later I found out from grandma that when they left, the employees didn't even check their numbers on their hands. What a joke. When it was the old owners, there was no way you could leave with your stamped numbers being checked! I will never go back there, not because my child broke his arm, but because of the horrible service, help and care they have for their customers!

I have been here twice with my 3 and 4 year old boys. They love it and have a great time. The place is very clean; however, there are a few issues. The first time I came the fire alarm was going off intermittently for about an hour. Nobody working seemed to care or even inform anyone if It was a test or not. The second time here I noticed a lot of safety issues. Lots of ripped netting. One of the slides in the toddler area was not even attached to the play structure. It almost fell off when my youngest tried to use it. The most concerning thing was a trampoline with a large rip across it. A black mat was laid across it to either conceal it or offer some sort of "protection". Overall the place is good, just make sure you watch your kids closely.

This is the first play place that actually checked the stamp when we were leaving. Water isnt stupid expensive which is awesome. My 2 yr old had so much fun. Will definitly be returning

Uplay has to be one of the most interesting places me and my children have been to. The jungle area is massive big, with 4 wide levels. Each level has something really cool to it. I highly recommend you all bring your children to this place. I LOVED IT!

My children usually dont like trampoline parks. However, this one was one in a million to them. Everything played out perfect. Whether it was the toddler area, to the massive jungle area. It was super fun, staff was very polite, and friendly. I love uplay
