I was looking for a new screen protector they threw in a phone case for me for a cheaper per price to make sure my phone was protected and they offered to give me a $10 screen protector. Next time I come in because it seriously $20 and I do recommend them because of the audio service in their willingness to talk to the guest and I trust them. I have not gotten my phone fixed by them, but they are honourable people which I do recommend I’ve had no bad experience and what is how kind they are it’s some thing I do recommend because I do trust how they are. They’re certainly lovely and I would recommend going for a screen protector or anything that you do need because they do fix phones but they were willing to install the screen protector for me and clean my phone for me and that’s kindness that I’ll never forget.

Brought my phone in with liquid damage. They cleaned the phone and quoted the parts needed to be repaired to get my phone fixed. Decided to bring my phone elsewhere for the repair due to time restrains while traveling. They said "They weren't able to fix the phone so there's no fee" which was pretty amazing.

The charging port on my iPhone was not working. I happened to be having lunch next door and walked in to ask if they could help me out.

They took the phone to the back, repaired it and had it back by the end of lunch.

They were super professional, kind and quick. I recommend this business and will be back if I need help again! Thanks so much!

I had broken my screen and my partner had taken it in for repairs. My partner explained that once the screen was replaced there was difficulties with the fingerprint recognition scanner. My partner explained that Joshua had spent a significant amount of time working on my phone. Joshua worked till the very last minute, trying everything to make it work, before the store closed. Also teaching my partner on how phone mechanics work.

Unsure if the problem was fixed my phone was brought home and the fingerprint scanner worked. Joshua did an incredible job and his customer service was highly appreciated. Thank you Joshua, yir hard work has definitely paid off!

Took my daughter to get her iPhone xr there to repair. She cracked her screen while hanging out with her friends. Booked an appointment online. Dropped it off and picked it up within one hour. My daughter was really happy her phone was fixed. She also bought an outer box case. The price was reasonable for her.she used her birthday money to pay for it.

This place has amazing service! My laptops audio messed up a few days before I needed it for online classes and they fixed the issue in a timely manner and they were very professional. Any questions I had were answered in a non condescending way which was great because I’ve had that issue before with other tech places! 5/5

New store here in SouthCommon! I work near by and was pleased to see this store pop up! Went in and had the pleasure of meeting George. What a great guy. Friendly and eager to help. We chatted about my current phone plan and what sort of changes i can do to make it better. Its so nice to have someone actually care and take the time. Ill be coming here for all my cellphone needs. UBreakiFix was super helpful and quick in helping me solve my computer issues. I know I can count on them when I have an issue and wouldnt go anywhere but them for my business.

Had issues with my s20 plus not booting, I brought it in here and they were able to get it to work again!
