My phone wouldnt charge

they cleaned my phone for free and it took 2 minutes.will come back for anything that needs repairing

I was recommended to this place to get my laptop fixed. I went in the first time without an appointment because it said on the website that I didn’t need one however they turned me away and said they would call me the next week with a time for me to bring in my laptop to get it fixed. The time came and no one called me so I booked an appointment to drop it off. Appointment time came around and I went in to drop it off and was told they aren’t doing laptop fixes at the moment and wouldn’t give me a reason why. Told me to bring it elsewhere. I asked why they let me book an appointment if they knew they weren’t taking them and I didn’t get a sufficient answer. I will never go to this place again.

I went in to ask for a repair, and they quoted me a price that sounded reasonable compared to the Apple Store.

I took my sister's phone in for the repair, and they had it done super quick, and didn't go over the quoted price.

The phone's issue was resolved, and we're quite satisfied.

We took a item here to be repaired and needed to have a computer plug out in, the guys even made a make shift face plate to protect the box and cord from being damaged in the future.

We weren’t certain it would work or if it was repairable, but I am happy to report that it does!

These guys are excellent and have fabulous customer service! Will definitely be back as a future customer! Thank you!

Don’t waste your time coming to this place. First of all they want you to make appointment like if you’re seeing a doctor or so then you come they’ll check your device if it’s physical damage or not. I brought Samsung Tab A8 there was small scratches not even dents he said I’ll charge to fix it as the warranty doesn’t cover physical damage. I think they’re just doing this to get money for themselves they blame Samsung rules. I understand what’s physical damage but this isn’t any physical damage I’ll send it to Samsung directly and report this shop.

Very professional service, starting with booking the repair and identifying the cost up front, over the phone. My phone was repaired quickly and ahead of schedule. In-store customer service was also professional. One suggestion: I expressed concern with leaving my phone unprotected, but there didn't seem to be any options. However when I returned to collect my phone the store told me that putting the phone in "maintenance mode" before leaving it for repair would prevent my data from being visible. This is perfect. I would have expected this to be told to a customer at the time of leaving the phone and be standard practise. I think that Samsung should be requiring this disclosure of its authorized service centres.

You know that moment wen you wrap the cord around the phone once, tap your feet and say a pray to get it to stay charging. Long story short I brought my phone in to UBREAKIFIX and within 5 minutes he had it working. No need to buy a new phone

I will rate 0/5 stars on this store if I could. I brought my Nintendo Switch to this store to fix the screen (not working) after water damage. And brought back home with a 100% broken Switch.

I was able to turn it on TV before, but the screen wasn't working after the water damage. And they gave me back a blue screen (I am not even able to turned off anymore) and it won't work on TV anymore.

I tried to contact UBREAKIFIX customer service, they told the the store was sold to mobile klinik a year ago they are no longer in charge. And mobile klinik told me this location is a franchise store which they are not in charge.
That means THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT GUARANTEED!

I went back to the store and talked to the manager, told them all I care is the data. What I am asking for is just a solution or a piece of advice that I can take. The manager was impatient and rude, keep telling me they have no reliability, according to the receipt with tiny little letters (Please read the receipt extra carefully if you go to their business). And no apologize at all.

Oh by the way, if you have problem with your nintendo switch just contact nintendo directly. This store charge over 50 dollars more than nintendo.

Don't waste your time with this store, if you don't want your device got damage further more with no customer support.

Reason for 3 stars is they need to work on being organized.our repair ticket was started a month ago with Google. They couldn't see it/ find it. While on phone with Google they said it should be obvious. Clerk refused to start working on repairs until they could see paperwork (I get that, but we did drive hours in from out of town just for this).
Husband was frustrated with communication or lack of. It eventually got done, but was a little painful.

Destroyed my phone one day and needed it repaired fast, they were able to make it good as new within 2 hours. The repair job has been great, after months of use I have no issues at all. The repair wasn't cheap as it was basically a full shell replacement, but the speed and quality of the service was worth the money.

These guys are AWESOME! I spent many hours trying to get the volume level fixed on my phone. After spending a ton of time with many people trying to trouble shoot this issue. The Telus rep suggested I see this Company, who they use on a regular basis.
The guy at uBreakifix cleaned my phone and it works great. He said it would be no charge for a quick clean.what? Really?
I highly suggest these guys for all your phone issues as they are amazing!

I was fully prepared to buy a new phone from Telus because my phone wouldn’t charge, but decided to bring it in to these guys and the cleaned the port and fixed the problem. Best of all it cost me zero dollars. I highly recommend them for any repairs small or big to your device.

I broke my screen on my s22 ultra and went through my protecton plan to get it fixed and I am so happy I picked this place to do the work. The guy working inspected my phone and had me call likewise to update the claim as my rear was broken also. I was unaware that was glass also. I saw the damage but i thought it was plastic.
Because it was 6: 30 when I dropped it off i left it for the night and picked it up the next day and it looks brand new again. (It was only a month old to begin with) but I am that rough at work and it looked a year old already.
I will definitely use this place again and highly recommend them.
