This pharmacy always goes above and beyond that they have to. They deliver your RX, no extra charges, they try to find the best prices. If they don't have something, they will try to get it or something similar to it accommodate you. The wonderful Greeshma is an absolute angel. She takes her job seriously. She is on top of your medications, is so compasionate and notices things that most people, including other medical staff/pharmacists would not. Even if we move across the city, we would go to her. I don't expect her to stay there forever but I hope she does. Outstanding service, huge hearts. Thank you for everything.

The Pharmacist (Grishma) was very helpful and answered all our questions both on phone and in person. She was patient enough to book and cancel appointments because of various priorities.

All the pharmacists go above and beyond to help me with my needs. Greeshma especially has been there for me. Today I explained that I could not get a form that I needed off my phone. Together we found the form and I emailed it to Greeshma and she printed it for me. Without her, I would have struggled to get this done. Thank you again Greeshma for helping me with this. I have only great things to say about this pharmacy. There only wait is while they fill your prescription. Very quick. I dont know of any other pharmacy that goes above and beyond like the people at Universal Health Pharmacy. Thank you so much

Both my husband and I have been going to this Pharmacy for a few years now. Neha, the pharmacist who is usually there is the kindest and most compassionate person I've ever met. Her expansive knowledge regarding all things Pharmaceuticals is so appreciated and welcomed. Not only that, she's gone out of her way more than once to accommodate me and my husband for our prescriptions. That being said, everyone who works there is awesome. If they don't have an over the counter product in stock, they will find and order it or something similar. Big companies can't compete with the level of personal care and dedication this team has. We will always be loyal customers.
