These guys are awesome! I had to cancel twice because of my poor scedualing. However, they were very understanding. I rescedualed last minute for the third time and they came quickly and on time. They were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend using their services as they are super reliable, very responsive, and have fair prices.

This guy really knows his work!
I had my first accident a few days ago on 111 st, did not know what to do at first. Then when I was in the call with my insurance company and this guy has already showed up at the scene ready to help me tow my car! - wonder how he knew the accident and the location.
He towed it the collision station with my permission, had picture taken there then brought the car to his parking lot. I did not need to any with it.
He later on worked with my insurance company on the rest.
Very impressive services.

Made an appointment the day before for a flatbed tow of my truck and showed up with a wrecker. Missed my appointment with my engine builder as they could not provide a flatbed tow for several hours. Will never use again.

Adam was very professional and quick like a G, love these guys because they're always on time and reliable. Prices are little expensive but they're 100% worth it

Ahmed helped me out last night moving a rolling chassis from a car carrier. It was brutal cold— -38 with the wind chill—and we had to wait for the car carrier but Ahmed was great.he even helped the car carrier guy boost one of his cars to get it off the trailer! Great service.on time.would highly recommend.

Are used the towing service yesterday and the staff and the pricing exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was outstanding and I would recommend this company to anyone.

My girlfriend was in an accident and the tow truck driver pulled up and sat at the scene to pressure us to let him hook it up. After explaining that we were going to have it towed on contract so we didn't have to pay that day, the driver says to us "I will bring it wherever you want and we can bill the insurance company, you have nothing to worry about". So I had him hook it up to haul 2 blocks away. The driver TRIED TO DRIVE AWAY WITH OUR VEHICLE. We were on the phone with him when he drove by our requested destination and says to us "I have to bring it to my yard to get paid by insurance". So after arguing with us about the destination we forced him to drop it where we originally wanted. To which the driver told us "you are paying an $85 hook up fee or I'm calling the police". VERY UN-PROFFESIONAL. He was a greasy scam artist from the moment he saw the scene, until the moment he got paid over his lies. Will not ever recommend this company to anybody for any reason.

With Cliffs Transport, Recovery & Towing operating, why anyone would use this company is beyond me.

Not sure who he was, forgot to ask for his name but he was amazing, great attitude, on time, very friendly, keep.up the great work and i recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for your polite and quick service.

I called to have my pickup towed and they arrived in 45 minutes. Great service would highly recommend the driver was very friendly

I had this company tow my vehicle to a garage a month ago, they quoted and charged me a flat city rate of $80. Good experience the first time so I decided to use them again to get my vehicle back from the garage since the vehicle couldn't be repaired.

Second time was a terrible experience. They decided to charge me a different rate for the same exact route/distance the first time around. I was towing my car back from the garage back to my home. When I called him on why he only charged me $80 flat rate city rate the first time around, he never really gave me a reason but offered to charge me $100 flat rate. I agreed and decided to go ahead. When he comes back with my vehicle he states he has to charge me $130 instead of the agreed 100 because it was not 14 km but actually 16 km. What a crook! Don't use this company they will rip you off.

Great service. They showed up when they said they would. The price was reasonable. The driver was friendly. What more could you ask for?

Called the company to boost my 18 wheeler. Showed up with boost pack. Had to go get towtruck to boost. Charged me 84.00 cuz he had to make 2 trips. Not my mistake! That they don't know. Never again
