I had to basically crawl into the Er room due to immense back pain and leg numbness. Ended up waiting 6+ hours in agony just to be told an xray for my back is too "dangerous". Left in the exact same amount of pain I had when I arrived to the hospital. Would not recommend anybody to go here.

13month old, barky cough, can barely breathe from so much mucus. Fever, whole body is on fire hot. Yet, we watched groups of older kids (playing, eating, laughing, looking nothing ill, I overheard ("they just have a itchy throat") go ahead of us. We watched people that came in hours after us go in first, while my 13month old cries, nurse suspects croup. Yet as everyone stares in horror as she coughs trying to breathe, we still don't get in after 6hrs. We watched three big groups of able bodied kids go in. Most came in after us. Left and went to a different hospital, as she started to look fine then, we left, of course 30mins later she is back to coughing up a lung and can't breathe. I wouldn't trust this hospital if my life depended on it.
15 October 2023 20:36
If I could leave zero stars, I would, WORST HOSPITAL my girlfriend went into emergency, short of breath, dizzy, and not being able to breathe due to her previously diagnosed lung clots when she asked for water the triage nurse proceeded to yell at her and say getting her water was not his priority when it’s busy, bathrooms were not cleaned for at least eight hours absolutely disgusting hospital and disgusting staff do not go here if you are seeking medical attention
14 September 2023 3:47
I was taking here this morning with the ambulance and after waiting for five hours with no word the doctor or nurses I went to the front desk and find out how long I have to wait to see the doctor I was told it will be another few hours my god what is going on in this country where your health is taken for joke what is going on ministry of health is this how are we supposed to be treated pick up by ambulance and dump at the hospital to die slowly. Canada we need to do better and provide better services for our citizens and their families.
09 September 2023 5:51
The stollery is always so patient with parents and helpful. It is an absolute blessing we have such a great hospital for children in the Edmonton area.
26 August 2023 13:01
Jennifer from MRI was super nice, sweet and accommodating, I went for my MRI appointment this morning and for some reason it was canceled by mistake, but Jennifer the technician was so gracious, she rebooked me on the spot and did my MRI fifteen minutes later, great technician and great service, all the best to her and staff.
09 August 2023 3:15
I have been here a few times and have had great experiences but…this time around it was appalling. The wait times said it would be a 3 hour and 30 minute wait, it has now been 6 hours, and the nurse who called me up had such an attitude towards me for absolutely no reason, but as soon as she was done with me I noticed the next patient she brought up she was laughing and had a happy demeanour with him, so it brings up the question of racism here, I am clearly indigenous and the other patient was Caucasian so why the attitude change? I did nothing to this lady, I work for the justice department and never have I seen such unprofessional behaviour directed toward myself but I feel this was a racist interaction especially by a nurse, I think I may lodge a complaint or a lawsuit.

If any other indigenous persons have experienced something Similar please reach out to me, if this is an re occurring behaviour by staff this NEEDS to be addressed and brought to light.

Treated my mom horribly and were in such a rush to get her out. She broke her knee and had no walker or wheelchair or any sort of support and they wanted her out without offering to even give her any support. Thank god she had a friend who lives in town since we live in winnipeg, I don't even know how thats allowed in a hospital where they're supposed to look after you, not try to kick you out.
27 May 2023 5:41
Not good it use to be anymore it’s Worst hospital in canada unprofessional most people work there I wish they close down asp so we can have our children better system hospitality
22 May 2023 15:35
They really seem overstaffed for the amount of patients that go in and out of the hospital. There's too many people bickering and talking in the main lobby that work there doing absolutely nothing (easy to see your monitors). Most of the front staff seems like when you have a question or need something, they're annoyed and rather get back to drinking coffee and talking to their coworkers. Simply put, they're rude, and should be the one's that are unlucky patients. The security officer was the only one that seemed like they actually cared about patients, which is really something when you think about it.

Levels of triage aren't being properly followed, nor is the wait times. Unless you're dying, you will be waiting god knows how long since they don't follow the guidelines to a T.

This is a huge waste of tax dollars just like most of Canadian Health care. Better free health care in a country in South America and all over in Europe.
08 May 2023 3:00
My CAR keys were stolen by staff itself, they were in my hands and grabbed away. They are sick. Make sure to bring secret recorders when dealing with these people
28 March 2023 17:44
Some of the doctors here are very unsympathetic, unprofessional, and don’t actually care about their patients.
19 March 2023 5:28
Terrible treatment by
Nurses and Doctors.
Paralized. No help to
Eat for two days. Then a friend was aloud to come in. I had young nurses
laugh at me because I could not walk. I had training of catherter on me at night. Without my permissoon
I was treated with no respect what so ever. The stay was a
Nightmare
16 March 2023 15:54
I WOUD HAVE GIVEN THIS 0 STARS IF I COULD. WHY?

so I was getting a kidney transplant because it stopped working, and they didn't give me the new kidney.i now only have one kidney, and Im glad that only one of them failed, or i would be dead.so yeah. THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THE NEW KIDNEY.please don't trust them here, i think they must've sold it.

(THIS IS NOT A JOKE PLEASE SEND ME A NEW KIDNEY)
16 March 2023 14:56
I just watched a viral video of a very distressed young lady who asked for a female doctor to examine her only to be treated disgustingly by a male doctor. I'd get onto this if I were you. It's gone viral in a matter of mins on social media!
28 January 2023 11:23
The ER doc Shazma Mithani is the worst doctor ever. Very bad bedside manners. My son had a viral fever and she discharged him saying just to give him Tylenol/Ibuprofen every 6 hours, but did not even properly assess him. My son's condition got worse, we took him to another doctor. My son had an ear infection due to his viral cold and he was prescribed antibiotics.
I am from the States and I feel sorry for all Canadian citizens who have to wait in the waiting room for 12 hours with their sick children. And what makes the whole experience worse is an incompetent doctor who does not know his/her job.
11 January 2023 20:32
I refused surgery 5 times and they would not allow me to go hwhome until now that there is nothing for me to go to not even my home the allowing me to get and this iwhat they ace calling a lite slit of a cut in my neck so passes not happy I will be sueing this proceeded that I flat out refused in first place
09 January 2023 14:52
Worst experience of my life would not recommend this hospital, yes there's some good people there however a few people I dealt with have tainted the whole place for me.did not respect me and my wishes or my body did not stop when I told them to stop feel very violated with what happened there. Again don't recommend
07 January 2023 16:15
Rudest nurse in emergency! My father is a double lung recipient who has had nothing but problems as well as almost dying from hospital caught Covid shortly after his transplant. He has been going downhill and after talking to his transplant team, we had agreed that he should go to emerg. While he was in dialysis (at the university already), I called to inquire about the wait time and a brief synopsis of the issues as well as informing her about his transplant team. She rudely cut me off asking if I was asking for medical advice and to call 811. No Karen I’m not asking for medical advice, I’m asking the wait time as we can’t have him sitting in a Covid filled hospital wait room for 12 hours. She then proceeded to bark back that the sickest are seen first… by all means if a cardiac arrest or critical patient comes in, please take them first. No family should have to wait when something like that happens but there was no need for the disgusting attitude on the phone. What is wrong with our health care system and these nurses that feel it is okay to act that way? At what point were you told in your training that this attitude is ok? Maybe it is time for her to move on. If I answered the phone like that at my work, I would be let go. She makes all nurses look bad and that is incredibly sad for the ones that work hard, act with kindness and pick up the slack for the Karen’s that I talked to today. Do better.
25 December 2022 10:27
Absolutely life changing experience meeting people here while going threw O. R Table & out to recovery in recovering.they deserve every dollar when or if you are ever lucky enough to become a doner.or if you ever choose to support local charity.much needed more wheel chairs

You and your nurses and doctors have changed my life. 1 step at a time

Off to the misericoridia for flap transfer and the final stages of recovery

Thank you Albertans Dam Good Albertans

Sergons are like carpet fitters. Just perfectly beautifully. World class actually
19 September 2022 18:16
Only show up if you absolutely have to. Prepare to wait 24hrs plus. Disaster threw and threw feel bad for the folks that work there.
09 September 2022 19:16
I am giving one star because there is no negative stars else I would have given that one. This place is a joke with ridiculous unit clerks, embarrassing staff who doesn’t know even alphabets of professionalism especially unit 5F3, horrible and ridiculous unit clerk Atlantis
07 September 2022 8:23
Doctors in the Emergency Ward must have been picked from the bottom of the barrel for experience, compassion and just plain manners. One doctor was trying EXTREMELY HARD for me to change my Goals of Care. He definitely did not like the rating and wanted me downgrade the care I wanted, which I found appalling. I found the care I received well below average and always dread being taken to this hospital by ambulance.
10 August 2022 23:21
Never have I ever been in full fletched tears getting off the phone with the staff. My partner of 7 years has been in emergency now for 18 hours waiting. I have taken into consideration all the emergencies etc that have come in and it's understandable. But with my partner going in asking for water because he is dizzy and about to faint and they literally laugh and say no, he has to go to the bathroom sink and drank water is beyond. I've had great experiences except for the last 18 hours and my heart hurts. He's bleeding, uncomfortable and not okay from an existing problem from last year. The lady I spoke with is an arrogant person and I will never recommend u of a again to anyone. My heart hurts.
04 August 2022 17:49
Don’t come to their emergency room if you’re black. You can be dying of a heart attack and they’ll continue to unlook until you die, while you watch them attend to other non emergent cases that come in after you. Maybe that’s their ultimate goal though.
26 July 2022 5:47
Worst health system, worst hospital and worst emergency services. We have been waited for 9 hours, the patient was an extreme kidney pain and no relief, no medication and no emergency services were given. Stay away from this shift.
17 July 2022 16:09
The nurses and surgeons I delt with in 3B1 were super friendly and great to deal with. They made my time here very comfortable and had great senses of humor!
11 July 2022 21:18
I was in the UofA during the Delta surge. I had horrible pressing chest pain. It took 8 hours to be seen. The doctor was ok. The nurse however turned on us and shoved a needle 20 gauge I think you call it. It is used also to administer drugs if needed. Very heavy thick needle. Upon being released the nurse jammed it in and out of my arm several times roughly until I was in pain. My elderly mother seen her do this. I ended up reporting her to patient relations. Nothing was done no follow up. She got away with it. Never going to the u of a ever again. Vicious horrible nurses. Front desk was a vicious woman too when you walk into the emergency.
21 June 2022 17:02
I had a bad experience. Even had a nurse who made up a ly by saying I splet on her. Worse experience ever in a hospital. She was an emergency nurse.
14 May 2022 19:48
I was a patient in the childrens psychology (urgent clinic) ward, they decided to close my case without any warning while I’m still a minor. We tried to deal with this and the nurse we spoke to (Jocelyn Founds) was extremely rude to the point of making my mother cry, all she was doing was asking for help which is supposed to be praised rather than discouraged. Based on the fact that they work in psychology, I would think they know when they’re out of line. I’m extremely disappointed and appalled at how me and my mother have been treated. Don’t go to children’s psych at U of A unless you want to end up with more problems. Jocelyn was not only unprofessional but mean, she needs to be reviewed and this needs to be brought to Dr Moresette’s attention.
02 May 2022 14:17
Trauma centre after a truck roll over Thursday. Every doctor, nurse, EMT were amazing. CT people. Xray staff. All fantastic. You all were so very nice and did your jobs well.
Thank you. Back in Radisson, SK. Very sore but happy to be alive. My husband and I thank you.
27 April 2022 17:46
Amazing, caring staff. If you ever have medical needs, this is the place to come. The nurses are wonderfully responsive (so long as you are kind to them). They have a variety of talented specialists you wouldn't think a city the size of Edmonton would attract. We are lucky to have such a great facility.
12 April 2022 16:32
Awful disgusting unhelpful hospital.
Cruel triage staff. Jen is a sick person who laughs at others struggles or health problems. I had to take an ambulance here because I was having stroke like symptoms: couldn’t walk, move, speak.

I was told by 811 to immediately take an ambulance to the hospital. The ambulance driver Taylor started informing the triage nurse mis information: he said I had two seizures when I had one. So I informed the lady I didn’t have two, I have two car accidents and one seizure she started laughing at me. I said excuse me can you not laugh at my health issues. She said don’t be aggressive. So I immediately starting recording the conversation, I said I wasn’t being aggressive I asked you to not laugh at my situation. She continued to repeat the same sentence I told her I was dizzy and going to sit down if she didn’t have any more questions, she said you can go sit in the waiting area. I said I was told to be seen by a doctor immediately by the 911 staff. If anything happens to me after today regarding a stroke that could of been prevented I pray anyone involved will get Karma for them / their families.
Awful human beings who work here
19 February 2022 11:46
My mother is dying. Doctors and staff are trying to do nothing to help her. They said all they can do is make her comfortable, but are trying to give her as little pain medicating as possible. My brother had to actually yell at them to do something. Yesterday, the room still had the mess from the day before in it. The whole day my family was there, not a single person came into the room to give her anything or check on her. I'd rather die in the street than this place.

Update: they starved her until she died. Didn't even give her IV.
10 February 2022 13:17
The staff do not look after their patients. They sit there and talk and laugh while patients are dying. They took a patient off all machines including IV, didn't let her drink or eat and watched her slowly die for 3 days. That was what they called "making the patient comfortable" not once did they go into her room. They should be charged with neglect at the very least. Despicable people with no feelings at all. They had more time to sit and eat though!
08 February 2022 15:53
If U of A Hospital "patient information" staff (Lisa) can't manage their job with patience, compassion and courtesy, they need to consider another occupation. I get it, the whole world is distressed with COVID, but your job is your job. Be helpful and kind whatever you choose to do in life. But if your only job is to help often distressed people calling to locate friends/family they're greatly concerned about and you can't do that, change your field of work. Please.
14 January 2022 21:24
I am appalled at the negative comments I've seen posted here. I've been admitted to this hospital 21 times in the past 24 to 30 month's, my most recent stay was in September 6/21 to October 3rd/21 I was there for a month, my shortest stay was 5 days in the last while. The nursing staff is over run with COVID patients & I have not seen many comments thanking these men & women for putting their own health at risk & working tons of overtime to help other's. People get a grip on what these people are going through for the community and gave some compassion for them. If you have to assist some then just do it and be grateful for our healthcare. I've received the best care at this facility and thank all of the staff.
04 January 2022 13:35
Every time I have gone to this hospital I have been treated like dirt. I went in due to anaphylactic shock and was crying because of the pain I had taken an epi pen so I was able to breathe a little he told me to be quiet and stop crying and that I was being ridiculous. Tonight I spent 8 hours as my spleen was inflamed, a fever of 106 and my tonsils swollen shut. When I approached the desk the nurse informed me that I had been only there for 5 hours and to sit down and we will get to you when we get to you. Absolutely disgusting bedside manner no sympathy whatsoever and it took me begging for 4 hours to get a little bit of Tylenol. Literally go anywhere else the staff are atrocious.
03 January 2022 10:27
Unit 5E2 has some of the worst nurses our family has ever dealt with, from walking into the room saying "Well let's see if they are still alive today not relizing that we were sitting in the room visiting our dieing loved one", depriving their patients of food and water, forcing their patients to do things when they scream in absolute pain after they have been told it's not a good idea. MANY of the nurses in this unit have no compassion at all for people they are dealing with. Pandemic or not, short staffed or not nurses need to treat their patients better then they do. Sad when even other departments in the hospital agree about this unit and lack of care and respect they have for their patients.
16 December 2021 2:33
Unprofessional staff, ignoring patients waiting for triage so they could continue their conversations with their friends. One staff member seen repeatedly flaunting the mask rule and not wearing it while walking through triage and talking with other staff members. Staff was chatting and making jokes and swapping stories about their patients in front of all the patients in tiage, went in for a heart issue with a cardiac history, and waited over 4 and a half hours with no one ever checking on me. Decided to leave and try elsewhere, and the triage nurse was sour with me because I was waiting at his desk for 19 minutes and interuppting his casual conversation time with an ems member.
12 November 2021 18:34
It was clean. No waiting in line at entrance.there is security asking questions about covid.sore throat etc.
10 November 2021 20:00
I had a surgery today and i was very scared before going to OR. This nurse whose name is Rajender took really good care of me before and after the surgery. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she was the one who patiently listened to me and help me relax. She is a great nurse and i wish her all the good health.
10 October 2021 13:55
Unfortunately, I had to make a trip to an Emergency Ward. After checking (online) for wait times at various area hospitals, I chose the U of A (it said 5 minutes on a weekday morning). I was pleasantly surprised that it was indeed a short wait. I found the staff to be courteous and professional, regardless of the department I visited. The parking was pay, but the $14.25 (for 24 hours) was very reasonable. Also, the facilities were clean/disinfected, following remaining COVID protocals.
25 September 2021 10:27
I was at UA hospital on 26 of July 2021 in Edmonton around 10: 45 pm in the emergency with my wife has chest pain we were waiting whole night for our turn to get in but we ended up nothing very disappointed by staff no body call us when we asked how long we need to wait he said maximum wait time is 6 hrs which we waited after 6: 00 am in the morning we came out from hospital without any medication had really bad experience
08 September 2021 5:02
Hey people please use the medical centers for small medical problems that is what they are for. The E. R.is getting Back logged it should not take 6 to 12 hours to get in to see A Doctor too many people are using the E. R.for a doctors office. I have had to wait up 14 hour with a broken hip in a lot of pain and it is not the staff they are doing the best they can. This is a great Hospital so please try to help those who have to go to the E. R.for serious problems also you can phone 811 for help you my have to be on hold for a bit but stay on the line they will help you. And the old should be taken care of right away. I have been there and I am not happy with this so let find a way to do it better Edmonton and we can.
07 September 2021 18:28
6 hours still waiting. Chest pains increasing. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, unless you wanna die waiting.go to misicordia. Do yourself a favor.
09 August 2021 4:59
Just want to say a thank you to the staff the helped me, was in there last night and service was prompt, staff was attentive and friendly … Couldn’t ask for much more, thank you again.
22 March 2021 19:31
The ER is broken. While waiting hours in the ER I had a full blown gallstone attacked and none of the staff would help. Two nearby EPS officers were even concerned and asked the staff to do something, I could hear them respond "as long as he's still breathing he's staying in that chair". Meanwhile 5 staff are sitting idle playing on their phones, their salaries should be used to hire more doctors instead that can actually help people in an emergency. My partner wasn't allowed in the waiting room because they "didn't have enough chairs" yet they were mostly empty. Ended up going home where at least I could take some over the counter pain meds and lay in bed with my partner. Couldn't be more disappointed in our healthcare.
07 March 2021 3:23
My family doctor informed me I had to go to the University Emergency for a possible ruptured hernia. I ensured I went early so it would be quiet. Which it was only 3 people waiting to be seen. Yet 5 hours came and went and I still hadn't seen anyone. So at that time I left. 5 hours? Disgraceful.
24 January 2021 11:59
The Staff and Physicians are very helpful and caring. Contrary to the other comments, the people here at this hospital were friendly and took care of me compared to other hospitals in the city. I was taken care of right away and looked at. Yes, the wait time was long but the nurses and staff were very kind and reassuring. It helped reduce my anxiety and stress. Highly recommend!
20 January 2021 1:44
Excellent welcoming staff. Michelle and other MRI techs were welcoming, professional. Excellent staff. Made the process an easy one. Thank you
11 December 2020 20:31
I can't remember where I am right now but this feels fun they're playing everybody get biggie buggy this is Bobby Bobby Bobby the favorite song this is my favorite song I think I just can't it's like white out is awesome Man it's not as good as electric avenue no I said Whyte Aveit's like it's actually pretty far away from University I think I'm going cross-eyed I got to go it's cool I just need coffee I got this neurotropic thing figured out coffee and cigarettes necessity i I of life
05 December 2020 1:35
Absolute worst hospital ever. Older nurses are extremely rude, doctors are useless. I had the worst experience there as well as everyone I’ve talked to. They do not care about you. Too many students, no organization. Disgustingly dirty bathrooms all the time (I was to emerge with a family member 4 times in 5 days) with absolutely no help. They prescribe you something pointless and send you home. Go to a different hospital.
25 April 2020 20:23
What's the point of emergency when you having breath difficulty, waited for 5-6 hours, and finally there is a nurse transfer you to a doctor's room, end up still waiting?
05 April 2020 18:48
This is honestly the worst hospital to come to all the nurses in emergency are ignorant and rude they treat you like your just a number and don't care about you when you ask them a question they make u feel really stupid and that your incompetent I honestly would never ever recommend any hospital in the Edmonton area at all what a waste of time
25 March 2020 22:10
Definitely not my first choice. I needed a wheelchair but nobody got me one.

The parking is atrocious.
07 February 2020 12:48
I was admitted to the University Hospital for open heart surgery, where a heart valve and 4 bypasses were performed. After the operation I was in the
intensive care unit for two days and on the 3rd day was sent back to the ward and discharged at lunch time.
With out a doubt the treatment I received was 5 star all the way. The staff were wonderful and caring and attended to my every need.
The hospital was spotless and the staff could not do enough for you.
Thank you for the wonderful care I received during my stay at this wonderful facility. A true 5 STAR experience.
Thank you everybody, surgeons, nurses, and ambulance drivers.
30 January 2020 4:46
Emergency wait times is horrible! What's the use of an emergency centre if the patient who is in great pain asked to wait for hours while the staff joke around or keep laughing? And if we request or ask them to send in the patient little earlier, they respond saying that wait time is quite huge and you'll have to wait. And while we wait, random people walk in and are let inside before. This is absolutely ridiculous! Please do not consider this place if urgent care is needed.
22 January 2020 8:13
Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Saw a gentleman puking his guts out in the waiting room for hours before being called in. Other people who were joking and laughing with each other got in before this gentleman. Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you require urgent care, do not go here. You'll wait hours on end to get in and are visibly ill and people walk in and get put in before you (repeatedly). Completely unprofessional.
19 December 2019 7:16
Keep up the awesome work guys!

Hopefully people start taking better care of their health.
15 December 2019 10:59
A month ago I brought myself to this facility in distress. I had a wait but when they found out what was wrong with me, the treatment & care were swift & excellent for 9 days! Who stays in a hospital for 9 days anymore? They truly cared about me & I am truly thankful.
Now, as for "The Bed Bitches" they need to work on "Bedside Manner".
08 December 2019 10:44
Senior/junior Nurses love to joke around amongst themselves, laugh and shout unnecesarily in the ICU and in high intensity units of Neurology, when 4 patients in recovery are trying to get some sleep.
I wish the saviours got some civic sense.
29 November 2019 0:56
Came here with my father after a terrible bout of pnemonia. The nurses and doctors were just amasing. Natasha in emergency was incredible and shows true compassion to her patients. You made our visit so much easier and hope you get the recognition you deserve:)
12 November 2019 21:36
My Dad was admitted into the hospital for a stroke and the first incident happened when he was moved from Emergency to the Stroke ward, they lost his cloths that came in with him in the transition.

Then he was in the hospital for only a week and a few days and had 2 different Doctors in that short time frame. Then we were told on Wednesday of this week by his second doctor that he was going to keep him in the hospital for another week and then assess him and see then if he was okay to move. The next day were told by a head nurse by the name Andrea, that they were going to move him in 24 hours after we had been told by the doctor it would be another week before he was moved.

When we spoke to Andrea about what the Doctor said to us she indicated she would talk to the Doctor and let us know what was going on before they moved him. However instead of informing us as to what was going on they moved him at 8: 00AM this morning and then called us at 9: 00AM after he was moved to let us know that he was moved. And when we asked about why they moved him without let us know, Andrea indicated that well I thought you knew this was the intention all along. When we spoke to her on Thursday there was no indication that he was going to be moved regardless of what was happened we were under the impression that we would be notified as originally told by Andrea.

This is not how our health care system should be run. And if this was the intention all along we should have been told this not given the run around, by the Doctor and the nurse. This misinformation and how this was handled by sneaking my Dad out of the hospital instead of informing us properly is unacceptable and poor communication on the hospitals part.
10 November 2019 21:14
I came in with approx. 20 people/couples/families ahead of me at 2am. It's now 6am and I've yet to be looked after. Literally I'm in an empty waiting room to be seen other than 2 people. Someone just walked in, got registered, and literally within 20 minutes they've gone inside to see a doctor.

This whole waiting game is complete and utter bs and very unprofessional. I'm new to the province/city and even though I live right beside this hospital, I'll travel farther into downtown next time for the other one.

I cannot, and I mean CANNOT understand why someone who just walked in, came to the front desk, then got registered, and is already seen within 20 minutes or so, and I've been here 4+ hrs.

Not okay. I don't understand how they dictate who gets to go first.this choosing system is bs. I even overheard the ladies behind the counter saying I'm only here for such and such and how I can wait.

Whatever happened to first come first serve? I'm in a lot of pain and even asked yet there's two people ahead of me.

HOW? ! When I'm one of the only people here! I'd rate this NO STARS if I could! AVOID!

Emergency wait time should be managed.
Most of the time it's too much to wait to see the Dr. Inspite of this the Satff particularly Nurses provide excellent services to their patients without any obligation.
I must say they are Angels on Earth.
Keep up the Excellent Work.
We salute all of you for untiring hardwork for the good health of the society.

If you are lucky, you won't get a freshly graduated nurse who hides behind their education and waves it around like it's a flag because they don't have enough life experience to really know how to be a good nurse but they think they know everything anyway. I nearly missed getting sepsis and was overlooked outright for my concussion because of the inexperience and bad training of the new nurses. One refused to let me see the doctor at all and threatened to throw me out if I didnt leave, even though I waited 6 hrs and begged to see a doctor! I came back 3 days later, refused to leave and I told the doc what happened earlier. He was furious! Our health care is only getting worse

Too long to wait. I waited 5and half hous, still wait outside. I asked nurse for help because I fevered and dizzy almost can't walk. However, they just tell me grab a chair myself. No one helped me during the hours.

Emergency wait times are ridiculous but the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The parking prices are high and i feel patients and people in for tests should not have to pay for parking. I am here for dialysis 3 times a week and the parking price is ridiculous plus i have to drive 100 kms one way also so it would be nice if they gave a break on the parking.
