I got the car I wanted and paid for it. So that was good.
The after sales service was not good at all and the company mislead my trade in for the next buyer. Makes me wonder if they mislead me when I was "the next buyer" for the car I purchased.

Do Not Use This Place Took my 2016 ford Transit that would go over 20 km ab hour, and its a service van. Was told on Wednesday that they would look mybe thursday or Friday, and Xmas was on Saturday.they didnt look at it to the following Thurday.i understand the holidays. Then they said that the NGK spark plugs dont work with the ecoboost.i was told and have a text Twice that 100000 percent that the problem is that.i paid about 230.00 dollars for that.i changed plugs with Mororcraft Plugs, Whcik cost me about 140.00 and they wanted 500 to change. Nothing changed and i told them i want my money back as well as the spark plugs that i paid for, paid by them, i have no response from the servic adviser or the service manager which i asked them to get the person to call me.

SO I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS DEALERSHIP.
Also not finished yet.i am going to take them to small claims court for the principal of lieing to me and charging me for nothing.the problem was the throttle body which i got replaced.

Was by far the most enjoyable adventure i have had to date purchasing a vehicle. Kelsey in sales and Mason in finance both went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. I booked an appointment for my truck 's issue. I was very busy and put my work in order, but when was the day they told me that I do not have an appointment. I had to book again.
For my truck's issue is reprogramming, they told me to leave my vehicle two days. I put my vehicle in the morning before 8 on Thurday. On next day afternoon at 2 I asked when could I pick my vehicle? After 2 hours, they told me I could pick anytime but the reprogramming didn't work. I asked how much for reprogramming when I put my vehicle there. They told me $185+gst. I asked if there are any other charges, they told me no, just $185+gst. When I went to pick my vehicle and got confused after saw the bill, $285.49! (labour charge $283.5, shop& enviro charge $33.39) Instead of fixing my vehicle issue, i 'm paying more! They told me there were no other charges, so what is this $33.39? I was not satisfied and unhappy, refused to pay. They told me I can't have my vehicle back if I don't pay it. Such an overbearing rule! I was so angry and asked to talk with their manager.it was around 5: 30pm, they told me all the leadership and management are off duty, if I don't want to pay could wait to talk with their manage on next Monday. I have a landscape business and very busy, have wasted two days here, can not waste anymore.one staff apologized and said she would email their manager about the situation, also passed me their manager's business card said I can email him.

I emailed their manager Jasmine Hart about my issues when I back home. On next Monday morning, Jasmine reply me said sorry and will give me a call very soon after speaking with Kayla who is in charge of fixing my vehicle. After 4 days waiting I emailed Jasmine if he did't care about my problem at all on Friday morning. He said sorry, has been waiting to speak with Kayla and she has been sick.if this is a case, why don't let me know early. He asked what can he do to resolve the issues without having to wait for Kayla. I said either fix my vehicle and return the overcharge or return the money I will fix it somewhere else.

I waited for a week without any reply, so I emailed him again, but still no reply. Maybe he was sick and didn't come to work; maybe there were too many problems to deal with and I needed to be patient and wait in line; Such a "great" services I have never ever met.
Let's see how long I have to wait and if there are any updates.

A word of advice to everyone, read all the reviews about their services not just mine, you will know how ‘great" services they provide. If i'd read before, I never would have come. Think about it before you come. Good luck!

I started communicating remotely from medicine hat with the sales representative of this company (special thanks to Raj) and they did all things for us, giving best price with low interest rate of lease and preparing even car plate on my wife’s beautiful black trim lincoln corsair. They did all things before we come and we just waited 15minutes overthere for some paperworks and after that we could drive and come back to home with peace of mind. Special thanks to manager of lincoln universal and all sales representatives who helped us to learn different features of car on that special days.we will come back to you very soon to get 2024 models.

Horribly overpriced service department! I took my new motorhome for it's first service and was charged a total of $527.97 for an oil change and visual inspection of undercarriage and exterior. I have asked several times for an explanation of what work they completed to justify this cost but have not received an answer. I would absolutely avoid this service department!

I couldn’t find an option to reply to your response so I’ve updated this review. You didn’t really answer my question as to what specific work was done to justify $527.97. Not sure what was done for “battery service” as the battery was replaced under warranty. That leaves oil change, coolant system service and an inspection. That doesn’t seem like a lot of work to charge so much for. Am I missing something?

I brought my ford fusion for airbags and brake recalls. The official ford recall for brakes stating that dot3 fluid can detoriate abs valves and should be changed to dot4 and valves changed if necessary. Some of my brakes are always rubbing the rotor and I changed all calipers and hoses, so ABS stuck valves would be the only reason. However, advisor lied to me that only brake bleeding and reservoir cap change is part of the recall. Technicians wrote on receipts that they checked valves, but I doubt that they did. They did not install the air bag cover after work and just left inside the car. The reception told me that car was washed, but when I checked it was dusty. So, they have to run through car wash. I think those guys are just doing the bare minimum and negligent at their work. I did not pay for this work, but Ford will pay them for their time. I would avoid this place.

I bring my vehicle here for servicing and while the service itself was fine, I keep getting phone calls from sales people wanting to trade in my car. After telling them all I am not interested the calls continue. I finally had to tell them to take my number off their call list. I hope this helps and I will likely not return for future business.

After having no luck and lot's of stress at three different dealerships trying to trade in my Chevy. One of which tried to deceive me. My brother called me and convinced me to try universal ford before making a decision on the car I was originally going to purchase at a different dealership.
I can not tell you how impressed I was by Amin he was so great and worked hard at finding the perfect car for me and my daughter. Merianne in finance made the financial process so quick and easy and explained the entire process from start to finish. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and were patient with me. Amin listened to what I needed in a car and what my budget was on payments. I was shown many options and I decided on the 2021 Ford Escape SEL (best decision) because it had everything I wanted. Trading my Chevy was easy and I was given a great deal on the trade.
I would also like to thank Britney she is the receptionist who is extremely sweet and played with my little girl so I could sit down with Amin and Merianne. I would definitely recommend universal ford to friends and family.

Billy helped with my trade in. I got such a good price I was very surprised. Usually I go elsewhere but I tried Universal Ford and I'm glad I did. They did my insurance, my registration and delivered it right to me. I literally only had to sign papers. So painless! I highly recommend Billy at Universal Ford!

As I could not get into my usual ford dealership for service in time for a road trip I went to Universal Ford for my service. I was completely shocked at the superior customer service, the care and attention to detail that I have since permanently moved all of my families vehicles to Universal Ford even though is is quite a bit further away from where we live, it is worth the drive!

Ive never experienced the level of service that they provide, usually once you've drove off the lot in your new vehicle that white glove service goes away - they've got your money BUT at Universal they treat every customer the same regardless of how old your vehicle is.

TRULY outstanding service and the most amazing caring staff at this Ford dealership! I will be a customer for life.

First I was baited by a vehicle on their website that ended up not being available for sale, which given, if it was sold that day would make sense but they informed me that it was sold a MONTH ago. Who is running their website?

Even then, it's just normal salesman tactics to get you on the lot, I looked past it. The dealer there, Sherajan, tried to sell me an older Ford Escape with a GPS from the stone age for 10K, thousands over what it's really worth, and we moved away from the product.

After we finally settled on a 2015 Ford Escape, he said it still needed to be inspected, this is normal for a dealer and they have to do it through policies and procedures to make sure it is road safe. Fair enough!

Well after a week and a half wait and the worst communication and follow up I've ever had with a salesperson, he told me the vehicle was going to be too much to repair, thousands of dollars above what they were willing to sell it for. I was frustrated, I had wasted so much time waiting on something that fell through. Even then I gave him the chance to offer me something else, and they had the audacity to tell me the price point wasn't in line with what was available.

If you're sold a White Ford Escape around the butt end of 2021 and it has a rattling panel or it's listed as a mechanic special, then you'll know how slimy this place can be. They're great sales people if you buy things at the price -they- want you to pay.

Avoid at all cost would give zero stars if I could.

Never a bad experience with Universal!

Two years ago I was rear ended in my 2007 Ford Ranger. Universal had it repaired and returned quickly and efficiently.
After Having a NAPA replacement slave cylinder fail in my truck I decided to take the truck to universal for an OEM replacement.

Costed about 500$ less then what Cetus Auto Charged me 2 years prior, and the Service Department was prompt & Honest with me.the same thing happened 2 years prior and Cetus talked me into replacing the entire clutch assembly with some NAPA grade self-adjusting clutch, as well as charged me for resurfacing a flywheel they quite clearly did not touch (heat marks). I ended up ripping it out 6 months later myself because they refused to honour their warranty and I found out they used to wrong type of clutch assembly when I stopped being able to shift gears.after replacing the clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, and leaky rear main seal that Cetus failed to mention, the mistake I made was using a LUK brand (NAPA's brand) slave cylinder. Did some deep reading, only to find that these are extremely prone to failure. So when it spontaneously failed, I had the truck towed to Universal.

Universal did not try to up sell me an entire assembly, a resurfacing of the flywheel, or any other non required parts.

They stayed honest and replaced what needed to be replaced.

I will gladly look forward to dealing with Universal again, it was a hassle free experience and the staff has always been courteous and friendly!

They screwed us over on over $9,000
Never showed us paperwork with interest rate and term. Put everything through at longer term and higher interest making payments look same as agreed upon amount. Will not be returning. Plus left fees on for items we agreed removed

RUN far far away from this dealership. They clearly lack in customer service and are using a review of their product to not honour a loyalty card which was paid for. Who does this, shady companies do this. Ford clearly doesn't care about long time customers and helping them, only about the sale. I wouldn't want to give this dealership a penny of my money.

Update Oct 13th, 2021:

Today I was refused service for an oil change, and the dealership refused to honour a loyalty card contract (that I paid into and includes free oil changes). They claimed I had told them I would remove my review, and they would not work on the car because I didn't. I never agreed to remove the review and would not change or remove a review unless a company resolved the issues. The service manager and general manager were unavailable, of course. Instead of telling me before the appointment, or even when I spoke to advisors on the phone the day before, they waited for me to show up to the appointment.

Update Sept 23th, 2021:

After being told by the service manager that "all cars noise" and that there was no way the rattle sound I heard at the front of my vehicle could be external, another dealership found the problem and fixed it in April 2021. I had argued since Feb 2020 that the noise was coming from the outside of the vehicle. I was also able to demonstrate a connection to the windshield wipers. It turns out that a component was not welded correctly, during manufacturing, on the outside of my car. So a different dealership fixed that. *18 months* after the issue was reported.

The squeaking noise from that began immediately after an appointment with Universal to fix my hatch door took 18 months to diagnose correctly and repair. Of course, it was another dealership that finally figured it out. It was related to the bumper. The person who solved it sat in my vehicle for one test drive, told me that the noise would drive someone crazy, and then figured it out and repaired it in one day.

But here's the thing, after over two years, I continued to have problems with my vehicle. There are so many instances of redoing repairs. There are many examples in my service orders where "component x was missing, " or similar is indicated. The entire situation is ridiculous, as is the quality of the vehicle. Right now, something is rattling in my hatch door again, and it appears to be an area where Universal performed a "repair. " It's unbelievable that a long-time Ford customer would be put through all this.

I’m very disappointed in my brand new 2019 Ford Escape, which I have had since the end of June 2019. I bought a new escape after having a fantastic experience with my 2017 lease. My lease was up, and I wanted a vehicle I could trust since I am often driving long distances, alone and off the grid. This new vehicle has had problems since the first couple of weeks of owning it.

At this point, I have had over a dozen rentals, and many were Ford Escapes. In my immediate family, we have owned or leased six Ford’s, and they did not exhibit the same issues. I have spent a significant amount of time taking my vehicle in for service, which has cost me work and time in general. I do not think my SUV is safe, considering how many components have broken or appear to be installed incorrectly. I am incredibly disappointed that Ford sold me such a vehicle. The situation has been going on for almost a year, and Ford has let me down. Universal Ford also stopped responding to me after my last service. No answers to emails, no response to the surveys they sent me (in which I indicated the problems were not resolved).

The first time I visited the store to test a vehicle, I was assisted by Paul and he seemed very friendly. I didn't end up liking the vehicle and told him this in person. He immediately emailed me comparable vehicles in my price range, so I appreciated this but did not like the any. I responded back and told him this as well and said that I would reach out myself if I found anything, thanked him for his time and thought that was it. He then continued to ask about the original vehicle. He would call me (left a voicemail x 2 and even called again back to back), texted me and emailed me - all about the same thing. His voicemail was if I saw his email and his text was that he would call again and his email was if I still interested in that first vehicle. Of course I responded via text that I responded via email that I was not interested. And then definitely STOPPED my consent for communication form this dealer. It was extreme, excessive and very pushy. I would never come back here or recommend anyone either.

My husband and I moved to Calgary this January. As a newcomers you might thing that is hard or impossible to get a car. Billy Tran help us to get the best vehicle and also with all the financing, insurance, paperwork, etc.

Universal Ford is your best option to consider buying a new or used car if you’re a newcomer, student, or if you just don’t have any experience with cars at all. The staff is friendly and always willing to help!

Universal goes above and beyond in their service. We recently had a service done by Universal to replace a recalled airbag in my Ford Ranger. The technicians were able to order a replacement airbag and book us an appointment very quickly despite parts shortages. They provided an Uber once we dropped off the truck, and an other one back for pick-up, and even washed the truck for us. Because it was a recall, there were no charges and I really appreciated how communicative and professional they were through all of this.

I went to universal Ford now for the third vehicle. Once again I was treated with so much respect there. I was looking for a truck with specific options that I needed and between the salesman Ryan hurst and sales manager Harrison lam. They did everything they could to find what I wanted and was able to have it delivered for me when I needed it. They were very helpful at making the numbers work for the payment I wanted. Phil chow in finance was a wonderful guy to deal with and was very informative. I will definitely be back again for another vehicle.

Overall bad and unprofessional service from the service centre. Called on a Monday and scheduled myself in for an inspection on a Tuesday. Do not hear anything until I message on Wednesday, was then told my truck doesn’t work and that inspection was not done due to that. Was asked to come in to see what the problem is, I show up next day and truck is running fine. Ask to have the vehicle inspected, was told it’ll be in the afternoon. I also asked to be contacted when the inspection begins so I can see if they can recreate the problem they told me about. Again no communication for over 24hrs. I decided enough is enough and went and picked my truck up on Friday afternoon and to find out they hadn’t even looked at it. I understand things happen in the shop and it gets busy but a simple text or phone call to let me know is the absolute least that could have been done. If you’re just a regular joe and not one of their big fish, it’s best to STAY AWAY.

Their mechanic broke dropped and broke our new part and wants us to pay for his mistake! So, my boyfriend and I dropped off our Ford with the parts we bought and they started working on it for the last two days. Today we got a call saying that the mechanic accidentally dropped one of the parts and broke it, so now they want to charge us an additional $200 fee to replace the broken part that THEY BROKE! That’s ludicrous! What a scam, they broke our property and then demand more money? ! Also the “general manager’s phone number”, is just the main line not a dedicated line for the manager. In the pictures I provided you can see that all the numbers correspond with the different departments and not with the actual managers in the different departments.

Nope. I inquired about a vehicle and when I received a breakdown there was over $2500 in "accessory fees" on top of the price that's posted on their website. Absolute scam. If you're going to force people to buy your dealer added accessories, add it to the vehicle price on your website. Went to a different dealer in Calgary who did not try to add on any outrageous fees. Make sure you're asking for a detailed breakdown of the cost!

My wife and I were on our way to sign off on a used car. As we were 2 minutes away from the store, the dealer calls me and tells me the vehicle was already sold out to somebody. What a waste of time. I took an entire day off work and spent a considerable amount of time driving to the dealership just for the dealer to call me last minute and tell me it was sold out. This is by far the most unprofessional service that I have ever seen.

My husband and I are pleased with our recent experience at Universal Ford Lincoln. Antwuan Clark (Anthony), our sales representative, and Billy Tran (general sales manager) were both very professional in their negotiations with us as informed car buyers. They provided everything we requested, including a detailed service history, the out the door (OTD) price breakdown for the vehicle, and copies of the deposit agreement (as well as other paperwork we requested). They were also respectful and courteous as we went through the process of negotiating vehicle price. The finance department was respectful of our decision to pay for the vehicle in full, and we did not feel pressured during our time with the finance department or at the dealership. Our vehicle was ready on time for pick, our deposit refunded, and all other paperwork and receipts issued and dealt with correctly. If you are a knowledgeable car buyer and have a specific idea of what you want to purchase, give them a visit. They will gladly work with you.

The worst service I went there last week for oil change of my car first they didn’t asked me what kind of oil I like to have in my car engine (synthetic oil or regular) Secondly I paid for fully inspection of my vehicle but they didn’t even check the tire air pressure and they advised me wash is included in that offer but they forgot to do that too.

I am not sure if to give a bad review or a good review so I’m going with 3 stars. My wife bought a car from here last year and it was a good experience. They worked with our budget and we got a good deal. However they have to up their game in their service department. Every time o drop off one of our Ford vehicles there we always get passed around from service advisor to service advisor like none of them want to help or work they always seem “too busy” to welcome us or help us so we often stand around asking them if they could help us with our vehicle. Today was no different for the first 10 minutes. I got there and asked a few of the service advisors if they could help me and they passed me around until one fellow named Dan finally said he could help us. Dan was helpful but almost all these service advisors have an attitude as if they hated their job or hated the customers because they are often dismissive and border line Rude. Anyways Dan today was helpful and he even offered me an UBer ride back to my place which is not something any of the other advisors I’ve dealt with in the past have offered. I love Ford and I don’t hate this specific dealership. I just wished their customer service and the quality of their service was a bit higher.

I had a great experience buying two vehicles from Universal. Unfortunately, once the copious number of recalls started affecting my Focus, I was treated very poorly. They didn't want to fix my car. They didn't want to do the test for the lawsuit that Ford lost, a test they were legally obligated to perform with no charge to the customer. Anyway, that was a while ago.

Later, there was another recall, this time for the EVAP system's purge valve. It was fixed with no hassle; except they didn't fix it correctly. Less than a year later, the same problem came back.

After I dropped my car off, I had another appointment nearby. The service advisor couldn't get through to me as a result, and when I finally talked to them, they were extremely curt and rude, acting like it was my fault that my battery wouldn't last through the diagnostic test (even though the battery had never had a single issue, despite being 6 years old).

The service department said this second purge valve replacement was not covered under the recall because the repair had already been performed (even though they failed to actually fix the problem). They tried to charge me over $220 of labour, plus "shop supplies" and $50 for a part that I just swapped out myself in less than 10 minutes. An hour labour with a markup because it's "electrical work", for a 10 minute job, replacing a part that has a single electrical connector. Something that should be fixed correctly after they failed. Oh yeah, and they charged me $178 to diagnose the problem even though the car has a specific trouble code for the issue, and it's a recurring problem with these cars, not to mention the recall.

Dealerships often just want to skate by doing the least amount of work they can get away with. This is why it's important to know how to repair your own vehicles. It's easier than you think, I promise! Don't let places like this screw you over! I saved hundreds fixing this myself, and I could have saved myself almost $200 more had I not assumed that my dealer would handle the recall issue.

I won’t be taking my car there for service again, and I certainly won’t buy another vehicle from them.

He was very generous with pricing and we were happy with the service they had offered us. This dealership is the best one in Calgary. Best prices. The guy here, Amin Hamir, is a super chill and nice guy and will give you the best price there is. Bought my fully loaded 2017 Ford Explorer Sport Twin Turbo fully maxed out with all the options for a price that is unbeatable.

We bought a truck from away. It was a used truck and saw it listed online. Wonjoon was the sales person. He was excellent, fair and honest. We were apart with the dealership by about $1000. Wonjoon worked diligently and thoughtfully to find ways to make the deal work for us. We just picked it up, it looked great, as promised and was as expected upon arrival. We were in and out the door in 15 minutes or less once everything was to our satisfaction. I am generally pretty leary of buying used, including from a dealership but so far, this seems excellent.

Really enjoyed my visit was treated great as well very polite working on a deal now. They also keep in touch with you letting me know what is happening and what the outlook is. Very happy with the service so far.

Henry at Universal Ford was very quick to respond to my inquiry of a used vehicle I had my eye on. The dealership was accomidating to my price range. Business was quick and complete.
Harrison and his team worked quickly to get ownership and insurance together and I left the dealership with my new (to me) Fiesta less than 3 days after my initial inquiry.
My only complaint would be that I found an earring in the overhead sun shield and that there was some kind of greasy residue on the centre consul.but both of those things are trivial - the vehicle works well and the customer service was great!

EDIT: Carly from Universal Ford called me today, after reading this review, to offer me a detail for my car, on the house. This is super appreciated and look forward to that some time soon!

I highly recommend this dealership. My uncle and I were buying and the salesman, Zack, was extremely helpful. He was very generous with pricing and we were really happy with the service they he offered us. He and the management team and welcomed us with open arms.

The staff are very friendly! Janine Assaf in Service is AMAZING.great sense of humor and full of great knowledge. I dropped off my car to get a diagnostic and had good conversation while waiting for my Uber that Janine arranged for me to get back home.
The service was very quick and efficient.
She really brightened my day

I went here looking to check out a Bronco sport in person for the first time after doing thorough research on my first new vehicle purchase. I was met with tremendous sales pressure from the very beginning. I indicated I wasn't interested In purchasing on the spot that day and continued to receive consistent pressure. The sales advisor seemed rather judgemental and made passive comments that seemed to indicate I couldn't afford the vehicle. Unfamiliar with driving in the area of the dealership, I was guided on a two minute test drive and was then asked at the end "are you ready to make an order? " after driving a mere 3 city blocks. While I understand the new Bronco Sport's are a tremendously popular vehicle that are essentially selling themselves, that doesn't excuse the buy now or leave rhetoric I was receiving. I just felt like they wanted the commission and customer service was completely out the window. Additionally my sales advisor made no attempt to educate me on the vehicle, the only comment that was made that was that it had a 360 degree camera which was inaccurate for the trim I was driving. This experience really turned me off from not only the dealership but, Ford in general. I would not recommend shopping at this dealership.

Writing this review is very frustrating, as we have previously had great experiences with this dealership.

I strongly recommend taking your business to an alternate dealership as the quality of work and standards for employees is far from acceptable.

We chose to bring our vehicle here for repairs under insurance after a theft claim. Throughout the entire process, Universal Ford Lincoln was the most difficult and frustrating party to deal with. On multiple occasions, their employees were rude, unresponsive and unreliable.

We had to bring our vehicle back 3 times as a direct result of their poor work. The first time we got our SUV back, the body work they completed was far from acceptable and there were actually multiple areas of new damage as a result of their work. There were areas with scrapes and scratches on new parts as a result of careless installation. After weeks of emails to the dealership, they finally had us bring our SUV back to complete the remaining work. After this was complete, they returned it back to us with a horn that no longer worked. While doing repairs on the bumper, they failed to properly connect the wiring harness for the horn. We then brought it back for a 3rd time and had them correct their mistake.

We have finally gotten our vehicle back and are already noticing issues with the work they have completed, most notably, poor work on a wheel alignment.

On multiple occasions I had made attempts to speak with their General Manager, to which I was not directly acknowledged. The only person that seems to care about their work is one of the assistant managers, Brad, as he was the only one who would listen to our concerns. The General Manager is clearly not concerned with the dealings of his employees and does not care to hold them accountable for the work completed.

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Customer Service very poor, went there twice and will be the last time. Both times they were to call me back and it never happened. Had vehicle in for recall and they needed parts, and also had a question as to whether a part was under warrantee and am still waiting to hear back from them.that was June. Don't bother calling me now as I'm not interested in your service.

On November 30,2020, at 1530 I met with Wonjoon Chung at Universal Ford to look at a 2014 Ford F150 White XLT with about 48,000 kms. Wonjoon was great to deal with. Universal wanted $32,250. After some negotiations with the sales manager we finalized the deal at $28,000 and I put $3000 down on credit card which is the most they allow. I cannot remember the sales manager's name. Universal refused to take my trade which I understand. When I was speaking to their finance manager I requested 2 weeks so I can sell my other vehicle as I wanted to use that custom plate. Sales manager came in and said we cannot keep it for 2 weeks on the lot and I will refund your money. He said "I can sell this truck for more money and I am already getting internet leads on this truck". I tried explaining to him that I have already purchased the truck and it's not contingent on that I will have to sell my other vehicle. I offered to put another $10,000 down right away so I don't have to go through the hassle of keep changing my plates. Manager stated "My GM would think that I lost the truck". Manager first refused then said he spoke with the general manager and I would either have to pay the remaining $25,000 tomorrow or take a refund. I decided to take my $3,000 refund. This F150 had supposedly gone through a full mechanic assessment with no issues. Truck was nowhere ready for possession and needed some issues addressed which would take time. I even went for a 2nd test drive with their mechanic to point out the issues. Mechanic agreed and said he would address these. This was a very poor experience. What happens if it takes a few weeks to sell this truck so you have kept it on the lot anyway? I will never step foot in this dealership again. Wasted 3 hours of my life. I hope Kaizen motors takes this seriously. They lost a deal just because they refuse to keep the F150 for 2 weeks to allow me to sell my vehicle.

Came here today for oil change and tune up for my F150. Very accommodating and received a great service from Janine (she’s very accommodating!) who constantly updated me with my vehicle service and also provided complimentary car wash which was awesome!

Came in a few days ago and was looking to trade in my vehicle. Stood in the showroom for a solid 30 mins before anybody had acknowledged I was there. Once they tried to help me they were rude and angry AT ME! Will not be giving them my business and definitely won’t be back again.

Had my tires changed and some detail work done. Would like to comment on the great job done on my interior. Considering i own a pug.
Purchased my focus from them 5 years ago. Its been good service.
