I saw Dr. Krim last month. I really appreciate what he did for me. He did some procedure that required 2 hrs.work. He was pressed for time because of an emergency. In other words he felt rushed, so he requested me to come back a few days later, so he can perfect the procedure. I came back and he did a fantastic job at no cost. I am very happy and satisfied with my teeth. Thank you Dr. Krim for being a perfectionist when it comes to my teeth. All smiles to u and ur fabulous staff. My first appointment was very good, as was the next. I appreciate that the methods they use are current and that my comfort is a high priority. I feel quite confident in continuing with Ultima.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. My dentist was knowledgeable, open to working on a treatment plan that worked for my dental health and my financial abilities. I like the hygienist uses airflow vs usual polishing and scraping- it was more efficient and better for my teeth.

Overall the experience getting wisdom teeth removed went okay. The staff were responsive to my needs and communicated well during the procedure.

Absolutely amazing Team! They go above an beyond for requests and explain everything that you might wanna ask. All in all a very pleasant experience

I've been putting off going to the dentist for years partly because of cost without insurance, but mostly anxiety. I've never had awesome experiences in the chair.
From the time I stepped into this clinic I felt at ease, the receptionist kindly welcomed me and was patient while I filled out my forms. The dental assistant and Dr Yoo were both absolutely wonderful, and Avneet who did my cleaning and scaling was so kind and accommodating when it came to my dental anxiety.
I can't recommend this clinic enough, if I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Especially Dr. Yoo took the time to explain what's going on. I highly recommend Dr. Yoo and any patient would not disappoint.

I have been going to Ultima for a few years. No one loves going to the dentist but Ultima and staff makes it more than a pleasant experience. Ensuring you are as comfortable as possible in and out of the chair. My dentist is excellent and the hygienists are lovely. Ultima is top notch!

Ultimate dental is a friendly and professional dental clinic. They are excellent with direct billing to my insurance companies. I’ve been with Dr Krimm for years; skilled dental care.

The clinic is prompt for appointment times and they try to be accommodating with my work schedule. That said, my dentist and hygienist work restricted hours, and no evenings, so it's a challenge to get to appointments after work.

Great office with staff that will take the time to interact/educate with you like a valued customer.

I have been going here for a few years now. I see Zayn every time and she is fantastic. She always make sure I’m comfortable, explains what she is doing and does an incredible job. This Dental Clinic is a dream. We are new to Calgary, looking for Dental services and so pleased with our choice. The staff are fantastic and way more than we could have asked for.

Dr Krim is an excellent dentist. You do not feel rushed and can express your dental concerns. Any of the dental procedures I have had done I have not had any problems following. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was advised after x-rays at Ultima that my chipped tooth had been previously filled with composite material). It needed to be fixed so they asked if I’d like to whiten my teeth so that they could redo my front tooth to the new whiter colour. I agreed, paying hundreds of dollars to whiten my teeth. (The woman who did it forgot to take before and after photos, didn’t advise on aftercare such as avoiding pigmented foods which would permanently stain your teeth after whitening and didn’t have my moulds prepared in time to take home.)
I went to get my front tooth fixed after whitening, and the dentist said my front tooth was in fact a veneer. The dentist went ahead and put composite filling over my veneer without discussing this change in plan, or acknowledging that my teeth colours now won’t match.
I now have a front tooth which is shades darker than the rest and have paid for whitening and dental work which just has to be done again.
Avoid at all costs.

Dr Krim and his dental nurses where so very friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone to try this practice out. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful too. I was very happy with the result of the work that had been done. Great place!

The staff who work at Ultima Dental are so kind and friendly, the hygienist was the most gental but thorough hygienist I've ever had, Dr Burgess was very good at talking about my options and was considerate of my financial situation and was not pushy about a more expensive alternative, I give them a 10 out of 10

I just going to tell you in short words who they are: this clinic is fantastic, Amazing, wonderful, they will make the impossible to make you feel comfortable. If you are a person who hate dentist like I use to, this place will change your mind. I contact them because my husband broke his teeth, they make the space for him, my husband was so impressed with their work that told me you have to go, well I did, I was so nervous that I was shaking
but dentist and assistant make me feel so comfortable, she explain me every step of the process and suddenly I just calm down.she did an incredible job, for my experience and my husband's experience: Is the best place in town!

I've been seeing Dr. Burgess and Jennifer (dental hygienist) for a long time now both at Ultima Dental and at their previous location. They're both amazing and make sure that you're comfortable anytime they're working on your mouth. I've had nothing but good experiences at the office and the staff are very accommodating. My kids also go for their dental checkups here and anyone we've seen has been really good with them. I highly recommend Ultima Dental and can't say enough good things about them!

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this dental office and Dr. Burgess specifically. They are very accommodating and always able to book appointments within a reasonable time frame. My whole family swears by this team and we wouldn't go anywhere else! As a student I really appreciate that they offer direct billing for insurance. Although I haven't had any significant dental issues, I know people who have, and Dr. Burgess has been very keen to work out a plan which takes into consideration financial stress and personal preference when it comes to anesthesia and invasive procedures. I am constantly recommending Ultima Dental Wellness to my friends and fellow students because I trust their competent staff and know that they aren't in the habit of overcharging or up-selling.

I was under a very short time crunch to get a number of procedures completed on my teeth. Everyone at Ultima bent over backwards to get everything done, on time and done well! I had a deep rooted fear of getting my teeth cleaned due to hyper sensitivity. Two separate hygienists got the job done with relatively no discomfort. From the admin staff, to the hygienists, assistants and Doctors, my experiences have been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Ultima to anyone!
