I absolutely loved it at Urban Bride. They had a very wide variety of dress options that were beautiful and also budget friendly. When we arrived they had a private room for us to sit in and large change room, which made getting in and out of dresses a breeze! Suzan made my dress shopping experience so fun and memorable. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and all the dresses she pulled, along with the ones that she let us choose, were right up my alley. Not to mention how amazing she was at clipping me into the dresses. I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing experience! I came here looking for a dress, less than a month before my wedding. Not only did Christine help me find a dress that was within my budget, it also fit almost perfectly and complimented my body shape. Urban Bride was the 6th shop I had been to in search of my wedding dress, and it was BY FAR my favourite experience.

After so many unsuccessful dresses, I went into my appointment feeling a bit lost and unsure of what I even wanted. I decided to try some completely new styles than what I had been trying in other stores, and thankfully my stylist Briana was amazing. I felt like I wasn't giving her very helpful feedback on the dresses I liked and didn't, but she was able to decode it and managed to pull the perfect dress, and - bonus - it was well within my price range! We had to rush off to another appointment, but after
a couple of hours, I couldn't stop thinking about that dress. Thankfully, Briana happily accommodated us to come back later that day, after hours, to officially say yes to the dress.

That was in early February, and just yesterday, only 5 weeks later, I got the email - my dress had arrived! I thought maybe it was some kind of mistake, but nope, it was my dress and it was perfect! Getting it so early gives me a lot of time for alterations, shoes, and underwear shopping, which is a big stress relief. My experience picking up the dress was also wonderful. I didn't get the name of the stylist who helped us, but she was so kind, and helpful, and didn't mind that I brought my three sisters, mom, and grandma along for the reveal. Even though the appointment was late (8 pm on a Thursday), she happily let us fawn over the dress and veils for a whole hour. She was so sweet and encouraging and made me feel like the most beautiful bride.

I am so happy with my experience at Urban Bride, and would gladly recommend the shop to any future bride. Can't wait to wear my gorgeous gown this October! Thank you!

Briana was an amazing consultant and with a quick glance at a few photos on my phone, was able to bring up a host of gorgeous dresses that matched my taste and body type perfectly. It was so seamless that it took no time for me to find the perfect dress. She made it such a fun appointment which is a feat for someone who does not typically enjoy shopping!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Urban Bride! They have such a large selection of beautiful dresses that are top quality and affordable. I am so thankful to Judy for helping me find the perfect dress. I came in with a vague idea of what I was looking for, but was very new to the dress search. Judy was so kind and patient every step of the way to help me narrow it down. She paid close attention to how I felt in every dress and was such an expert at pulling dresses based on this. I ended up with a dress totally different than what I imagined, so don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone because you are in amazing hands! If it weren’t for how comfortable Judy made me feel, I wouldn’t have found the dress of my dreams. She was also respectful of my budget ($1300-1500) and I never felt pressured to buy out of my range. Both Judy and Christine answered all the questions I had and I truly feel like I’ve learned a ton about the entire process. Overall I felt so well taken care of and had such a blast chatting about my wedding day with the nicest gals!:)

This was my 1st official appointment to try on dresses outside of my own perusing/pop up sales, etc. The store is in a mulituse building.and seems very inconspicuous.but once you go through the front door.wow!
it is gorgous, welcoming, warm.each room was private with plenty of space for the bride to change, and for guests to be seated. I was with Judy.and I cannot say enough for how warm & welcoming she was.knew my vibe & ended up finding my perfect dress for a very reasonable price as well!
I ended up getting my dress, veil & hair accessory for a VERY reasonable price as well.
I am so excited!

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Christine was so helpful during my appointment and even after. There was lots of selection especially with me needing to pick a dress with a wedding happening in 4 months. Christine was very thorough and kept things within my ball park of pricing. The whole experience was lovely and just amazing to be apart of. Still to this day she and Urban Bride has been a huge help with alterations and I am so happy with my dress.

My only criticism is the seamstress they recommended. I cannot find a place to leave her a review, so I will leave it here. If I do find a place to leave her a review, I will edit this one.
Sew it Seams (the seamstress in the same building as Urban Bride) did not give me what I asked for, at all. At the first fitting, I told her I wanted the straps tightened, and the train cut off, as I was getting married outside and I knew the dress would get extremely dirty, which it did. One of my guests suggested a bustle, I did not want a bustle, I just wanted the train hemmed. I did not receive even close to what I asked for. She had my dress from April 3rd, to May 15th. I'm not sure what she did with my dress for the month she had it, but it certainly wasn't what I asked for. The straps did get tightened, but the train was not cut off at all. She had me try on the dress and then after I asked why the train was so long, she said she would install a bustle. I was so extremely annoyed at this point because this is not what I had asked for. My wedding was in two weeks, and I certainly was not going to leave my dress with her again. So in the end, it cost me $300 to get the straps tightened on my dress. Absolutely would not recommend this seamstress.

Had a great experience at Urban Bridal. I had some challenging requirements.our wedding is in 7 weeks so had to buy off the rack with minimal alterations. But Judy delivered! Found a beautiful sleek dress in my style and within my budget, no alterations required! Judy was honest and patient and fun to work with. I’d definitely recommend Urban Bride to other brides.

After a pretty bad experience at another bridal store, I realized that as much as the right dress is obviously important, the experience is equally important, especially to my family that were there with me. Dress shopping can be so stressful but this store has such a relaxing vibe, it eased my anxiety right away and I was able to just have fun!

I went to Urban Bridal for my wedding dress shopping, it was the first place I went, and I’m so grateful for that! I was helped by Judy, she was so helpful, kind, sweet, funny, and made me feel super comfortable and body confident, when I was nervous and worried I would feel defeated (and she didn’t even know that). I went to a couple other places that day, and did not feel that same care and passion to help, and I think that it also really helped make my decision on the dress easier. I also felt zero pressure at all to leave with buying a dress and she listened/respected my budget and didn’t try to convince me to spend more. I would highly recommend anyone going here to try on dresses, because how helpful it was. I feel incredibly lucky and happy that it was made so easy for me.:) 10/10 experience. We arrived and within minutes were being brought dresses to suit my helicopter elopement. With limited time off I had wanted to make a quick decision and it was sooo easy at Urban Bride!

My experience was amazing at Urban Bride! Judy was honest and helpful, and was super conscious of my budget and of the fact that my wedding is 5 months away. She gave me good direction in trying dresses on, had really good suggestions for alterations, and gave very professional and kind opinions. She really helped me feel beautiful in my dress and picked the perfect one out for me, but also did not pressure me into buying anything that I wasn’t in love with. And all of the dresses were gorgeous, and much better quality than anything else I had tried on. I was also able to add sleeves onto my dress and the customer service was amazing in that as well!

Went in today for my first ever dress appointment. Having a short engagement, I knew I would not have a lot of options in regards to getting alterations done in time. Judy was very friendly, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. She knew very quickly which styles would flatter my body type and there were a few I liked a lot! But one that I loved, and I said yes to the dress! It was such an amazing experience, and I do not have regrets about purchasing my dress from my first ever appointment. They were able to adjust the price slightly so the dress was right in my budget! Would highly recommend this shop!
