Words can't describe how frustrating my experience with UPS is. My address is correct but it hasn't been updated on maps yet. Maps will take you to a slightly different location, but i live by a main road and so directions are very very easy to follow. Every single day, i call in and leave delivery instructions and try to have the driver call me if they have trouble finding the place or find a way to contact the driver. They just say they'll leave a note with the driver and that the drivers have no phones so there is no way to contact them. Well every single day, the delivery fails, saying incorrect address or they have trouble finding it. The drivers are obviously not reading the notes, i assume they take it to the same location on maps every single day. HOW IS THERE NO WAY TO CONTACT THE DRIVER? I will never use UPS if given the choice and would never recommend UPS.

Worst service ever. I get an email saying they are rescheduling delivery…twice, I suspect because duties are owed. I pay the duties online and then the driver asks my daughter, who was home at the time, for the exact same duty fees. She refused and the delivery gets rescheduled for a third time. Another time my daughter ordered something and expected delivery. We found it tied to a tree at the end of the driveway. I can’t believe these people are still in business. You guys don’t deserve even a single star review. Using this company for deliveries to your clients ruins the customer experience and reflects poorly on your business.

Total joke. They'll say your package is out for delivery and give you a day it's coming than you check for an update and all of a sudden it's not even out for delivery. Amazon can get anythibg to you overnight and these clowns can't even get a package from edmonton to fort saskatchewan in 2 days. Amazing they are still in business

Would not use this shipping company, ordered parts from the states, misprint on the delivery address and when i call to rectify the prolem i may as well be talking to the wall no help no solutions. I can't go pick up my parts from the central warehouse due to a change in procedure (covid)
Have it sent to a ups outlet store and they send it back to the central warehouse due to its large size. Never will I give UPS the chance to collect any shipping costs again!

More training is required for your telephone agents so they might help the delivery process

I am not sure who they are hiring at this company but they are not very smart. Driver shows up to employee locked door does not even try office door which has address above door not once but twice.
Very poor service definitely an F grade from this customer.

What a joke for a shipping company, they try and deliver my package while i was at work so they leave me a notice on my door, i go to collect my package at the address listed and its not even there till monday, if you fail to deliver a package and leave a pickup notice, go and drop the package there at end of day so someone is able to pick it up as soon as possible, not back to the head office where you are closed on weekends and no one can collect from you.what a joke

I was hoping to be the guy that gives 5 star but sadly i can't. Sad part is i jumped right in, got the app on my phone, spent forever trying to get it to work. Got it to work and it let me down. I change my delivey to somwhere close to home (to have a safe place to pick up, and not left on door step) its been 2 days now and i don't know where it is? App say its deliered or on the way to pick up spot now for the last 2 days! I ask for updates and don't get any but, (today.end of day pkge will arrive) b.s. It cost me alot of money to get that pkge here. So yes I'm alittle p.o. I know somone from ups is gonna read this and say (sorry blah blah blah) but sorry to you guys! For probably losing another customer. And sorry is not gonna get me my pkge or the money i spent if it ends up in some white van being sold for 1/4 of what i paid. I hope i get it but its not looking good. Next time don't change pick up locations or start looking for white vans maybe our pkges are there.sincerely another disappointment customer.

UPS = the most incompetent courier service; deliver to the wrong Access Point, hold a parcel at a Customer Care Centre which is permanently closed, does not follow specific instructions (delivery AFTER 4PM, and text prior to.).
How can Amazon get it right? You should send your drivers there for training!

Went to Montreal to order a wedding dress it was supposed to be shipped from Montreal to Edmonton through UPS I paid $130 for one day delivery the delivery guy didn’t drop it off at our house he drove by our house and then wrote a business was closed residential area there’s no business here at my house that was a $19,000 wedding dress in that package and my big day got ruined because they couldn’t do his job properly

Apparently they permanently closed this location for their "Valued Customers". Because that makes perfect sense.
The doors are locked with a sign stating the closure. I felt sorry for the "Valued Customer" that was there to pick up a package.

I will never use them again. Got a delivery notice and the next day I kept my eye on the arrival. When I saw the driver down the street, I went to the entrance of my apartment to get my package (no buzzer access to the building). The driver parked in front of my building, waited a few minutes without stepping out of the vehicle, and then drove away. Apparently that is considered an attempt. Calling customer service was not any better. Garbage service that doesn’t seem to want to fulfill its purpose (ie deliver packages)!

This is a useless company just like Fedex and DHL none of them can do anything right they must not have a computer system that can track packages and customer service is horrible they are just lazy and do not care.

Never ship by these companies ship by Purolator or Canada Post I have never had a problem with them at al. UPS your just scammers and do not do anything right useless is what you are.

I just wish they had a number for the customer service in edmonton I could call directly and book a pickup of my package. UPS never delivers, I have to arrange the pickup everytime. The app tracks the package. But when delivery is happening. The drivers don't have access to condos like Amazon does. The try to attempt 3 deliveries. Unless you arrange pickup. UPS is actually the worst for delivery. You can guarantee you'll eventually get the package. But if you track and expect the delivery on time. UPS is my last choice for shipment.

Our package sat in the local depot for 9 days, when I tracked it they said would not deliver it for 2 more weeks because they are too busy. When I tried to call the local depot to arrange to pick it up, I sat on hold for 30 mins and was transferred 5 times.

I would give it a 0 star review if I could. WARNING, DONT USE UPS. I REPEAT DON’T USE UPS. They will make sure to eat your money up and eat you too. Imagine calling customer support and being transferred to 5 different people (not even from different departments!) I had a feeling that they do it so that you’d get tired and hang up! I REPEAT GO USE DHL AND FEDEX or even the Post if you want good service. DO NOT USE UPS.

Save yourself the heart ache and try DHL first

The staff member at the customer care center was wonderful but the online tracking was horrendous. It said my order was in Edmonton at 05: 10 but when I went to pick it up at 17: 30 she told me that it was still in Calgary and wouldn't be here until tomorrow due to the difference in 'logical' and 'physical' scans. Terrible system for a time sensitive delivery.

The driver that works my area, Anthony Thomas, goes above and beyond to help me get my packages. Best courier driver ever. I really hope UPS values him because that is the kind of person they need if they want to be the best courier services out there.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have tried and tried to get my parcel or even talk to someone that knows what they are talking about and that they can give me answers and I CANT! Why why? They keep telling me it’s because of weather I checked to see if my postal code is effected and NOPE! Surprise surprise I watch the trucks go by my house but yet they STILL can’t deliver mine…. I honestly don’t understand how UPS is allowed to continue its operations with residential parcel deliveries when so many people have had bad experiences.

EVERY single time UPS delivers something I order, despite it being express shipping or not, it ALWAYS gets lost and when phoning the service line they can’t tell me anything or provide any phone numbers for dispatch.

How does a company this big have package tracking (that is broken) and not have the ability to contact their drivers directly to get answers on where anything is.

The most frustrating thing is that the people on the phone are giving empty answers which only makes it more frustrating because any ‘fix’ likely just delays the delivery even further.

Something seriously needs to be fixed internally within this company. Especially when it’s made so obvious by all of the negative reviews that people are tired with the poor quality of service.

Try the delivery at home option instead of pickup at warehouse the driver attempt the delivery maybe bcuz of technical issue our buzzer was not working and we don't get any single call from the driver.later the customer care girl told us they don't allow their drivers to use company phone like how ridiculous this is and how they manage to run such a big company without proper communication management.

Recieved an email on a Friday informing me that my package was delivered. Called UPS on a Monday to see where it was. They told me it was still out for delivery. I told them I would pick it up on a Tuesday at this location. Went to the store on Tuesday. They told me it was out for delivery again. They said that they request to pick it up at the store was never made. While I was there waiting in line, another couple also had not recieved their package and had waited the previous day at their business to recieve it. Management has to change the way they approach customers. Clearly this place has problems with all the poor reviews. Never had these issues with Canada post / Purolator.

Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery driver. Most unprofessional experience I have had with a company. I am going from ups to ups to figure out where my package was dropped off. All due to a delivery driver being unable to write the numbers of an address on a piece of "sorry we missed you" paper and the company using nothing but a tracking number to identify their customers assets. Complete reliance on technology. Unable to write an address down. Total joke. Never again.

This company has to be one of the most poor managed companies in the world. Delivery drivers will literally get out of their car, walk to your door, and leave a sticker instead of your package. They did that TWICE, yesterday and today. Didn't bother ringing the bell. Instead, they left a note directing me to pick my package up from nearby convenient store. Twice I went to that store and guess what? My package isn't even there as well. If I ever see a UPS on my tracking of any future purchases, I am cancelling it.

I ordered an iMac from Apple and paid for express shipping. After a tracking update about the iMac being declared as "dangerous goods", the tracking updates stopped for two days. Wondering where my iMac was, I called and found out that my iMac was "lost in transit". If I never called to investigate, UPS probably would've never updated me.

Now I have to wait weeks for another replacement iMac to be shipped to me.

Terrible company.

Absolutely the worst company. I have been waiting for my shipment for more than a week. It was supposed to be delivered THREE days ago and now they’re saying they missed me even though I have been home for three days waiting for them! Absolute worst service. I’ve been on hold for hours three days in a row. No one ever answers. The website doesn’t give you any information just change the delivery date every day! I cannot express a worse service possible. No one calls, no body rang the door bell, no updates on anything and so many delays, now they say they’re delivering it on the 19th. When I needed the package to arrive on the 13th as promised! What the hell are you charging so much money for? !

I'm so frustrated with this service that doesn't care about their customers or their mail. I tried several times to get my parcel delivered to me. I paid the brokerage fee online, I filled out the back of the info notice I received, but the notice wasn't picked up the next day. I called several times and spent many hours arranging and rearranging places for me to pick up my parcel. I wasn't told that the first access point I chose was no longer an access point. Then they claimed they didn't have a record of my call or the address of the second drop off point I chose, even though the web site recorded that this change was made. My parcel was then sent to the warehouse and labelled "Abandoned". I was told to get the sender to call and have the parcel released. The sender called, then let me know that they called. I drove to the warehouse only to be told that they had no record of the sender calling to release the parcel. I went home empty handed. I contacted the sender to get my money back. Weeks later, I received a bill from UPS for me to pay them yet ANOTHER fee, this one for returning my parcel. I am so angry now, I'm going to the BBB. This poor service is unacceptable. They should NOT be allowed to handle our mail.

Generally this place is only useful for one reason and that is picking up your package. Everything about this system is disorganized. The postman doesn’t keep up to date with notes from ups. The lady in the 10x8 ft just as disorganized. When a mistake is made no apology will be given and you will waste your time standing around waiting just to find out that the simple instructions you left could not be followed

Very unimpressed with their service. I missed their call by 30 seconds. And when I called them back, they said they were going to ship my package back. You are basically forced to pay shipping just to go pick up your package at a location 20 minutes away. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Being closed 4 hours in the middle of the day is absolutely ridiculous, this is a common time people have to run errands.
At the very least put your times on the parcel pickup slip so people don’t go to your establishment mid day. This likely wastes countless time for your customers.

Dealing with UPS and their false promised has been very frustrating for me. I ordered a package and gave the correct address and the driver did not deliver it because they said my house was a business which it is not. I do not even live near any businesses. When I called they promised the package the following day and after waiting half the day, I called and they could not promise I would get the package and had to start all over again. I just called back because they missed their commitment again and they didn't even have a record that I had just spent a half hour on the phone with them again. Unbelievable.

SELF CLEAR YOUR U. S -> CANADA PACKAGE. DON'T PAY BROKERAGE FEES, KEEP UPS BEING THE SHIPPING COMPANY LIKE YOU PAID THEM TO BE AND KICK THEM OUT OF TRYING TO BE THE MIDDLE MAN. Nothing but a bad overall experience. Under the counter brokerage fees not disclosed until you are coerced into paying them at your front door. Customer service representatives were unable to provide reasonable answer and alternatives. I am frustrated with UPS and would not recommend using them to ship your package. They hold your package and extort you into paying their made up brokerage fees.

Self clear your package by getting your documented proof of purchase from the company, provide the information to CBSA (Canadian border service agency) and pay GST/PST and duty without the brokerage fees.

Would give 0 star if I could. 1 people working at the front, kept telling us another person will be bringing us the package, 30 minutes later we were told the package was dropped off at a different location!

The reason why we had to pick up this package at this location was because there were 2 “failed delivery attempts”, which I’m sure never happened. No notice, no phone call, no nothing! Terrible service! Save yourself the trouble and choose a better company!
