Really disappointed in this clinic. Not only is the receptionist, 'megan' very rude on the phone, and in person, but I saw Dr. Tran as a walk-in patient and had test results sent to his office, as I wanted to become a patient there, but he never called me with the results. I went to a new clinic and they were able to give me them.
Plus side to this clinic, jessica (the other receptionist) is VERY nice.

Edit: I take it back, Dr. Tran is ok.

Very poor reception staff. Was on hold for nearly 15-20 minutes before being told that they're fully booked and can't give me an appointment.

The staff are lovely! And most importantly are competent. My family doctor and the other doctor I have had the pleasure of being treated by here are patient, helpful and always professional. I thought I would never find a family doctor in Calgary but I have now found a knowledgeable and professional practice. Thank you for being awesome.

Horrible, waited an hour on the phone, and the receptionist picked up the phone and started the conversation with “I’m busy I can’t talk to you right now, I don’t care what it is, call back tomorrow” yeah will not be doing that for sure

Too many issues, no one should need to wait 3 weeks to see your family doctor, by that time your symptoms can be gone or you could be dead. AHS really need to do something with this practice, no one should wait more than a couple of days to see a doctor, clearly this practice has too many patients.

The office staff is excellent. They are efficient, professional and nice. Dr. Visvinatha is outstanding. All protocols are in place.

I had a great experience with Dr. Tran and the staff at this clinic. They were informative, efficient, and kind during a time it was most needed.
