Super bad experience.the store manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional.when asking for her superiors contact information she refused.will not be returning. All of the sales associates were very nice though

A monster is the manager of this place! I was there today june 14 2023 around
10: 25 am, with my daugther and this lady law class manager started yelling knocking at all dressing rooms yelling like crazy and asking people to get out my daughter was undress and this lady made her put the clothes on the floor she kept spaying under the door, I told her not to do that and she yelled at me.
I told her that my daughter was undress trying the clothes she kept on yelling at me, my daugther suffers from anxiety i even told the lady that, but she did not care.
It was a very disgusting way she treated my child and my self.
She shouldn't be working in there she told me that she was the manager yelling at me at the same time.
I saw others rewies and people keep saying that this monster manager keeps on spying on their kids she has done it before and nobody is doing anything?
Owner please do something about it this lady is not fit no be a manager she is mean she spyes under the dressing rooms yells and humillantes people.
My child is traumatize for what happen.
This lady should be sue for spying on children while they are trying on clothes.

This store is just so messy and dirty. I can understand if a store is a bit unkempt due to higher traffic, but I visited on a dead Tuesday afternoon. The floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in ages, and the fitting room is just plain sad. Has nobody heard of dusting? And why is there gum on the wall? Sweeping into the fitting room corners is also nessecary. I know the fitting rooms are darker than a cave, but this is nuts. I can forgive the messy tables, as there was only one staff member upstairs tackling the tidying, but the grime? Absolutely not.

There were more staff downstairs but they weren't there for customer service, never mind focus. There was one person working cash while a long line formed (keeping in mind this is a Tuesday afternoon, so we can see the pace here), while two others were on the phone not even paying attention to the state of the store.

I walked out. Noticed a bunch of random merchandise dumped at the front of the store on my way out, so I don't think I was the only one.

I have been a shopper of the store and also a friend of a employee at your store. From what I have witnessed, the stress, frustration, and helplessness of the employees, Urban Behaviour should not be a place you want to apply too; at all. The hours they give their employees are way too inconsistent and unorganized. The brakes are a joke for a on foot job like that. The management is a complete joke of a mess. The employees are the ones who suffer the most. The biggest problem I have with the company is the mangers. They should be understanding of their employees home life and give them scheduled hours and not left waiting the whole day for a call that’s only 3 hours. Employees suffer at Urban Behaviour, that is why the turnover rate is so high

Manager/supervisor doesn't help her staff at all.

Customers are in line stressed out, and the manager just watches and doesn't help the staff.

Management should help Staff ring people out, when line ups are huge.

New Management needed

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they were having a great sale! 3 for 1 so I was able to grab tons of stuff for cheap and they had a pretty good selection!

Managers yelling at staff and customers, staff return yelling at customers.
Staff is not cleaning or maintaining store neither is management.

Change rooms closes 15 minutes before real closing time

Stout longer hair ginger Manager (wouldn't tell me her name) comes asks if I plan on trying on 4 pairs of jeans in my arms (all the same size) tells me they have no return policy and if I want to try them on I have 5 minutes before she closes the empty change rooms. (Store closes in 25 minutes)

There are drinks spilled all over the floor in the whole store as well as the change rooms with plastic wrap garbage and broken hangers, EVERYWHERE.

Change room lean brunette associate tells everyone (2 people) she is kicking them out in 3 minutes because we are overstaying and they want to be closed (closes in 20 min they are traveling through time different). Tried on size didn't fit, associate comes to door to tell over that she is closing in 2 minutes. She hasn't done anything with the garbage in the fitting rooms but walk around it in circles snipping. I come out I have left my jeans hanging on the walls (to avoid the dirty floors), she snaps directly at me. "You tried these on and now you don't want them! ". No I did want them but I need help and this store refused to help any customer I saw. One lady trys to walk past and see her friends outfit and then the fitting room attendant shrieked at her "You can't be here we close the fitting room in 1 minute. "

There were at least 6 employees standing behind cash in an empty, dust bunny, orange julius filled disgusting store but that's not why people were leaving. People were exiting the store before close because of manager yelling and the toxic energy provided.

As we were leaving the stout longer hair ginger Manager (she wouldn't give me her name) heard me mention writing a review (I said it loudly) and she hustled her body up the stairs to the sticky floor mess she put a big smile on her face stepped around the disgusting surroundings and STILL did not clean it up. She blamed associates. That is not a leader.

People mirror behaviour.

The behaviour that was mirrored isn't something I would want mirrored every day and I would hope that this isn't a common occurrence. If felt like it was a normal drill.

Leaders should provide positive guidance unless positivity is something Urban Behavior resists?

I like the clothing and the price but while doing a big shop not one person talked to me until I was walking out the door

Great deals in this store. Very clean and organized. Some of the staff are not loving their jobs and maybe should switch professions if they don't enjoy it. But other staff are incredibly helpful and wonderful for tips and finding items that work with what I'm looking for.

There are always sales and great deals in Urban Behavior. When I go to the West Edmonton Mall, shopping here is a must. There's a large amount of clothes for women, kids, and men. The clothing sold here ranges from casual, athleisure, sleepwear to semi formal.

There’s a huge line and they only have two cashiers on even though there’s three other associates just standing around behind cash?

Love this place! The prices are reasonable plus they offer sales several times a month, cant complain with extra savings!

Helpful employees. Lady at cash was very polite and cared. Sasha was the real MVP in the dressing room. Great help and advice

Sizes are for very small/petite persons and the plus sizes were terrible styles indicative of discrimination against plus sized persons

Lots of selection but quality of clothing is not great. Definitely short term clothing that is best for a few seasonal basics.

Good selections overall but my issue tonight was with not being able to try anything on. The girlfriend and I were browsing and shopping around the store with 20 minutes left until the store closed. We found a couple pairs of jeans she wanted to try on at 545 p.m on Sunday April 21. She was turned away because a worker had the change room section closed off and said the change rooms were closed at that time. I’m not sure what retail store would normally do this to just lose more sales? Why even be open at that time if that’s the case. It was just two pairs of jeans that’s it. Would have taken 5 minutes to see if they would fit but we put them back and left the store at 5: 50 and didn’t give our business.

The customer service is horrendous. Only one cashier and she's so rude. No eye contact, cuts me off in the middle of me talking. Disregarded my questions. Unacceptable

Manager in t Shirt, leggings and fake uggz looks like she hates life and carries herself that way. Classy

Poor customer service ever. Spatially the lady on cash desk. Don't have any manners. When I ask for manager or his business card she answered me we don't have any. Pls ignore them as they don't have even customer service manager to deal with the problem.

Worst experience of my life. First I couldn’t move around the store with my stroller, second I couldn’t get any help to get downstairs to the cashiers, then I stood in line for 15 mins while one cashier just stood there fixing the “prettt stuff” up front and left the other one to do all the work. Then I ask to help to up the “elevator” thing and the woman was so rude she completely made me never want to step
Foot in that store again, which I won’t! Bad customer service, bad atmosphere and rude people. Seriously rethink your store layout. Cashier should be on top of store now in the corner downstairs where moms with babies can’t get to.
