Upon meeting for the first time Mike and Erin Schimpf and Nova at Urban showroom (with the recommendation of our renovator Emilio Marocco) my wife Irene and myself experienced a very easy-going enjoyable communications regarding all of our questions and needs with alternate options for our new renovation. They were on time and always courteous, respectful, skilled and caring with a smile. Their pricing was very competitive for the materials and service they provided. After completing a significant search for product and pricing. Urban Granite was recommended to us. Very gald. They came out at the top for each category. We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of product, workmanship, and installation. The crew were on time, professional, friendly, courteous, and supeior in their workmanship. Sara, David and their Team were a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. The final look and quality of our new countertops on the kitchen counters and dining room island, and the sink and faucet are outstanding, and as a result, helped to make our renovation turn out magnificent. We had new quartz countertops installed by Urban Granite in April. A variety of people helped us from our first visit to their showroom to look at samples to ordering and installation. Without exception they were well-informed and open to answering questions which helped us make decisions with confidence. As we worked out the details of what we wanted I did wait a few days for revisions to the estimate (they are busy), but once everything had been worked out the process of templating and manufacturing the countertops moved quickly. We are delighted with the appearance of our new countertops, and only wish we had done this upgrade years earlier! I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I just finished getting new Granite countertops installed in our kitchen from the team at Urban Granite. The whole process (from picking the granite slabs to coordinating sink/faucet locations all the way to the final install) was simple and fun. The team that came to do the install was friendly, fast and efficient. And now we have a kitchen that feels brand new! Big thanks to Mike and Meaghan for all the help along the way. This is a top quality company!

Very disappointed with Urban Granite. After measurements were taken, and we were told that a quote would be provided shortly, never heard from them again.
Sent several text messages, and phone call, but never heard back from them.
I guess, redoing a kitchen counter, large Island, backsplash, laundry room and ensuite, all in Quartzite, wasn't a big enough job for them.
Would not recommend them.

Heard great things about this place, so we went in on November 26th to get a few quotes.were told it would get e-mailed within the week but it is now December 10th and still no word on their end. Even if things are potentially very behind on their end, an email to let us know would have been appreciated. We ended up taking our business to Jade Stone which has given us impeccable service.
Update: Jan 21, still no response.
