I met Dr. Samia tasneem, she is a good doctor. I got same day appointment and she wrote some tests. Got my result 2 days later. Found out I had pneumonia. She wrote antibiotics and I got better over the week.

Worst staff ever. Went there for my nephew he got wound on back of his head. Still 15 minutes left for closing she said sorry we can’t do anything it’s closing time.

I called this clinic and talked to a receptionist, however, she was quite rude. I was still talking and asking some questions but then as soon as she heard that im a new patient she claimed that they are not accepting new patients. She then abruptly ended the call before i was able to say anything else. I would not recommend this clinic due to their lack of professionalism.

THE BEST DOCTOR YOU WILL GET. SHES. Professional kind loving understanding and much integrity she truly will care for you and do what ever it takes to help your need and health problems I live her and I have been with her years now and I would drive anywhere she goes.to keep her as my doctor.you will get the best care with her. She has cared for me with so much compassion love and understanding and tests me regularly to keep me healthy.you won't regret it if you choose her as your doctor

Worst experience i have at this location. Dr. Samia reffered me for my blood work nd told that we" ll call you when we get your reports but they did'nt call. I went for my followup as walkin but they did'nt accept even when i told receptionist (simran) that i can wait an hour or more. I would jst say u r doing partiallity with ur patienst coz one of my friend always go there walkin thats why she suggested me. Its totally partiallity with new patients. I"ll never recommend anybody to go there.

Seems like the Indian receptionist takes all decisions there and doctors work for her. Dr tasneem is my family doctor but today Went there walk in just for doctors letter for messages therapist, still one hour to close and only one person in waiting hall still she not let me see the doctor sayings they are full and not taking walk in. Not the first time I feel receptionist is so unfriendly and arrogant. Dr is good anyway but not going back anymore, really need to learn how to treat patients there.

Dr. Tasneem is so unprofessional. I was feeling tired and fatigued and I went to see dr. Tasneem, told her my situation she gave me a requisition for blood work. I got them done but she never called me so I assumed everything was normal. But I kept on feeling sick for so many days but thought maybe im worked up or so but now after 10 months I got my blood work done again from another dr.who called me for follow up to let me know whats going on, turns out my Ferritin levels are way below than normal and other issues as well and just now im checking my lab results and came to know that my ferritin levels were low since dr. Tasneem checked me and my parathyroid hormones came out high when dr. Tasneem got them checked but she never called me to let me know so I lived with all these symptoms for all these months. Such a horrible experience with Dr. Tasneem and she was a little rude too when I asked her to do my full tests.

I love Dr tasneem but telling a patient they can only address two concerns when coming in for an appointment is absurd. People have schedules and cannot come in every other week to visit a doctor. I understand you have many patients but demanding this of patients is ridiculous. What is a doctor for if not to bring up your health concerns?

If I would be able to give "zero" I would have done that! It was awful. I went there to have a facial, but Susan convinced me to do a Genesis Laser that I don't know what is it yet. They charged me almost $190 for nothing. My skin has not changed even 1 percent! I sent them several emails to ask them to follow up with me but they don't respond.please don't go there, don't waste your time and money. Awful and disrespectful.

Honoured to have Dr. Tasneem as my family doctor. She goes above and beyond for you and your needs. She listens, she’s friendly, very very intelligent, she explains everything you need to know and is someone you can build a relationship with as a health professional.she’s on your side and has your back at all costs all while maintaining respect and making sure your issues are validated! Theses things are rare to find with doctors. I feel very comfortable with her. If she’s busy and can’t fit you in for a in person appointment the front desk will offer you a schedule phone call from her so not only is she a great doctor her team that works with her is too!

Great staff, awesome doctor. I had also laser treatment from them on my nose for rosacea very good results
