Went in to get relief from a sore shoulder. Renata was wonderful! Very polite, professional and welcoming. Gave me an excellent deep tissue massage that helped manage the pain I was feeling.

So grateful to have found Urban Massage and Wellness. I had the red light therapy, a massage with Leilane and an osteopath session with Jason. I have experienced a lot of these types of services and honestly say that these were ones worth coming back for. Also the owner of the clinic Nicole was so pleasant and helpful.

I love coming here to get a deep tissue from Renata! She really gets in there good! Hard to get in to see her though is the only thing, I guess that just means she is good at what she does! They direct bill and the prices seem to be on par. This is actually my first and only massage experience so I don't have a lot to compare it to.

Called in to book my spouse and myself in for a massage, was able to get in the next day. Gave a heads up to the receptionist that I was pregnant and would be just shy of 14 weeks (13+5), not thinking this would be an issue, as in my prior pregnancy I started receiving massage therapy monthly at the 12 week mark.
We drove in from out of the city, just shy of an hour, only for me to be denied my massage because I was not 14 weeks. While I completely understand that it is up to the discretion of the therapist (I unfortunately did have some very early losses in my first two pregnancies in 2019 and 2020 that I did write in my intake form), the whole situation was very disheartening and disappointing. Why bother filling out the intake information ahead of time if no one reads it until you arrive for your appointment? Why does it state on your website that a person can receive prenatal massage after 12 weeks, when I was told 14. The receptionist heard my weeks wrong while I was booking (she wrote down 17). At least both my husband and myself were not charged, but this whole experience has me unwilling to try to return here again. Giving two stars instead of one because we were able to book in last minute, and neither therapist charged us for the services that we ended up not receiving / not wanting to receive once I was denied.
For anyone pregnant trying to book here, double confirm that you will actually be able to receive your service before driving to your appointment.

All the staff at Urban massage are amazing. The atmosphere is great and everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Both my husband and I have been coming here for a while. I typically see Teri, she is fantastic! I always leave feeling amazing. I really appreciate all her knowledge and skilled techniques. My hubby sees Liz who is also wonderful and does an amazing job everytime.

Howl was really great at ny last massage. He communicated what he would be doing, he was checking in to make sure the pressure was good, and I felt so much better when I left. He made me feel safe and we had good conversation. I wi definitely be returning to see howl again.

I've been shopping around for my "go to" massage place for the past few months and I think I may have found it at Urban Massage & Wellness. I love their online booking feature. Also noteable on their website is how you can read through a detailed profile of all the massage therapists and their specialties, which they have a very wide variety of. Cupping, hot stone, acupuncture, reiki, they offer anything you might be looking for. The building is wonderful, clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I loved the massage table, sheets were soft, bed was warm, and there were padded arms for my arms to rest on when I was laying face down, which I love because I never know where to put my arms! My therapist was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about the body and different treatments she and her colleageues could offer, and she fixed the issue that was bothering me and the reason for my visit. I will be back. Thanks guys!

Usually see Sonia (who’s fantastic) but needed to get in last minute and was able to get in with Howl instead. I struggle with lower back pain and tension in my shoulders. He was awesome. Communicated issues and procedure with me. Gave me some good follow up stretches and advice. Feeling much better today! Will definitely book with him again!

I have been seeing Jenna for acupuncture facial treatments. The difference is incredible! Jenna has actually changed the shape and balance of my face. My fine lines are greatly reduced, the frown line that had started to be permanent is gone, and my skin is brighter and tighter. I highly recommend this treatment - it's also incredibly relaxing and stress-relieving. Plus, the rooms at Urban Massage & Wellness are calming, the music is always nice, and I nearly fall asleep on the table every time.

I have been seeing Terri for over a year for deep tissue massage and I can't thank her enough for her service! She creates a welcoming environment, takes the time to assess my concerns and tailors each treatment to my specific needs. She is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and offers valuable maintenance tips at the end of each session. Terri's passion for her work is apparent and I encourage anybody who is in need of massage to give her a try.

Got in same day to help relieve some lower back pain I was experiencing. I have been to a few massage therapists in the past but they were not the right fit. I went and saw Howl at Urban Massage, he was professional, attentive and very informative through the entire process! Will definitely be back to see him.

I have visited Urban massage as I am roofer and have constant pain in lower back. Even I have benefits decided to try student massage as one of my friends referred me to Howl Jenkins. Howl was professional, asked me few key questions to access my health. After that we have picked therapy and as soon as he started you can tell he knows how to find knots and even I am regular patient with other RMT you can tell Howl is a quick learner. He was better then some other experienced RMT's.
My back were not sour any more and Howl recommended some exercise to do at home to heal better. Payment was super easy and I like email option for receipt. Save the planet. Thanks Howl and Urban Massage.

As a tradesman, I have a physical job. Earlier this year I began having issues with tennis elbow in my right arm. I saw a doctor, took all the pills and tried to rest the arm - but it seemed to make no difference. I went to see Howl Jenkins and he worked his magical massage powers on me. The stretching he recommended was novel and beneficial. After several visits I found my pain had dissipated and my range of motion was restored. I would definitely recommend Howl to anyone having muscular-skeletal issues and certainly to anyone just looking to relax. Thanks for the excellent treatment!

I cannot recommend Howl Jenkins enough! I saw him for a massage with a focus on my neck/shoulders (experience headaches) and my calves/feet (plantar fasciitis). Howl was very attentive to ensure I was comfortable throughout the massage. And also gave me "homework" to do at home, to ensure I'm stretching the right muscles to help relieve the headaches and foot pain between sessions. I've never had a massage therapist give me homework before. So this was much appreciated!

Went in for the rapid massage therapy, I was able to help a lot since I went in experiencing pain and was able to help the therapist for a more targeted treatment. Danielle was awesome at fixing my issue, made me think twice about putting off therapy at least now I got use of my arm fully again!

My husband and I have been going here for two years or so and after being to many other massage places, we won't go anywhere else as we have found the best therapists here. We see Richard and Emma frequently but have seen a few of the other ones in the beginning as well and everyone has always done a wonderful job! Booking online makes things really easy.

I’ve been seeing Sonia for Manual Osteopathy for over a year now and will continue doing so. I always feel amazing after my appointments - Sonia is so knowledgeable and thorough. They take great precautions with COVID - clinic is always so clean. Front end staff is always super friendly as well!

I’m coming for acupuncture and I was so scared of needles at the beginning. But Chang is amazing specialist and he helped me with my fear. He is fixing my back and neck and I’m happy with my results so far. Highly recommend him. The staff is very helpful and nice. I’m happy that I found them.

Sometimes it takes a while to find an RMT that you can connect with. It can be real hit and miss. You don't like their technique (s) or they seem rushed to get you in and out or don't seem too interested in helping you resolve the pains or issues of why you are there. Or you simply just don't "click".
Sometimes it's just to treat yourself. Sometimes it's because you have some aches and pains that just don't want to go away.
Over the years I have been to numerous Massage Therapy companies looking for that "just right" therapist. Sure some were okay and some were disappointing. Some I went to were higher priced thinking they might be "better". Some were lower priced and proved you get what you pay for.
About a year ago, maybe a little longer, I decided to give Urban Massage and Wellness a try and booked an appointment with Samantha Wiggins. I can tell you that I found the RMT that I am the most pleased with. She is very professional while being personable. Samantha has always taken the time to understand what the trouble points are and with the therapy she has always had spot on stretching exercises to follow up with at home. Samantha has always taken the time to answer questions and explain things.
I really don't want to give Samantha Wiggins a great review because it will take longer to get an appointment with her because she is so great at what she does - but how can I not? If you have read this far then you have obviously figured out that I would give SAMANTHA WIGGINS 7 out of 5 stars. I highly, highly highly recommend her.
Urban Massage has been very accommodating in fitting in appointments. Once I needed assistance with a referral that Nicole was able to help me with that worked out very well. A company is only as good as the people working for it. Urban Massage and Wellness is a great company.
