This is my Ist time visiting in urban brows millwoods love their services. Kiran di has done my threading and upper lips and they did fantastic.she gave me a fully satisfying services. Fully satisfied thank you so much.

They always do a phenomenal job. I bring in a picture of myself with how I like my brows, and they never disappoint. Because most of their business is walk in, sometimes they are busy and I’ve had to come back. Tonight I had perfect timing and she explained the difference between a regular threading and a sculpting. Thank you for another great visit!

If I can give 10 stars, 10 out of 10! I had my lash lift and tinted with Hemal, she’s the most gentle, skilled, considerate and professional technician! I have been to many other brow/lash places, this is by far my most fave! Try it for yourself I would say! Hemal is also very passionate and knows what she’s doing! I love how my lash lift turns out!

Bonnie Doon. Had the Henna eyebrows done for the first time last Friday! She did an excellent job in consultation and her work was beautiful. Many compliments! Will definitely go back!

Apparently they will not fill lashes that were done by someone else but they did in December when I needed them done

I got a hybrid open eye set and they look so natural. Almost as if it was a classic set but definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a more natural look.

I went to get my brows done to the millwoods location. The description online is not what I got.

“Introducing Brow Sculpting, a premium service featuring a thorough cleansing, mapping, threading, and styling using Brow Freeze and tinting gel for a defined, polished brow appearance. ”

She threaded and put tint. It took 5 minutes. I’ve read other reviews where they actually mapped and filled in where they shaped. I found this very disappointing. Plus I drove almost an hr, as I’m from out of Edmonton.

Did eyebrow shaping and waxing with my mom here, and Farah did an amazing job! 2nd time coming here and definitely will be coming back!

I find that this place is a hit or miss. I’ve had good experience with my first tech but not with my last one.

I had lash lift done but it didn’t even last for a week. Quite disappointed with the results and I don’t know if I’ll come back again.

I had a lash tint and lift with MANJEET. They were so gentle with the application. My lashes look fabulous I am super happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend her for services. GORGEOUS WORK!

I went in for lash extensions 3 weeks ago, showed pictures what I usually got from my regular lash girl. The person doing them didn’t do them the way I wanted and told me she didn’t because she didn’t want my eyes to droop, but it was what I always got. I just went to someone yesterday and they had a tough time just removing the lashes and weren’t put on properly. I had to pay over $235 for something that looked like regular classic lashes. They gave me a $10 discount and some bronzer that felt like a pity because it was done so terrible. Do not go here. I just got mega lashes done for $100 less. Place is pathetic, and just straight up didn’t do what I wanted because they felt like it. I wish I could give 0/5 stars.

I have been coming here for many years. All the technicians are great and gentle. I have been seeing Hemal consistently and she has helped shape my brows naturally and guided me on when to let them grow in so they are at their best. My favourite brow place and technician yet!

I want to thank Hemal for wonderful experience of threading. She is very professional and energetic lady. She made sure that everything goes well during the process. She is totally skilled and this made my day. I will surely recommend Hemal to other clients as well.

Every single time I come to get my eyebrows threaded they always always do an amazing job. The ladies are always so good at listening to how I like my eyebrows done and they always check in with me mid process to make sure they’re threading my eyebrows the way I want. Absolutely great service and they’re great at what they do!

Website says closed at 7pm on Friday. I went there at 5: 20 on Fridays august 26 and girl said she cant take customer as they are closing at 6pm. Very lazy staff at this location.

Got a classic eyelash extension today. I think my extensions look great and it was the first time I got them. I think that more people should be hired or working at a time. When my lashes were being put on my technician seemed like she was rushing because she was the only one working at the studio and lots of people kept coming in and she would have to tell them to come back later because she had an appointment with me. She finished my lashes in 35 minutes and from what I heard from my friends lashes are usually supposed to take like an hour to be put on. But my technician was very nice.edit its only 5 days after i got my eyelash extensions and they've been falling out since the second day i got them.my eyelashes look awful cuz there's chunks of eyelash extensions missing.

The lady was super nice. I originally tried lash lift but my eyes are sensitive so she stopped the process and was understanding and didn’t charge me for it. Super professional and did a really good job at the brow lamination

Harpreet is always so efficient and kind when doing my threading or henna brows. I continuously come back to have my service by her and am always so happy with the outcome!

Came in to get my eyebrows done. Sat down and then after 5 minutes the lady tells me to come back 30 minutes later. Terrible spot wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Hemal did a great job, its the most comfortable services ive ever experienced i did the hydrojelly mask, lift eyelash and brow tint.she had a very light touch and no upselling.highly recommended and become a regular client under her care.

Been going here for years and I used to love it but recently, the waiting time and service has been terrible. They should respect their customers’ time, I can’t believe I’ve waited for an hour for a threading.

I've have gone now twice for lash extensions and absolutely love going here. The ladies are delightful and very informative and I'll continue to keep going.

This is such a wonderful place to go. It's the only place that does threading I have used for a few years. Staff are so great to deal with and I'm very happy I use them. Never ever will I go for waxing. Far safer and you look good afterwards.
