I had a fantastic experience at the Southwood Universal Health Pharmacy on Elbow Drive, in SW Calgary, and I highly recommend it to EVERYONE! The staff, Vandit and his colleagues, are incredibly knowledgeable and caring towards their patients. They make you feel like more than just a customer; they treat you like a friend. I appreciate the personalized service and attention to detail they have provided me with. So, even though I simply can not tell you with enough words, just how wonderful it is to have a pharmacist that takes the time to understand you, to truly get to know you and your individual circumstances, I thought I would write this review to show these guys and gals at G. U. H. P.my appreciation. After visiting them, you will see for yourself how Vandit and the other staff of Guardian Universal Health Pharmacy-Southwood, all seem to carry an aura of compassion for not just myself, but every person I’ve ever seen walk through the doors. (Although the wait times ARE super low, so I’ve gained this insight over an extended period of time) In conclusion, If you're looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about you, and gives unequivocal, personalized prescription needs without hesitation, whether you are a first-time walk-in, or have been a patient with them for as many years as they have been serving the Southwood area, Guardian Universal Health Pharmacy #11 in Southwood is the place to go.

Vandit is the most thoughtful and caring pharmacist that I have ever come across. My husband and I have several ongoing prescriptions so I am a “regular” at the pick up window. His knowledge of his dispensary is over and beyond and I trust him implicitly. He can answer any questions and offers that little extra advice. ️️️️️ aren’t nearly enough!

I have been a customer for many years and I have always had helpful informative customer service from the whole team in Southwood.
We are lucky to still find this type of personalized service in todays market place.

Bad experienced today at the pharmacy.
I greeted the man or the pharmacist in their, Like I said Hi Good morning, no respond either eye contact or any gesture to me, 2nd time I said. Hi there excuse me and still and lastly I said Hello there and He talked to me and He said, Can't you see I'm doing something. I found him rude. He should have respond to me even He is doing something as I am customer and I am in front of him.

Friendly and very professional staff. We had our booster shot here. We had booked 3 times other locations but all got cancelled due to non availability of the Pfizer. They called us as soon as they had available. Thank You

Great experience getting both my 1st & 2nd shot of covid vaccine with them. Everyone so friendly and helpful.

After two visits to get my vaccination shots, I found the staff were very professional and informative - this will be my go-to pharmacy in the future!
