I really wish I could post a no stars review here. We bought some PJs for our son for Christmas. They were pretty tight so we took them back and asked to exchange for a larger size. I should say that we didn't have the receipt. No way! Most stores will honour a no bill return or swap these days.except this store it seems. We only wanted a swap, we didn't want a cash return.
I was told that the item was a Christmas item and they would give me $6 for the $30 item.what? It was very clear to me that this store, or the staff didn't want my business today, well, now you don't have my families business ever again. You could have made this right by just allowing us to swap the item out for a larger size.
