We were pleasantly surprised (after experiencing other deliveries) with Matt & Matt from Urban courier. They delivered a Structube order to our home on a snowy day. They communicated very well, were courteous and professional. It was easy to see that they took great pride in their work. Would definitely recommend Urban Courier.

Very good experience! They were running behind, but called to give me an approximate time-frame - and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice. He brought my huge package right to my door no problem. Thank-you very much for delivering during the holidays and for being so nice and friendly!

Horrible customer service.
Completely unprofessional and no regard for anyone else’s time.

Our Structube furniture was scheduled for delivery on Thursday (14th) by Urban courier. I never received a call from them until Friday (15th) asking for what time would work for us on Saturday (16) I said we have to attend a funeral service between 12 noon and 1 pm if they can deliver outside this time it will be okay. The guy called me back and said the is the only time they can deliver on Saturday. Sorry other option is to get it on Tuesday next week. Very poor service.

This mover has extremely polite and wonderfully friendly employees. They were considerate, cheerful, took off their shoes, wore masks and were very careful. This was a great experience! They delivered a Black Sheep mattress to us and did an outstanding job (compared to a delivery experienced by another company earlier in the week) What a difference! I highly recommend them as THE BEST number 1!

Purchased a mattress and box spring at Mattress Mattress, was called by Urban Courier to set up a delivery date. All works great. Delivery was scheduled and on the day of delivery two very nice young men showed up to deliver and take King Size mattress upstairs. Both Nick and Mathieu were very friendly, professional and did the most amazing job getting that mattress to where it needed to be. 10 stars for both these gentlemen. Would deal with Urban Courier again because of these two men! Great Job Nick and Matt.

Josh and Renard did an awesome job delivering my furniture. Very heavy pieces that went to the third floor and they got it done without any damage. Great service and very happy. Hands down the best so far.

These guys delivered my very oversized couches to me today.and they seemed to bend the laws of physics getting it into my place! Fantastic job.not a wall was touched. They were fast, polite, and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend.

After moving back to Calgary and having to buy all my furniture again and have it all delivered, I have been dealing with several delivery companies. Urban courier was hands down THE best to deal with! From the pre-delivery call, providing a delivery time window, to the guys Terry and Braden that showed up to deliver my couch without a complaint or issue, my experience was amazing. It was all done so well AND with courtesy, kindness, and a smile. Urban Courier is great. They delivered a bed for us this morning. Two friendly young guys. They were careful both with our house and with COVID-related cleanliness. Washed their hands for two minutes before messing with the mattress. Thanks!

I had the most AMAZING costumer service from Structube for both of my orders. The delivery drivers for Urban Courier, Matt and Nick, helped me with both of my orders each time.with extreme patience and kindness I might add. With Covid-19 putting a huge stress on everyone's life lately, it was very kind of them waiting for me while I sorted my life out. I apologize immensely for taking up their time, and interrupting their busy schedule! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you again, and I will DEFINITELY order again in the future. Next time I won't keep them waiting.
