WOW Clean, Organized, helpful, friendly. Haven't had such a positive shopping experience in years! Absolutely awesome staff! Warehouse pick-up was quick, they are amazing!

Shout out to Daniel from shipping and Receiving, great professionalism and always quick at loading and unloading, coming to Uline is always a great experience as a driver.

We placed two orders for wood crates and packing supplies with Uline. The orders arrived within three business days, everything was exactly as described. The delivery process (to a condo building) was very smooth.

The prices for packing supplies are reasonable. The wood crates are easy to assemble and only need a hammer or screwdriver.

I also appreciate the free gifts you can select based on your dollar spend.

10/10 would order from Uline again.

Lots of options but not flexible. Was going to arrive 5 mins after closing and asked to leave the order outside. They wouldn't. I had already paid and was willing to accept responsibility for items going missing. I get their point but I'm sure someone was going to be there for 5 mins extra. Will avoid if possible.

You name it. They've got it in stock at a reasonable price. Any business's best friend, great products.

When placing orders, the phone doesn’t even ring a full ring before a pleasant voice is on the other end to take an order. Super helpful and eager to find whatever it is you (and your business) is looking for. I place an order almost every other week for the last TWO years and it’s seamless and painless! Thank you guys!

Stop sending "or current occupant"s your catalogue. I will NEVER buy anything from you. It's a waste of paper, Canada Post man-hours, and absolute waste of my time carrying it from the mailbox to the recycling bin.

Love all the products, fast and very easy to pick up. Had a box delivered with damaged goods, due to the courier. Uline replaced it at no charge.

I love everything else about this business. But. STOP SENDING YOUR FLYERS TO ME. Seriously. JUST STOP. I've asked you many times over many months. What part of no flyers don't you understand? You cause unnecessary waste for our environment and flyers are not even natural paper. They are heavily inked. You are a contributing part of our environmental situation and shame on you and fix it.

Will call pickup is efficient and ultra convenient. These guys are a well oiled machine. I arrived 15 months earlier than My requested pickup time. They apologized for not having my order ready, sent off a guy and 5 minutes later, I'm loading. Excellent service, I'll be back

Garbage company they won’t do refunds when they make mistakes and only give in store credit for items once purchased, purchased 400 dollar roll of what was supposed to be translucent plastic tracing paper ended up being cooking paper and the guy asked do you need 400 in boxes and laughed and I thought what a terrible company my mail box has been filled with there garbage catalogues

I love this place, so organized and I never had an issue with my order and the people are always nice.

They lose one star for wasting paper and continuously hand out catalogs for every order you make, plus they mail you one every year. Think of all the trees and processing just to have it go straight to recycling.

Quick and easy to order online, if you show up early for your pickup, they'll get right on it, usually have my order within 5 minutes

Great selection of items, reasonable prices, clean facility, and friendly, efficient staff.

Cleaner than any hospital I have ever been in. You could do surgery on the floor in there and I would trust it more than a hospital.

Uline is my one-stop shop for all supplies. The call centre in US is super fast and friendly. The Edmonton warehouse is brand new facility and very convenient to get there. The staff is very helpful and efficient. Nick, the front desk guy is very nice!
