Terrible experience. Store was quiet so I walked up to cash to pay for an item and got told to get in line when nobody was in line waiting but girl at cash who was free told me to go walk around into the line or else she would not cash me out. Power trip girl lost a sale from me. Obviously if someone was waiting in line I would have waited patiently for my turn to pay. Even another customer thought this was ridiculous treatment. Will second guess returning to this location.
Great store with good deals! Staff is quite helpful and management also steps in to go above and beyond. I would appreciate slightly more cleaning and organization of clothing for easier browsing (I know most of this is due to messy customers, but more upkeep is required). Will always be coming back here no matter what
Extremely rude over the phone female agent. She has no clue of customer service and doesn't want to repeat. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. Called again and she did the same. Try under armour at West Edmonton Mall. People are helpful there.
It was not good customer service girl was over the counter her behaviour was rood. We did the shopping around 500. Girl was not clarifying the deals. Even she left a security tag on a shirt that we bought for my son which he was wearing next for a party. Now we need go about 50km to remove that tag
Phoned them to check first if an online purchased pair of shoes can be returned at their store, for which they said yes. Once I went there, they said that I could not return the item because of my method of payment. Wasted an hour of my time because of the sales representative’s misinformation.
Great store. Great prices for basketball shoes for kids. Underarmour is second to none. All ages of customers.great parking great sushi bar out side door for snack
One of the best store to shop in. Store manager Laura Bogath is a true example of customer service. She is extremely nice to her customers and help them in the best possible manner. I live in Fort McMurray but travel to Edmonton at least couple of times in a month. Under Armour Factory House in EIA Outlet mall is always my stop to shop for myself and my team. Thank you Laura for giving your customers the best shopping experience!
Place was a zoo, there were clothes thrown everywhere and shoes all over the floor. Not sure if this is normal for the store, but it certainly through my wife and I off enough to leave the store.
This has been our first time in an Under Armor store. It was a little busy but the staff were great and helpful, and they had some really good deals. I would come back.
Under armour outlet is a good little visit. They entice you with 20-40% off on most items.however, they don’t tell you that the items on the store are not the one you get online so it’s a gamble everytime to see if you’ll like anything at all. Plus I feel that they inflate the “original” price to compensate for the “up to 40%” so it’s not much of a deal, if at all. I did like to see that they offer first responders and military families a 10% discount on top though.
I was there earlier there's a line up and to found out they have a great sale.and the guy at the front was amazing, he was so energetic.worth to spend money on that sales
All in one shipping for under armour. Good selection and decent clearance racks. Hit them first then but the regular priced stuff, because, let's face it, at 40-60% off, the end price is really what it is worth. The project rock stuff really is good though and with the cash.
I didn't have much time to stop by the store so I went in focused on getting a top and bottom coldgear base layer. I asked a worker right away and they said they only have men's. I asked another worker and they said they only have men's. It made no sense to me as I'd looked the clothing up specifically so I tried on the men's anyways but they don't fit right. I then spent 30 minutes trying to find an alternative to wear. I got in line (which was long and slow) and sure enough I saw a display with 'cold gear' just past the counter. The employees had no idea and could have saved me so much time and frustration. The coldgear sign was also so small and hard to see that I had no reason to believe the employees were wrong. On top of this whole thing the person working the change rooms was inattentive and not helpful at all. The only saving grace is the cashier at the front was very nice. I really like under armour and I've started to buy more lately but this wasn't a good experience.
First off I'd like to say I am not giving this brand a 5 star for its service but for its quality I bought a hat from this place and was out on the lake doing some boating when my hat flew off into the lake well I thought it was lost forever how ever when turned back around to look for it it manged to stay buoyant and not sink so I ended up getting my hat back needles to say very impressed with the product and would definitely recommend could make good floties if needed.
They always seem to have great sales on like 50% off everything I do all my shopping here for Mexico vacations super nice staff lots of stock and sizes no wonder most people in leduc and surrounding areas are wearing under armour
Most amazing athletic store in all of Edmonton/surrounding area in regards to sales, quality, and staff. The sales are impossible to beat. It’s under armour, so the quality is amazing and lasts forever. Finally, the staff are always super helpful and outgoing. Definitely, worth the drive if you need to make it.
I got super excited when I found out about this store. A place u can go to and try it on before u buy. Since my size is double XL to triple XL u won't find anything to buy. They cater to SM to LG. And they don't have all the shoes either. Even though u call to check if they do and over the phone they say they do, but once there "sorry we don't have those, but u can order it online" ️️ Sad store that only caters to SM to LG.
