Don't ship your items through UPS. There is minimal effort to deliver your items. Why would I provide my number if they don't use it? They claimed that delivery was attempted 3 times but there were no attempts to contact me. I had to drive about 1 hour there and back to pick up my package. I didn't know that ordering a package through them came with a probationary process for a delivery personnel position.

Why did the customer centre close for this location? It was so convenient to drop off FedEx, Purolator and UPS in a single trip. Oh well, I ship more parcels with Purolator and FedEx now.

My address has been here for 50+yrs, covering driver still hasn’t delivered. Pkg been in Calgary since Thursday it is now Tuesday. Driver keeps saying addy doesn’t exist or it’s an apartment. Call cust service Fri, Mon&Tues to find out they r offshore and they can’t transfer u to the dispatch office in Calgary. I receive this pkg once a month never a problem. SMH at our customer service is offshore not even in Canada.

Poor management, UPS is a big name but worst 22 aero DRIVE NE, management, ON CALL they are giving 2 or maximum 3 hrs & sometimes no call for whole week, i would recommend stay at home but do not work at this location.

UPS as an entity is one of the most useless organizations I have ever come across. After being told they hold packages for 7 business days, they shipped my package back to the sender after holding it for 1 day. And the 1 day they held it for was a holiday so they weren't even open to go get it. The fact that they are still in business absolutely blows my mind. I would rather send packages via carrier pigeon, caravan or pretty much anything with wheels, wings or 2 feet and a heartbeat.

Three deliveries from UPS in the past week left at an access point with no notices left at my residence. Had to call UPS to find out where the package was delivered. Since this is a common occurrence I would recommend not shipping with UPS this holiday as the receiver has no way of knowing if they received a package or not. Had 4 shipments delivered between FedEx and CanadaPost and no issues. One loses the conveniences of online shopping when you have to rearrange your schedule to arrive at the access point before it closes.

Don't work here especially the warehouse completely disrespectful towards employees and if you work hard to get ahead so you can take a quick 1 min break they will tell you that they will fire you if they see you doing that.
Literally any other warehouse has better working conditions it's no surprise they have a very high turnover rate and ppl quit fast.

Worst company for delivery. I took the day off to receive the package because it required signature. While waiting I get a text saying I cannot be reached. I ran downstairs to catch the driver. No driver no sticker. This keeps happening with only this company. It's like they don't deliver to condos or something. They seriously need to fix the way they deliver. So easy for them to lie cause they're lazy. I lost money taking the day off. Best buy should drop ups for delivery. Happens almost all the time. At least drop it off at nearest access point. No I don't want to wait 3 more days.

I received a message that there was an unsuccessful attempt to deliver my package at 7pm. My whole family was at home that time. No UPS agent called or knocked the door, no UPS truck even came by our house at that time.
This happened two times in this year already.
So I have to deal with tracking and finding the package by myself.
Why the UPS drivers are so lazy to came out of their trucks and deliver the parcels? !

Update two months later:
The parcel was lost by UPS at the end. And I was made to pay customs duty for this parcel upon arrival into Canada. The shipper opened a claim and it is still in process right now. I did not get any refund on the customs duty fee I paid.
This service is awful, just an organized robbery!

Business hours 3pm-7pm? What kind of joke is that?

Says they made two delivery attempts. They did not. How do I know? Well tracking never once said out for delivery, and I have a door camera.

Now trying to pick this package up as I NEED it.no way to contact this location directly. 1-800 put a request in for them to contact me. Still waiting. Package still in limbo. Useless.

Called 1-800 back after two hours. No request was made for them to contact me. Explain how the main customer service line has no way to directly contact the main Calgary hub?

Driver didn't show up at all claimed he came 3 times when people were home then told us to come to this location between 8 am and 7 pm no mention of the 4 hour lunch break they have horrible customer service

I called the SE branch of UPS in Calgary & the guy I talked to was rude & abrupt & tried to talk above me. I tried to give him my info/notice# & he wouldn't take it & gave me the runaround. I'm 61 years old & I've health issues & am tired of young people treating me like a piece of dirt. This guy's customer service attitude & ethic is pretty pathetic.

I would have given zero stars if it is possible.working environment of ups warehouse is full of racism and partiality. Supervisor Amanda and bross are extremely rude, racist and favor just their own favourites.some employees down at warehouse are just hiding from supervisors and passing time however with other staff members supervisors are disrespectful and consider them animals. I strongly recommend NOT TO WORK AT UPS WAREHOUSE.

Avoid UpS if you can. The most unreliable courier service in Canada. The drivers are the problem. They don’t make any attempts to deliver and then make you drive to Aero dr to go pick up yourself

Driver didn’t knock just put the sticker on the door, twice. Customer center is by far the slowest out of all the different couriers. Waited 1.5 hours and I was only the 7th person in line. Do better.

Terrible human beings that run a kingdom of there own and decide what parcels to ship or keep to themselves and open the boxes according to there needs. This facility is unregulated and does not have any accountability for customers personal things.

Received an email saying they tried to deliver and that we were not home. Yes, we were at home. Now I have to go to their warehouse and pick up my package myself? I have never had a good experience with UPS.

Very disappointed I do not want this courier but had no choice, first the brokerage fee on top of the shipping fee is way too high! Customer service cannot help you and hang up! The packages are always incomplete and could not deliver to you all at the same time, worst case is that I needed the items but they keep telling u its out for delivery but did not come at all! I will stop and avoid this courier after 4 times of disappointment! Customer service/hotline is no help at all, they just hang up!

False delivery attempt, no address for pick up on notice. After calling customer service line was directed to warehouse and told they were open till 7 pm, to arrive to not being open till 3 pm.

Parcel was supposed to come on Tuesday and it's Monday now wtill no package, customer service agents kept telling that it will be sent the next business day but its been 4 business days and they are still not sure if parcel will be out for delivery. UPS app doesnt shoy ETA of parcel, it just appears that it is Out for Delivery. Thye never knocked on the door as they said that they attempt to deliver the package. They put the wrong address on my delivery address Worst experience ever.

We have been trying to get pur package since the 28th of June. On the 30th we were away and they put a door sticker on our door stating they attempted delivery but we owed cod charges which we paid on the 28th as their driver's machine would t work for payment so we had the option to pay it over the phone which we did on the 28th. We called and were told it was out for delivery between 1 and 5 but othing. We called and they said they tried to deliver nobody home Nd we told them that was a lie as we were home waiting to take delivery Nd if they had tried they would have left another sticker. So I called again to be told a rep would call to co firm delivery between 5 and 7 pm that same evening, again no delivery so I called again to be told the same thi g but it would be delivered by 8 pm, again no delivery! I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me they were busy and i would receive a call ack, agai no call back. Called this am to be told it was on its way but wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow. I told them we have been waiting for that parcel and we needed it today. I had to call three separate agents to fi ally be told its at the warehouse (if even that is true. Who knows but we will see). They also seem to always deliver our packages to the wrong address and the people who get our package bring it to us. The sad part is that every agen that I spoke to was from another country like Aisia or Guatemala. UPS is the worst delivery carrier ever but what do they care as long as they are raking in the cash. Gone are the days of good customer service!

They never bother to enter apartment, i keep getting email that delivery attempted but i see no notice from driver. And they keep sending first, second and final delivery attempted but i see no notice at my front door or where can j pick up my package.

High brokerage fees and they tried to charged me twice.got a notice in the mail 3 days before it was "due" for the same shipment, different brokerages fees for the same shipment.

Called them and requested a call back, when they did call back i was put back on hold.

Billing was a error on their part and no explanation as to why there was different brokerage fees for the same shipment

Would rather not buy anything if i have to ship via UPS again

Had a valuable document shipped and it has vanished from Calgary sort facility, the tracker showed out for delivery then showed back at facility. Helpline = no help, facility supervisor = no help

I always try to avoid using UPS as they have ridiculously high brokerage fees. Also they make it very difficult to pay the duties yourself to avoid the brokerage fees. It’s pretty much extortion if you want your package, but they do say that there may be additional fees.just not the extent. Very unethical business practices. Also, they don’t mention on the slips they leave at your door that their hours are unusual. 7-11am and then 3-7pm. I was at their door today with 2 other customers that had parcel pickup notices with nothing saying that they are closed from 11am-3pm.

I will never use their service again.
