Union Salon & Barber Shop

I have travelled the lands for hundreds of years in search of a decent barber shop lol ok just Lethbridge I was told of this joint.
Well I gotta say Chads the man for beard work, he’s experienced and a really nice fella. Thankyou brother, will see you again in 4-6weeks.

I saw Raven and am so happy with the cut she gave me. I've wanted to grow my hair out and she was able to give me a haircut that will help me achieve that, she also let me know what to expect as it grows out, how it would look after washing it the next day, and reassured me about different things about my hair.

I had one of the best experiences at a salon in my entire life. I also love how the owner has incorporated her family history in the decor as well. My random choice of a salon to get my hair cut was one of the best decisions I could make. I had no idea at the time I found Union online that I knew the owner growing up. I want the owner to know that she has created an amazing business. I'm usually really nervous to get my hair cut but I said to myself before going that Kathy would only hire really good stylists and I knew I was in good hands.

Thank you Union & Raven for helping to make my first cut since August an awesome experience. I'll definitely be going back to Union in the future.

I'd been lazy with my hair since before Christmas and hadn't wanted to spend the money to get it cut since I knew it was just going under a hat most days. But decided it was time to get a cut yesterday and went to my favorite barbershop and told Penny I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with the floppy mop of hair I had. She asked me, "can I just do something with it? " I said sure and she worked her magic. I'm super happy and it's a little change from what I've done for the last 20 years or so!

Seen haven here twice now! I love the atmosphere in the shop, and haven is great! We've been working on growing out a style and she's been so helpful at getting me to where I wanted, while giving some suggestions on how to make the cut better to suit me personally can't wait to see her in June!

Every single staff member at union is incredible in their own ways! Such a beautiful building and welcoming atmosphere to spend time in. Great products to purchase and a delicious drink menu!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm going to just this once because the struggle is real. I travelled 4570 km to get my hair done. I repeat, all the way from Nova Scotia just to get my hair coloured and cut by Alex. Call me crazy, but it's hard to find someone as talented as her in this industry. Not to mention she is the funniest, most down to Earth human to grace us on this planet.

Thanks for always making me feel as confident as Mariah Carey dropping her 1994 Christmas album. Halifax has lost a legend.

I’ve been going to Union for over 5 years now and I’ve never been disappointed with their service or haircuts. Their barbershop will exceed your expectations. Friendly and knowledge staff.

I went online and they have good reviews from clients so I decided to call then book an appointment for my hair cut.noone answered and noone got back to call me. So I drove to there and I told the receptionist there that I called and noone answered, she told me with uncaring that sorry and you caught me on a busy moment. I felt that was my fault but it wasn't. Very over priced place too 38$ plus tax for a hair cut in Lethbridge! Wow. The bottom line is I don't recommend the place for my family and friends.

Awesome place to chill and get a dope fade. These are the coolest cats hanging out with the sweetest dog! And they are licensed, so if you need a cold beer and a hot shave this is the place. Best barbers around, hands down.

Had a haircut & beard trim recently with Chris. It was an excellent experience, went really well, and I love the work done. Really happy about it. Definitely skilled, and a fun atmosphere. I will continue to go back!

Raven went above and beyond my expectations. Flawless service, great atmosphere, and no pressure to like or purchase things I don't want or need. I came in with an idea for color, and Raven took what I wanted and made it even better. I highly recommend her for color work.

I was looking for a barber shop that could take my wild beard. I took to Google and Union was the first choice.i went in and was not disappointed! Chad was incredible. It was my first true barber experience and it was awesome. My haircut is awesome, he shaped my beard so it's all nice and sharp looking, and the overall vibe in the shop was great! It felt real old-school and new school all at the same time. And there was no millennial soapbox ranting, so I don't know what that one review was talking about. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants that barbershop vibe!

Friendly staff, lovely ambiance, and such a talented crew here that have helped me out with some tricky cuts. The business takes efforts to be environmentally friendly as well, which is awesome!
