I want to give -10 stars. This is horrendous customer service, if you can even call it that. More like lying to customers about their service. Dropped off a switch lite on Sunday November 5th. Was told there would be a call back the next day by 5pm. Waited. No callback. Called the next day. Was told the guy forgot to tell the other employees. Fine, people make mistakes. Was told would get a call by 5pm the next day. Nothing. Now, repeat this cycle for a few more days. Went in yesterday to check in because of all the lies that were told. IT WASN’T EVEN LOOKED AT! Then was told there would be a call by 5pm today, November 10th. Was told this wouldn’t be acceptable as there were other plans. Well, decided to go in after calling around 3 (with no answer) to see how things were going. When I went in, THEY HAD JUST OPENED IT! How does it take you almost a week to look at a device? ! And not even diagnose it? ! How incompetent is this business? Will NEVER go back to this location. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Terrible! Took PS5 in for hdmi repair. HDMI works, unfortunately the console doesn’t. Mobilkllink made it clear it was not their fault. Took the PS5 to Video Game Repairs (highly recommend VGR!). Mobilklinik forgot to put back in screws, shorted out the mother board and forgot to plug in the front ports. Video Game Repairs fixed the PS5 properly!

Worst service ever. Don't trust them for any needs. I dropped my Xbox off for a diagnostic and they tried to charge me $250 to change the power supply and said that the motherboard also has an issue. I got a $40 power supply and changed it myself and my Xbox is working completely fine. Scammers I tell you.

I was sent here for warranty on my phone screen I have the pixel 7 pro. I was told there weren't any in stock and that they would put an order in for me. They said around 4-5 business days but if one comes in prior that it could be the next day. That was almost 4 weeks ago and ever time I call in they now have no idea when they'll be in. It's pretty embarrassing you don't carry the screen for the current gen model (pixel 8 wasn't out at this point) so now I'm stuck with a broken screen or getting Google to ship a replacement for 5x the cost. This entire warranty/local provider situation is very frustrating. Not sure how to improve, my only suggestion would be more clear to your customer about an actually time line versus the 4-5 days lie you've told me.

Make sure to clarify all the details before you hand over your phone for repair like physical condition before and after repair, what if your phone gets damaged during repair, etc.

My laptop had a keyboard issue.
I brought it in and Akash was able to immediately diagnose and fix the problem.

I wish I could give this less than a one-star review, Said they were going to replace my battery with an authentic Google pixel 3xl, part that doesn't exist, said they were going to have it done in 5 days, 8 days I got it back with glue leaking out of the repair job, and not sealed properly, non authentic parts, charging me $126 for a $40 battery on a website called iFixit.

My phone was fixed in minutes and I got the repair for free because of how easy the fix was. Thank you!

I generally do not give one star reviews, but so far my service has been terrible. I have a water damaged Nintendo Switch, and brought it to them for diagnostics. I was told it would be up to a week to diagnose, which seemed quite long initially. After a week I received no phone call, which prompted me to call. I got the impression that it was a general "oh it is water damaged? This is the cost", without any "real diagnostics" response. I told them I was not interested and went by to pick the device up the next day, but they were not there even though I was 15 minutes after their "open" time, and there was no answer on the phone. I had second thoughts after and decided I would have them repair the device. BIG mistake. They told me three days to repair the device if they could. It has been two weeks, and I regularly phone and get a "let me call my repair tech, " "he says it will be two days" answer every time. If they see this review and are able to actually satisfy me, I will change the rating. Good luck!

My Samsung A70 was not charging. I told the clerk the issue and he was able to fix it within 10 seconds by pressing on a certain area of the phone. Apparently it is a common issue. He did not charge me for the service. Very helpful staff & knowledgeable. Did not make an appointment for this. Recommend.

Brought my xbox here for repair when it kept shutting down randomly and asking me to do a software update every time I turned it on. They returned it to me after doing an update despite me saying that was not the issue as I update it every time. Had to bring it back because the same issues were occurring. They had my xbox for over 3 weeks and when I finally called they said it was done. I brought it home and the same thing happened. Took it back and they then did some parts replacements. After using it a handful of times, it is no longer working again. I have spent hundreds trying to fix it with them and its not usable. Very frustrating. I have mentioned it to them and they have never contacted me back.

Friendly, polite, straight to the point and a quick turn around. Even assisted in making sure was claimed through warranty. Very pleased

my laptop broke monday and I went to this place since its close and i thought id get it fixed the earliest.i came in tuesday and they told me to wait 3-5 days and they’ll call me.monday came and no call was received.i came in monday afternoon, still no progress and i just asked them that ill just take the laptop somewhere else and they told me to come in tomorrow, tuesday i came in they told me tomorrow again and than it was already being looked at! So i couldn’t take it! Then i came in wednesday and was told tomorrow again.came in thursday and they couldn’t even tell whats wrong because they haven’t really start checking it.i wasted gas and time coming every single day after work due their unprofessionalism and incompetence.please save yourself some time and patience and go somewhere else.

I changed the screen protector for Samsung s 20 fe but unlucky after installed it, the screen protector is not cover the whole screen, just left a little on the screen and I ask the lady what happened if the side top and the bottom if broken and she said it's my fault if I dropped the phone, before replacement of the screen protector, I get dropped it many times but nothing happens, we will see what going with my phone is I dropped.

Went in to get Samsung screen replacement on Rogers protection plan. Because the reviews mention problems with prox sensor I had questions for Akash before we began. She put me at ease, screen was in stock, and the work was completed in less than 2.5 hours.

When I came back I tested the phone as much as I needed and everything worked perfectly. Akash was professional and charming throughout the process.

As a side note, I had asked about battery replacement since the phone is nearly 2 years old. I was told that was also replaced as part of the process. Bonus!

I brought my Xbox here to be fixed a few months ago. I am reviewing now because I just tried to use my Xbox again last night.
When I first dropped it off, I waited 3 weeks before I called them to find out what was going on. By the sounds of things either it was forgotten, or they forgot to call me. It happens. They told me it just needed an update, so they did that. Even though I had explained that the updates were part of the problem, it seems to need one everytime I turn it on. I picked up my Xbox and took it home to try, and it needed an update right away and still kept crashing, which is why I took it in originally.

So I took it back, with the same issue. The second time, they figured parts had to be replaced so we went ahead with that. When I picked it up, it also didn't have the original power cord, they gave me a much shorter one as a replacement. Fast forward to now, my Xbox is still randomly shutting down and I've wasted money trying to fix it.

Other small things like struggling to get a hold of anyone, and no one being there in the middle of the day also contributed to this review.

There were multiple issues with my phone after this location replaced my phone's display: proximity sensor was not functioning; bracket inside the phone holding the display cable in is now missing; blue tape on the back of the new display was not removed; the adhesive holding the old display was not removed properly, damaging the frame of my phone; dirt and dust were not properly cleaned before new adhesive was applied. To summarize: my advice is, do not trust this location with your devices.

Little pricy but quick service.

**Update: used these guys again, parts were great and price comparable to other shops nearby, service was average at best this time though. Stood in the store for15 minutes before being aknowleged which is weird because they have a doorbell and 2 cameras at the front. It also took a fair bit longer than thw 3 hours they said it would take. Overall, happy with the replacement digitizer.

4 people I had spoken with couldn’t figure out a battery issue, I took the phone into the 17st location and within 5 minutes, the issue was fixed and she didn’t even charge me a penny. I will be back next time a phone breaks! Five stars!

Brought my IPad in with a broken screen, and left pretty confident it would get fixed properly. 2 hours later, I get a call from them, with no message left. I went back to the store assuming it was ready. I was told that the main button was damaged during the screen replacement process, and that a new one would have to be ordered at no cost to me. I left it overnight. I made a trip back into the city the next day to pick it up. I was told that because they didn't use an apple part, that my fingerprint access no longer functioned, but they would still try to source a part, and that I could take the iPad in the meantime. I then discovered a very large dead spot in the screen, where no touches could work. I took the iPad into town again, explained the problem, and they assured me they would fix that and maybe the button too at the same time. They fixed the touch screen and told me that they could not restore the fingerprint ID as it was a proprietary apple part. They claimed they would replace the entire device with a different, used ipad, but it has been 10 days and nothing but crickets. I have continued to use the device, and have also noticed specks of dust between the touch screen and the display screen. Very frustrating. I could have certainly screwed it up this good myself.would not trust any device repair to them. To top it all off, their "how did we do email" has a broken link, so you cant even voice your displeasure directly. I will certainly update this review if they remedy the situation.

I got my Samsung Note20 Ultra Screen and rear glass panel replaced in no time. The staff is very responsive and helpful.

I went in around 5 to get a quote on my phone and ask if they could get it done today. There is another shop 2 streets down that I was going to go get it fixed if they could not. They looked for the part and told me they could. I needed my phone fixed that day, the screen they put on was broken, an inch on the bottom of it completely black. They asked I pay full price for this screen and when a fixed one comes in they will put that one on in exchange.
I refused to pay full price for the item and asked that they give me my phone back with my original screen.
The other computer shop down the road would have done the job for cheaper.

I went there yesterday for my display repair and they repaired the device within 40 minutes. They offer good prices, same day repair, and staff is very polite. I recommend this store for quick repairs.

There's obviously no quality control done, and it left my device unusable. I had a cracked screen on a tablet replaced because I was worried the crack would eventually impair the functionality. After a whole run around after they lost my contact info, I had to get someone else to pick it up for me, which put me outside of the warranty period. The replacement screen doesn't work at all, and any basic testing would have immediately found this, but instead my device is actually worse off than when I brought it in. They're probably fine for replacing phone screens, but don't bring your tablet here unless you want to trash a perfectly good device.

I have Roger's device protection because I often drop my phone. So, I've had to have my screen fixed before. Other times, I've brought my phone to a selected location and they've been able to fix my screen in a few hours. Not this place, do not bring your phone to get fixed here if you have a Samsung, the service is very slow. I selected this place because they were on the device protection list. I brought my phone in and the lady told me their Samsung program on their computer was down, so they could not start my repair until it was working again. I said okay, how long? And she told me one to two days! I was willing to leave my phone for a day but for two days I thought was strange because I've had screens fixed in hours before. I called the next day and she said their Samsung program was still down. She spoke with the manager and they said their was nothing they could do on their end and it was Samsungs problem. I said why be on the device protection list then if you can't fill out service requests for Samsung. They then told me I could pick up my phone and bring it back when their program is working again. Are you kidding? I already drove in the cold and icy snow weather 20 mins to bring my phone and they want me to pick it up and then bring it back when they get their program working. I then called another place and they told me they could fix it in a few hours so I told them I would come pick up my phone. When I got there I saw a sign on the door that said "be back in 15 mins" so they wasted more of my time, and I was not the only customer showing up and seeing they were closed. Anyway, if you have device protection and a Samsung phone do not bring your phone here, it is a huge waste of time.

Forgot to write a review but back in the summer I had brought in 2 tablets to have them repaired, did take a couple days to fix just cause of the damage but they were able to fix everything plus at a decent price, so I do recommend to come here!

Polite and helpful staff that fixed my phone very quickly and very well! I highly recommend them if you need any repairs done.

My gf went here and got her screen replaced. A day or so later she got a hair line crack, never dropped it. Must’ve been from faulty glass or wasn’t set in place properly. I used to change screens. It happens. They called her a liar and wouldn’t do anything about their shotty work. Avoid this place if possible. They don’t stand true to their work.

Sunny did a fantastic job. I got my back glass changed for my samsung s8. It looks a brand new now. He did it with perfection.

Broke my screen on my s10 2 hours later I got a new screen. Very fast service done right with proper parts. Very happy with these guys

I went to ubreakifix south for iphone 7 plus repair, Syed was the guy who help me with the repair. I was not sure whats the issue is, syed diagnosed the phone and told me that its a motherboard issue and I discussed not to go with repair, i ask syed how much do i owe he said he said they is no charge for diagnosis. I really appreciate the service that syed gave to me. I highly recommend the Ubreakifix for repairing. I will definitely come back for repair.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I recommend people to not buy any of the screen protectors they sell. They are definitely not worth the price. I bought a screen protector for my Apple watch. The employee said it was hammer proof and said whole bunch of other stuff to make it sound good. For a screen protector that was close to 50 dollars you would expect it to last for few years but it came off in 1 week of normal use. They offer 15 dollar replacement for 1 year but for a product that came off in 1 week it's not even worth it to spend that much to replace it. Just stay away from this place if you are looking for good quality products. From other reviews the repairs seem good but don't get any screen protectors from this place.
