I would chose to get my iPhone fixed here than Apple ANY DAY. Easy, professional, friendly and QUICK! 30 minutes and they had my phone screen fixed. Not to mention cheaper than what Apple quotes…

Don’t trust 1 star review. They’re all competitors. This store is literally awesome. If you don’t know that it takes time to fix something, probably you shouldn’t use electronics in your life lol just think normally…

My samsung phone had a software failure, brought a device to these guys, and they fixed it within minutes, thank you very much for a great service

I called to enquire if they could replace my 4 month old iPad screen, I was told they could and it would take 40 minutes to repair. The next day I dropped it off and I returned after 40 minutes. It wasn’t ready I was told another 15 minutes. When I returned the second time it still wasn’t ready. I sat and waited as it was pouring rain. The young man came out after having my iPad for more than 90 minutes and said, “we have a problem, the volume up down button broke” (it was working fine when I took it in) he said he would order the part and they would repair it. He told me it would take 20 minutes to repair when I took it back in after the part they said it would be another hour at least. I didn’t have an hour to wait so I took my iPad with me and left. Upon further examination of the iPad the up down volume button is missing, the on off button is missing and the camera doesn’t work. I do not recommend these people to touch any of your electronics.

I have left 3 messages with the details to get a replacement screen. All I wanted was a quote and some info. Zero response. Brutal!

Went in expecting to need to replace a speaker on my phone, service tech determined all it needed was cleaning. Gave a VERY reasonable price also.

Fantastic service! These folks know what they are doing and go above and beyond. I am not very tech savvy and it was nice to work with Emerson who was very patient and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Very much appreciated! I found in this location for screen protector installation they said it was $25 when I arrived they wanted to charge me 35 and after telling them about the phone conversation they reduced it to 25. They said it would be five to eight minutes I then proceeded to wait there for 30 minutes. After asking why it took so long he said their printer was having issues and it wasn't cutting the screen protector properly. The facility is also very dirty and not well kept. They also don't perform the installation in front of you and there is no privacy transparency with your phone. The technician I delt with was Jeremy.

I had a poor customer service experience at this business. I made an appointment online this past Monday afternoon to have my Google Pixel 6A screen replaced. My appointment was scheduled for late Friday morning. When I arrived at my appointment, it was clear that the person assisting me nor anybody else at this business had looked at the details of my appointment before I had arrived. The person helping me spent 10 minutes in the back room before coming out to tell me that the screen was not in stock and would have to be ordered. If the part required to repair my screen needed to be ordered and wouldn't be available in time for my appointment, I would have appreciated a call to either reschedule or take my business elsewhere. The person helping me repeatedly said that he would order the screen and I could come back next week, but I refused. I did not want to deal with an unprofessional handling of an already expensive service. I was not offered anything to rectify the mistake such as a discount on the service or even a free box of screen protectors after the repair was done. I took my phone and went elsewhere.

I took my iPad in to get the glass on the screen replaced. So far no problems and the service was quick. Definitely will be back again.

Unfortunately my machine could not be repaired but the staff were very thorough and professional.

It took them some figuring out but they formatted a new PS4 hard drive. Online it looks simple but not so much. Thanks for saving me a ton of money.

I dropped my Samsung s21 Ultra 5G last night and shattered my back cover on my phone and I looked up a place to go to and found them and i went to there website and made an appointment for the next day and they literally fixed my back cover in a half hour! Iam beyond happy! I'm always going to come here now when I need my phone fixed. The customer service was great they were friendly and fixed my problem the same day within a half hour.

Was visiting from out of town and my Pixel 6 phone broke, called Ubreakifix and those guys got me in right away and fixed it within an hour. Met the owners and the experience was amazing. You guys saved my trip from getting ruined. Very thankful and would recommend you guys. Good Job!

We dropped off our PS4 before Christmas and we were told that it would take a week to fix. No one called us to let us know the status of the repair. We called multiple times and was told it would be another week. 6 weeks later and multiple calls we were told they would call us back when it is fixed. I had to call back again for them to tell me it can’t be fixed. I don’t care they couldn’t fix it, but the lack of communication from this business made me extremely frustrated.

I brought my iPhone 11 Pro here to get the camera glass replaced. The service was great, but the quality of the part was terrible. It was placed on crooked, so you could see it was an obvious after market piece and it looked terrible. It didn’t effect the camera so I didn’t bother going back to ask for it to be fixed. But then the first time I dropped my phone a couple days later, it shattered. I could’ve saved myself the money and just kept the original Apple camera glass on it, I’m certain it would’ve been more durable even with the original damage. That one at least lasted 2 years of dropping. I would still recommend this place compared to the apple store if you’re trying to save costs on the repair. Just be aware that the parts are not amazing quality.

My Samsung tablet quit working and I took it to this little shop in Terra Losa Center. My first visit here. Mahmoud took a look and within minutes found and solved the problem and had me on my way. No charge. I recommend this business to anyone needing mobile phone, tablet, game or any computer repairs. My first impression was good.

Very good service, fast and professional. Did a great job as well. Gonna definitely be bringing some of my older broken tech here and see what they can do

I have taken my phone here twice to get the screen repaired due to me dropping it. The staff here are friendly, and knowledgeable in what they do. They were also very honest and fair in pricing. I dropped my phone off and they had it fixed quicker then the estimated time. Highly recommend!
