United Class Cabs

These guys suck, if you tell them you need a pet friendly cab, the cab will show up, take one look at your dog and drive away leaving you stranded in the cold. Stay away from united as well as all cabs, period, give your money to uber instead

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I waited over an hour for a cab for it to never come. I kept calling and they kept saying “they’re on the way, ” which were just vague statements that meant absolutely nothing.

Cars are older, some smell weird and down right stink also was greeted by “ where you going “? I said Adresse he said too short of trip get out i said perfect would highly never recommend a can from YMM airport

Cab driver didn’t update his pay terminal UNTIL we arrived, I had to sit in the cab for 10+ minutes while it updated, I could’ve been late for work!

Been dealing with Neymar for years. Very reliable, always on time and his car is super clean. In the 30+ trips, it’s always been the same. Perfect service. Helps you with luggage, polite and respectful. I highly recommend him.

I have had many interesting experiences in cabs, but United Class is easily the best in Fort Mac.

Wish I would have seen the reviews before. I booked through Ft McMurray Airport Limo and they sent this taxi for me. It was very run down, dash lights flashing, very dirty (dust, stains, ripped seats, etc). Nice driver, but won't be using this service again. Especially not when they charge the same rates as companies who maintain their vehicles properly.

Wanted to charge us an extra $10 because we had "so many bags". (Everything except my camera bag fit in the trunk) I asked the Cabby if we landed in South East Asia by mistake because that's the last time I heard this scam. The thing is, you expect that traveling abroad but not in a place light Fort McMurray. Cab was dirty, front seat filled with clutter so my buddy and and I had to both squish in the back with a bag on our laps. We're both big guys. Wouldn't have tolerated any of it were I running solo but didn't feel like making a scene.now I regret having given in. Well at least I can leave this review. Don't use this company.

Pretty safe transportation. Prefer United to most transport services available in Fort McMurray. I feel safest in a United Class Cab.

Filthy cab. Driver eating cereal from a dish while driving. At arrival asked for payment and I gave him card. He yelled at me and said “you must have cash, you don't have cash! ”. He legit yelled at me. I gave him my card and I said this is all I have. He yelled again said “everyone pays cash, why you have no cash, why? ! He then fumbled through the mess in his cab floor while mumbling to himself all mad and got the machine and I was able to pay for the ride. I didn’t give him a tip due to the way he yelled at me several times and the state of his cab being so filthy and him driving while eating an open container of cereal. I just wanted to get out of there. Then he yelled at me again for not giving him a tip. Would never use this company again

I used united cab from Canadian brew house to beaver was 5 am and cab driver tell us gonna be $132 and meter is not working scammer

Cab driver was rude wanted cash yelled at my girlfriend for not having cash. The cab was dirty and disgusting, open food just put on top of garbage to drive around. Then cab driver was angry because he didn't get tipped. Sept 6 2022

Waited over a half hour for a cab at the airport in fort Mac and buddy showed up asked where I was going and my destination was too close for him to even consider the 10 minute drive, then he proceeded to curse me and other people out for saying that's not right and took two other people instead

Marginally better then walking. Cab was dirty, driver sighed when I wanted to pay with card (not cash).

I ride this cab because of the nicest taxi i rented yesterday was nice unfortunately he can pick me from my hotel because his at the airport area in ftmac.however united cab send a guy and he waited me and ask me to pay 40 dollar from my hotel to cibc bank fortmacmurray it take 5 minutes from my hotel to cibc and after cibc to walmart i paid 40 because he waited me at the bank heading to walmart.but when i call united taxi again its come the same guy and he wanted me pay 20 dollar from walmart to my hotel that is just 5minutes drive wtf.i hate people taking advantages No to united cabss at fortmacmurray

Charged 40$ when it should have been 20 would never recommend they will take advantage of you if you are under the influence

This is the worse taxi company in fort mcmurray they purposely drive slowly or try to talk to you and distracting them from driving they will try their best to get the most money possible taking the longest route to get to a place. I strongly do t recommend this taxi service horrible.

Driver arrived at the pickup point for arranged time, good communication prior to pick up, but when I asked if they could wear a mask they said drivers didn't have to if they don't want to. Uber and other taxi services across the province still require masks from both rider and drivers.

Charges extra for a van when there are 4 passengers, while not allowing people to sit up front because of Covid.

Card machine wasn't working to pay, I sent an etransfer to the driver as he suggested. He then called.e 8 times in total throughout the night telling me to send it to his personal email rather, after I had sent it.

It was 5 minute drive where I was going. The child driver didn’t understand how long of a day I had or I probably would have walked with the 75 pound nap sack I had on my back. Anyways he takes off in the vehicle before me even having the door shut or having my seat belt on, he then refuses to use the meter and more then likely over charged me. I asked him to bring me to the front and it was more convenient FOR HIM to drop me off at the back. As I grabbed all my stuff I wanted to do a quick check incase I had forgotten anything or something fell out of my pockets. He proceeded by telling me to hurry up. I will be calling management first thing tomorrow morning.

Drivers dont know where they were going even though I told him many times where I was going. They dont used map instead they let their customer to use the map for them. I don’t recommend this taxi service company and I wont use this anymore.

This cab is a joke. Took 30 minutes and 2 calls to get someone at 1am. Driver couldn't even keep it inbetween the lines and drove 10km under the speed limit the entire time. Was not a pleasant ride either, constantly slamming his brakes for no reason. Maybe he thought we were drunk enough not to realize all these things but he also kept the meter running while we were parked in front of the house. Just avoid at all costs.

Asked for 45 dollars for a 5 minute drive. Said on the screen 18 dollars and then asked for a tip on top of the 45 dollar. Horrible
