The one, for most clients, who connects the dots for us from service… to repairs… to estimates… and she customizes each time. I recently had Ultralite Doors quote on a tenant improvement project and they are very competitive when it comes to pricing. Best thing about having them awarded the work is the customer service you receive thereafter.

I have been using ultra light doors for a few years and I seem to like them for commercial. And the service is great. This past year has been a very busy one for me and my crew. We've had 3 large parkade doors replaced which only took these guys 2 days amazingly enough. The Job scope would probably allow for 5. Our condo board needed to replace our overhead parkade door. The existing high speed fabric door was the source of entry for a break in. We contacted several vendors and compared a number of doors. Ultra-Lite and the Rytec high speed door were selected. Terri-Lynn Self helped us immensely from arranging to see other doors in service, to the purchase and installation of the door. The installation team did a great job and worked to minimize down time for our parking. Terri-Lynn also did an excellent job of project management, follow up and customer engagement. Super fast, helpful, and friendly. Came here for warranty support on a Liftmaster product and the service was great. Impressive facilities- they seem to have the people and supplies needed to get the job done quickly when needed.

Brand new door can't close tight with an inch wide gap underneath. Service was booked quick and the tech showed up on time. He figured out the problem was a broken joist. He called for second tech named Vzaw who came fix the door and suggested further solution in case it happened again. He was very polite and professional. Keep up the good work!

Company driver is an absolute bone head. Driving north on deerfoot june 2 at 7am goes from fast like 500 meters before barlow exits promptly cuts over all four lanes of deerfoot cutting off several people. Once on barlow trail completely unprovoked he starts riding a red Honda civics bumpers within one or two feet while going 70km an hour and pulls up within inches when the light is red. If this was my company this person would be losing there job. Imagine if this is how he drives imagine how he works on our job site!

Were prompt and temporarily fixed my garage door issue.

The garage door opener I have is old and a $50 part is failing. They did not provide a quote to replace the part but instead tried to upsell me to purchase a new garage door opener. In retrospect, I am disappointed that they did not offer to replace the failing part while they were fixing the existing issue. If I get them to come out again, it will end up costing me about 1/3-1/2 the cost of a new garage door opener.

Update: I fixed the "root cause" of the door not working well for $50. Downgraded review to 2 star as it was an easy fix.

The original fix by ultralite was causing more wear and tear on the door opener than was necessary and was making its operation more dangerous than it needed to be.
