I like everything very much, they treat me with respect and if something hurts, they find out and fix it!

Recently came to get my teeth cleaned at this office and it was awesome! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they give quality care. 5 stars!

When I entered the lady at the reception was absolutely phenomenal. The office is clean, albeit a bit small but the staff is absolutely phenomenal.

They always take good care of me and give great advice. Fees are also pretty fair (at least by dentist standards). They even keep track of my appointments and credit so I’m getting the best deals for my dental needs. They are also very professional, friendly, and have excellent bedside manner!

Everything about my appointments was good. Dr. Scott clearly outlined all my issues well enough for me to understand and everyone was nice.

I love Dr. Scott and his team! I went in for a cleaning for the first time today and it was the honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Dr. Scott is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and a shout out to Paula for being the coolest hygienist.

Dr. Li at university dental choice is a caring, kind, and professional dentist. I felt very comfortable during my visits, and it helped that the ladies at the front were also very sweet and welcoming. Great experience every time. Highly recommend!

I used to hate going to the dentist, until I switched to Dental Choice. Ever single member of the team, from the receptionists, to the dental hygienists, to the dentists, is incredibly friendly, so happy to chat, and makes you feel welcome and at ease. There's never any pressure to undergo certain treatments, they genuinely have your best interests in mind and want you to be as happy and healthy as possible.

They are near my house and always make sure to get you out the door quick. Fast service, which I like!

I was afraid to go to a dentist again, as my childhood dentist was always extremely rude and condescending about any issues with my mouth. I had also had negative experiences with procedures many times.

This office has kind staff who did not talk down to me about my mouth, and just tell me the issues and how to fix them. I had cavities drilled here as well, and it was less uncomfortable and much less painful. I now do not feel as much anxiety with the dentist, as the staff here are very friendly and have fantastic service, and allow you to stop or take a break if something is too much for you.

Good service. Provided base cleaning at a reasonable price for a dentist without pushing for expensive extras.

This place is the best Dentist office I have ever been to. All the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and they do their best to explain stuff to someone who is 1. Incredibly nervous when it comes to dental work and 2. An idiot who knows nothing about dental work.

I have been going to this dental choice location for about 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. The hygienists are thorough, yet speedy and always friendly. I really appreciate how the office prioritizes seeing the same hygienists when you go in! The consistency really helps with trips to the dentist as they can really tailor their cleaning to what you need. Dr Rajwani is extremely knowledgeable and has a really great bedside manor. Everyone really makes you feel extremely comfortable!

First time at this clinic and I will definitely be coming back. The staff are very professional, competent, friendly, and welcoming. Jade is awesome! I usually get very anxious when going to the dentist, but I have never felt more calm. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and gave me a run down on everything she was doing on me beforehand so I was aware and knew what to expect.

Love this Dentist! Starting going here during University and decided to stay after because it's such an amazing atmosphere. Very upbeat dentists and dental assistants!

Your university insurance works at other locations all the same. Macleod is better for accommodating people with debilitating chronic illness.

Great dentist and very thorough & explains the treatment plan before any treatment starts. Felt safe getting treated during the pandemic. The hygenist is gentle and patient.

The clinic keeps the pandemic protocols perfectly. The staff are very polite, patient and expert and Dr. Rijwani herself pays attention to every detail and I can totally trust her recommendations and treatments.

We love Dr. Rajwani and the rest of the staff. Not always convenient going to campus but we will for them!

Everyone is always very friendly and kind! The dentists and hygienists are patient and gentle. They always get me in for appointments in a timely manner as well.

Horrible place. Will try to push you into getting your wisdom teeth out through them. Went to a much better place that let me know you don't need to have your wisdom teeth out at all unless they cause you pain. Also there are other places that charge much less if you do want it out. They scraped my gums while cleaning my teeth and were not gentle at all. Tried to force me into doing more than just a cleaning which is all I asked for. I never asked to see the dentist yet they brought him in and charged me for it. Also added charges for fluoride and flossing which I also said I did not want. Will also try to force you into getting an x-ray which you have the right to refuse. They have no regard for patient consent. Go somewhere else where there is better care and aren't all out for your money.

Been going to Dental Choice for a year to make the most of my university dental insurance, and so far I have not been disappointed. They actually took my insurance into consideration when scheduling my appointments so that the costs can be covered!

Dr. Rajwani was fantastic, very nice and open with me, and she did a much more thorough job than my previous dentist. When I had financial concerns regarding some tests that were ordered, she personally looked into it for me and provided me with a solution that I greatly appreciated.

I enjoyed the service and efficiency at this particular office, as I happened to stumble upon them on campus. Melanie was fantastic and was very thorough with answering all my questions.

Dr. Watson was absolutely fantastic and explained everything so well and with so much care. I love that he keeps his patients in the know and takes time to answer questions. The hygienists worked quickly and were extremely kind, and the staff at the front were so thoughtful. I will definitely be returning for regular visits!

One thing I was not sure about how you sterilize the instruments after using with one patient and whether these are properly clean before using with the next patient. I said this because I don’t feel well after visiting the checkup room and there’s is visible bump in my cheek that is a sign of nosocomial infection.

The dentist here is absolutely amazing. He explains everything really well and takes his time to answer questions. All the dentist assistants are very friendly and care a lot about the job and the patients. Pricing is great. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Honestly amazing. I got my wisdom teeth out here and all of the staff was super helpful and understanding. I called twice the day I got it done and both times my questions were answered nicely and clearly. I stopped by a few days later because I was nervous about a little bit of pain and they immediately took a look for me and reassured me everything looked good! Would never go to another dentist now.

Exceptional service, and amazing staff. Dr. Rajwani and her dental assistant were both so thorough, kind, and caring. I had walked-in without an appointment due to a pseudo-emergency and although they weren't able to fit me in right at that moment, they got me in that same afternoon just a few hours later. Days later I had to follow-up about a few things and had some questions and they continued to be so helpful.

The experience I had with Jade at Dental Choice is second to none. She is always smiling, gentle and always does such a great job. I have had a great cleaning and every time I’ve gone to see Jade and she never disappoints, I could write one of these after every visit as I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff, especially Jade.

I had my wisdom teeth out here, and their care during the procedure seems top notch. I am not sure about the after care, I think I just take a long time to heal, but it is possible instructions like icing could have reduced my healing time.

Dr. Aliya Rajwani is very nice and makes a point of showing you what she is doing. She explains why and goes through all the xrays with you in a language scaled to your understanding. You are never left wondering if what is suggested is really necessary, the ball is always in your court.

Got a wisdom teeth extraction (all 4) a few days ago. I was CRAZY nervous, but Dr. Watson was funny, kind, and super efficient. PLUS! It was relatively painless. Overall very professional.

The team at the University Dental office were very attentive, friendly and efficient. I recently had two of my wisdom teeth removed and the whole process was efficient and quick. Usually when you book to have something done you have to wait at least a month or so at the bare minimum, but they went out of their way to squeeze me in as soon as possible when it would have been fine to wait a couple of weeks or months. After the appointment itself they made sure I had a means of transportation home and that i was okay to leave the office. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who asks about this dental office.

Awesome team! Dr. Rajwani and a couple of assistants Anamika and Jolene (hope I got the names right) are great! They made all my recent procedures fun, painless and smooth:) The front desk staff are awesome! I asked and keep asking so many questions and they would always make sure to help me out. Thank you guys!

They made it seem like the Xray+checkup is mandatory, but when I pressed for no, they agreed, but the lady was being very rude. She constantly made sarcastic comments "You threw me off! People should know what they booked for showing up! " (Mind you I only booked a teeth clean session) "You have money to pay for travel" (I explained I'm visiting my parents whom I haven't seen for 2 years and I had to save up for the trip). Her co-worker walked in and she gestured to me saying "Surprise surprise" while lightly shaking her head. I felt very discriminated, but didn't want to say it right there in case she wants to make my experience painful.
To top it off, they didn't bill my insurance correctly (50% instead of 80%), which I suspect they did out of spite. I will have to figure it out myself now.
WARNING to all UofC students: Don't waste your time, go somewhere else where they actually treat you like a client.
