U.F.O. Pizza

I used to order happily from UFO quite often. Their food was good and it had good value. But today i ordered two chees donairs and one medium pizza. The total came to over $60. That's not the problem. The problem, was that the donairs HAD FOUR TINY STRIPS OF MEAT IN THEM (I'm embellishing)! But, RIDICULOUS. I doubt I'll be ordering from them anymore.

There pizza is really good with generous toppings. Check them out. I am not sure if they have any alien technology from St. Paul ;)

I had a regular beef donair with extra sweet sauce. Oh boy it sure had extra sauce lol some times you ask for extra sauce and it's barely regular sauce so this was good, I just needed 20 napkins is all. Tasted very good and was extremely filling. I will be back to try their pizza and other things.

Edit: we were craving donair salads again so decided to give UFO a go again. The owner was in and was so kind. He apologized and offered me a discount on my order. He was honestly so kind and told me to reach out if we ever have concerns again. Our salads and dry ribs were delicious. I’m happy to keep them in our top 10 take out places

We’ve been ordering here for years. Sadly recently portions have been inconsistent. I’ve always ordered a large donair salad and it has always had a serving of meat around that of the super or jumbo donair. The last few times have been very inconsistent with 2 of the last 3 orders being around the serving of a regular donair if that and a sprinkle of cheese. Honestly pretty disappointed

Not sure what happened! The pizza used to be good it's not so good anymore, edible but is lacking what it once had, had it about a year ago and was right on Point with classic UFO pizza like good ol St. Paul but now it lacks that zing and so greasy!

The staff was super friendly and service was quick, I don’t like to leave bad reviews but if you care about your bowels, you will not eat here. I have never in my life gotten sick from pizza and wings but I did from a slice and a couple wings from this place. Many hours after eating, there was no point of getting off the toilet. For gods sake, use health regulated ingredients because whatever I ate was very much not good quality. The person I shared the meal with also became very sick so I knew it wasn’t just something I had an issue with. Do not eat here if you have anything to do the next day.

We’ve been coming here since it first opened. Used to be excellent. The past few orders have shown a major decline in quality.

The people here are always super nice.

Other recent reviews will reflect this one. If you spend $3-$5 for extra toppings, forget it. It won’t happen. Also, their topping quantity has dropped massively to the point a store bought frozen pizza has more toppings.

The value has plummeted in the past year, there’s other options close by. Again, nice people, terrible value from previous years of awesomeness. We all understand thin margins and rising costs, but this is ridiculous.

Friendly, efficient. When we ask for no onions they make sure to get our order right. The brute was great as was the lasagna. We picked up and it was quick! Thanks UFO

Great service! Pizza was made and delivered surprisingly fast. I thought due to the speed of delivery that maybe the pizzas quality would be affected. So I opened the box and of course I was surprised again! Exactly as ordered and was exactly as I pictured in my head! Taste was great!

Just ordered a nooner pizza to treat myself. Don't waste your hard earned money and extra calories. The crust was so dry it was like sawdust. 2 stars bc flavor was ok. Go elsewhere!

Update: the owner contacted me right away with an offer to replace. They also stated they cook their pizza a little on the well side so it makes sense the nooner was dry.
I appreciate the awesome customer service and will rerate with the replacement!

I grew up in St. Paul eating at UFO Pizza with my family. Their food has always been phenomenal, and now I can continue to grow up eating it in Edmonton. The St. Paul location is a full restaurant, and I definitely recommend stopping in there on your next road trip if you love the pizza here for the full "out of this world" experience.

Food is good but I don’t appreciate being charged for a bag when I never requested one and I’m standing right there with a bag. You might think 15 cents is no big deal but that shows you don’t respect your customers.

If you want an appetizer sized pizza for $40 this is the place for you. Staff are nice, food is a rip off

I recently moved in the area and decided to try this place out as we love to do this. Everything including service and delivery has been amazing! The food is hot and they always deliver before the given time (15 mins earlier the 2nd time).

There pizza is good have been ordering for years.unfortunately the last couple of times I've been paying $3.75 for extra cheese on each pizza and never get extra cheese. I could see the meat under the cheese still and the three cheese pizza had a tiny thin layer of cheese. Definitely not worth the extra $7.50.

Middle of the road pizza. Absolutely no reason to go here.
Sauce is basic, pepperoni has no flavor. Cheese is average.
They think a 10" pizza is a medium. Pretty sure that's where small starts.

Man been trying to find the right pizza spot for my family and this is the place all though the prices are a bit more then say a big box pizza joint it is very much worth it! Great taste great staff always clean and presentable! Would recommend this place to everyone at least once!

First pizza spot I’ve tried since I moved here and I’m thoroughly impressed. Lots to choose from and the pizza never disappoints. Staff is also very friendly and works hard.

We ordered two pizzas last night. The toppings were burnt. Worst of all, the in-house delivery just left the pizzas on the door step without knocking on the door (I did not request any form of contactless delivery) needless to say, our pizzas were ice cold.

The walls are airbrushed with planets and there's a tacky blinking saucer over the counter and I love it all. Staff is friendly, and now that the dominoes nearby has axed it's discounts there's literally no reason not to buy from the local shop.

Great staff and great food excellent quality you always get ur money worth and great pizza variety that u don’t find any where else and super amazing Clean u guys rock well recommended
