Ultimate Spas has been outstanding over the past two summers. They are extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. Jason always has the time to answer questions, offer help, and his enthusiasm and knowledge is outstanding. Truly appreciate that Sheldon and his crew treat me and my family as a valued customer.

Ultimate Spas has above ground pools.

Always had a pleasant experience with Ultimate Spas, whether it be for supplies, or Hot Tub repairs. If you're unlucky enough to experience leaks in your tub, the repair tech there (Chance) is great and will take the time to explain things as needed. As a new hot tub owner, I appreciated the expertise that Ultimate Spas provides.

Over the years we have purchased a hot tub, massage chair and patio furniture. With each purchase the Owners and associates were very knowledgeable and professional.

Had my hot tub delivered today, the guys had to take the old one off our deck and then install the new one in the deck (sunken). It took 5 guys and a lot of sweat but they did it. Kudos, to the crew they did a fantastic job. Other hot tub place wanted nothing to do with my install. Thanks a lot

I was there to buy smoker pellets, they have a sign out front saying cheapest pellets in town. I bought 4 bags for a 15% discount, it was still more expensive than 4 bags anywhere else.

I've bought two hot tubs from Ultimate Spas. This company is rock solid. Pleasure to deal with. Local company that has been here for many years. A+, highly recommended.

Ultimate Spas is awesome. I called Sheldon Friday at noon and by 2 Bryce had come to fix the hot tub. Unfortunately the fix didnt work but after a call on Saturday Bryce was back on Monday and all was fixed! This awesome service and I am embarrassed to say we didnt even buy our tub from them. When the time comes to buy a new hot tub this will be the place to go. Thanks guys!

They have a great selection of pellets. Very friendly staff. Kurtis and I were talking about delicious meats. He even gave me a smoked brisket recipe. I agree he is handsome.

Currently I am being helped by Jason one of the associates at ultimate spas and all I can say is WOW! He has been more then helpful in helping me find the correct hot tub for my needs! Super knowledgeable super friendly and not pushy at all!

If you are in the market for a Hot Tub this is your PLACE! Full of knowledge from installing to maintaining the hot tub! We even live over and hour away and that was no problem at ALL. Had a little problem with a valve after 6 months or so after our purchase and it was so easy to do the warranty with them! They came out and handled it ALL:)

Had our tub for just under 5 years. Kurtis has been awesome any time we have had questions on little issues that we have had. Recently our heater quit working and the weather was not very nice out. Kurtis made the drive to Bow Island and got every thing working like new again! Service is huge with us and you can’t ask for better from them. It is wants sets them apart from the other guys! When I hear of someone thinking about getting a hot tub I always recommend Ultimate Spa! Keep up the great work!

These guys are amazing I am new to looking after a pool and hot tub and they were able to answer all my questions and so much more guiding me in the right direction and providing me with the best possible products they recommended a solar blanket for my pool and it was unbelievable what it did to the overall operation of the pool These guys are your go to pool and spa guys They are awesome

Now sells Proslat products. I just bought a Garage Gator Eight Bicycle 220lb Lift Kit. As the you-tube videos show, scaffolding or at least two ladders with help from a buddy would make it easier! It had no problems lifting the four bikes plus more. Kids use it with ease and it gave me back my garage. Two vehicles in a two car garage again!
