I brought in several watches for battery changes and cleaning. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast service. My Bulova wouldn't start again after the new battery. Ultra got it going again for 75 dollars - a bargain to save an 800 dollar watch! They also did an appraisal for me, which was prompt, professional, and accurate. Highly recommend this store over the generic chain jewellery stores!

Terrible service, seemed friendly, went in with about 7oz of silver coins, was offered 10$ for it. Then was offered 35% under spot value.
Highly recommend going to Becks or somewhere else for selling silver/gold.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Had a diamond replaced in my engagement ring, and my Mom’s wedding rings joined with a unique design. Very happy with the price and quality of work. My husband had his watch cleaned and a new battery installed. Running great. Also had his wedding band sized and is now wearing it again! Fast estimates and repair within a week. Must have toddlers working in the back - numerous scratches on my watch after a battery install. I VERY HIGHLY recommend avoiding Ultra for watch servicing. I will never return.

Tried two different engravers in the city who didnt want to touch the belt buckle, because of the curve and the hardware on the back. Ryan got it done that day and called me after he finished saying he loved the challenge. You can see from the photos it turned out awesome.

My wife recently lost the diamond from her engagement ring. We stopped by two jewelry stores at Londonderry Mall, and were told by both of them that the ring would have to be sent to their head office for an estimate. And, if we chose to approve the work, it would be another two weeks to have the work done. We subsequently went to Ultra Jewelers, and found that they had a goldsmith on site who was able to discuss options and give us an estimate immediately. We decided to proceed with the work, and were told that it would take two days but in fact, the ring was ready in less than 24 hours. They also cleaned my wife’s wedding ring at no extra charge. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and we couldn’t be happier with their work and the incredibly prompt service. We would definitely shop there again.
