I love this place! It was my first time coming here and I am already planning my next trip. I am definitely coming back here. Melissa did an amazing job with my nails, and I have never been happier with my manicure.
Keep in mind that prices will definitely go up if you choose more colors and designs.

Ive been going to uptown for years now and I've never left disappointed! They always manage to accommodate a time for me. Kimmy did such an amazing job today. She matched the inspo pic I brought in and they are perfect! Love them?

It was fine, except the girl that did my nails yesterday cut me twice (bleeding occurred both times). It still hurts a bit lol. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

I don't ever write reviews but I am always so happy with my favourite nail artist, Ve at Uptown whom I have been seeing for 2 years now. My nails are always perfect and she takes the time to make them that way.

I absolutely love this place. My friend always has amazing nails from Uptown and because of her, I started getting acrylics done here a few months ago. The prices are pretty standard, though if you get art or add gems the price can climb pretty high (they have always informed me of what the extra charges will be for my designs). That said, it is worth every dollar!

I’ve been getting my nails done for years now, and usually my nails lift or break by 2-3 weeks. My sets at Uptown have never budged. I even had one set stay in place for over four weeks! The techs are fast and I get constant compliments on my nails thanks to Jessica’s excellent work. For me, paying a slightly higher price for nails that last and look good is an easy choice.

I also want to mention that when I was between acrylic sets, I had a great manicure that made my natural nails look amazing, and their pedicures are also worth treating yourself to.

Had a great experience, was able to get in and out quick and staff all very friendly and place is clean. Need to get nails done fast keep this place in mind

Absolutely worst pedi and mani experience I have had. My pedicure was extremely rushed, the lady doing it was being very aggressive and rough. It seemed like she was in a hurry to get out of there. As soon as she was done with my pedicure a different lady came in to do my manicure. Which was fine for the most part. I asked for a simple butterfly design and she was not able to make it look like the picture so she brought another lady in to complete the design. This lady also did not make it look like the picture. When I went to pay they told me the design was $20 extra. This would have been fine if they were able to execute it correctly. The lady taking the payment seemed super hostile when I showed her my design and asked her if the design they made looked like it was $20 nail art. She stated that’s how much they charge for designs. I will not be returning and I advise everyone else to look into other nail bars and ensure they are not over charging you for something that other places can do for much cheaper. The experience overall was terrible from my pedicure to my manicure. The only thing this place has going for itself is the interior. This is not the experience I expected when I booked this appointment, especially when we spent $300+ for 2 pedi’s and Mani’s with shellac.

My nail tec kept rolling her eyes at me and didn’t even seem friendly and on the website it listed a different price for a shellac manicure when I went to pay it said 52 dollers before tip I could get a full set of acrylic nails for that

Vanessa and James deliver a top notch Spa operation every time—all the staff are so friendly and helpful navigating the latest products and choices of services. They have a full service beverage menu with alcoholic options as well. They are always asking if you want a coffee, tea or other beverage right away as you get situated for whatever service you want—above and beyond service right from the start!

Always good to make an appointment as they can fill up fast but are also very accommodating to fit you in if you just pop in unannounced like three of us did today!

Too many shout outs to the staff, especially Kate who takes care of my wife every time when she can, Holly and all the top notch talent they hire and have on staff to take care of your every spa need.

The place is alway spotless and courtesy slippers are provided at the front door to keep out the winter snow and dirt from entering the spa areas.

The location is always buzzing with people and the background music for ambience has all the latest mild pop and R and B selections—Not too loud and annoying like many other spots allowing you to enjoy the whole experience and relax.

No need to go anyplace else for what they do! See you guys soon for a pedi in 4 weeks! Thanks for all that you do

I paid nearly $20 to get my gel nails removed, but I am disappointed that they are partially removed…

Ladies, save your money by removing your nails at home!

Friendly staff, quick service, gentle, very clean and my nails look great every time no matter who the technician is! Highly recommend this place!

NEVER EVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. Honestly everyone was nice but the results were HORRIBLE. This lady proceeded to do basically do uggliest manicure on me and had the audacity to charge me 63 for the worst manicure I have ever seen in my life. Attached is my left hand and that’s the “better hand” as you can see the French is literally half of my natural nail, none of them are the same thickness. The fact that the lady didn’t let me see my nails while she was doing it makes sense now. Don’t even bother coming here, they can’t even do the basics.

I came to get my nails here yesterday I was going for a simple look as I’m doing my engagement photos and have my engagement party coming up this week. The nail tech basically gave me the opposite of what I wanted. My nails looked horrific… so unprofessionally done and she cut them too short. They looked bulky and so so bad… I called the next day and asked them if they could fix it. I went in at noon the next day, and the manager basically told me that they were cut too short and the look I was going for wouldn’t be possible. Mind you… her employee cut them too short for me! She proceeded to tell me she would charge me $65 for a new set basically, or try to shape them but shaping them means we would have to go shorter? I told her to just have them removed since they’re unwilling to fix them with no cost and I have my engagement party in a few weeks. When I sat down to remove them the nail tech basically took off the nail on my pinky with the tools she was using… I posted pics of the aftermath. This was the worst experience of my life. The worst nail salon. Save your money and go elsewhere. They didn’t fix my nails & ended up cutting my pinky. AND I TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES ITS MY ENGAGEMENT PARTY. A Girls worst nightmare.

Was getting an acrylic fill and my artist cut both my pinky fingers with a file.the service and quality was just not worth the price.the other ladies were really nice though

Have been going there since they opened - best nail place in town. When I moved further away, I tried to find a place closer to me - and always end up going back to Uptown to have them done properly.
