Best Ukrainian Restaurant in Alberta reviews

Just needed a few things to help celebrate Ukrainian Christmas. Have been here several times and never been disappointed.

The house wine Piesporter was fantastic. We had the Chicken Kiev, appetizer parodies, and for dessert we had Blueberry parodies.

I was transported back to my Baba's kitchen table and big family suppers. Mixing a big dollop of sour cream into borscht, the perfect balance of sour, dill, and earthy beets. Listening to the same music she would have played on the record...

So far these are the best pierogis I have tried in Calgary! The cabbage rolls are delicious too. Reminds me of my grandma. I hope they stay open for a long time. It’s nice that it’s also available on skip the dishes.

Was next to this vendor at a local market and they spent the whole time making racist comments about my staff.

They used to have the absolute best kubasa around, but they’ve changed their recipe and it’s bland and nowhere near as good as it used to be. Seems like the quality has dropped significantly, unfortunately.
