All the employees are so wonderful. They really take the time to help and when you’re waiting on something to go on sale, they watch and call you when it goes. Highly recommend

I am a regular customer at this location and I can’t say enough about the staff. Special thank you to MaryJayne and Mariana for their help in choosing family room furniture. Such attention to detail in coordinating the entire room, from furniture to tables, lighting and accessories. This has always been my one stop for everything.l love how they layer and combine different materials and textures. They completely transformed my space. Can’t wait for my delivery!

Picking out furniture and accessories for the New Ironstone Show Home in "Copperwood" was an enjoyable and pleasant experience. Alexandra, who assisted us, was not only enthusiastic but also highly knowledgeable. With her expertise, she provided us with inspiring ideas to create a warm and inviting atmosphere to welcome clients into our show home.

I was very impressed by the customer service I received at the urban barn at Skyview. So friendly. You have amazing people working there and they go above and beyond. I was looking for a stocking in ivory and they showed that they had one at that location but they couldn’t find it. A-few days later I received a phone call and I was so impressed. Roshna was amazing.

I wish I could give 10 stars.

This is the most amazing store and above all the people working here are super amazing. My special thanx to the manager Mary Jane and Mariaana you guys are amazing. I love this store for the quality of products they have and amazing customer service. I will be a customer for all my life here:)

Enjoy shopping at this store, staff are helpful and love the furniture and accessories, that was my first review of this store and I found the employee very helpful but when I returned to buy another article I found a different employee condescending with subtle put downs, so I will not return to this store.

I just bought a new house and need to furnish it so I went into urban barn. However because of their discriminatory attitude towards mask exemptions, I took my thousands of dollars, which I was prepared to spend, elsewhere. Will never set foot in there again. They are breaking the constitution which is the highest law in the land. They could choose to allow people in without a mask as many stores do, but why they have to be fearful mask Nazis is beyond me.

Found perfect dark emerald green cushions and the bonus was a real looking imitation leaf sprig (for my wall mounted planter).

The staff and management at Urban Barn Skyview have consistently given myself and my clients exceptional customer service. Mariana, who has been at the Skyview location for a number of years, is kind, helpful and extremely knowledgable about the products they carry. Tara, the manager, is also fantastic. I recently experienced a minor issue with the warehouse and Tara quickly rectified the situation with grace and empathy. I will continue to shop at this location because the staff make me want to do so! Keep up the 5 star work, Skyview!

We haven't received our new couch yet, but I won't remember to review by then! My husband went into this location after work one evening, and even though he was still in his scruffy work clothes the salesperson was friendly and very helpful. I went back in a couple days to pick fabric and order our furniture. I had a different salesperson helping me, and they weren't pushy, or rushing me. They made helpful suggestions and let me take all the time I needed. I will definitely return to this store for future furniture shopping. Can't wait to get our couch! Also really happy to be ordering furniture made in Canada.

Absolutely love this store. Although I do have a concern that not all staff are offering the same courtesy as others. The lady in front of me was asked if she wanted to go on their list and she would receive a birthday email with a discount offer. I was next in line and I was not offered the same offer. Not sure why.

Store has really nice vibe to it and the customer service is really good. We felt welcomed and attended properly.

looking at options and etc Love your furniture selection and decor. Different than any store I’ve seen!

Service was great! Product was lacking in quality control. Had to settle for 2nd choice because preferred items were flawed to the point of being useless. I do love the items i purchased, but am disappointed i could not get my 1st choice due to quality control issues.
