What a refreshing experience to car buying! The guys at Urban Motors are NOT your usual used car - even new car - dealership! They listen, they are NOT pushy and are always, always going way beyond expectations for service. This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from Urban Motors, (bought a BMW X3 fir st time) and we are back because the first time was such a positive experience. (Bought an Infiniti QX50 this time). Both HaDar and Faisel are very knowledgeable and passionate about cars so its fun and educational buying from them. Honestly? For us, Urban Motors is our first stop for car shopping - good value and high degree of comfort buying here.

Great guys works in this dealerships. Everything is clear, relaxed atmosphere, no presure at all.

I recommend this place 100%! As a foreign woman coming here alone, I needed to buy a reliable car from honest people and not from people who push you to buy. And I found it here at Urban motor, Faysal and his colleague are very nice and took care of me to find the perfect car for my needs and helped me for the registration. Great car dealership! Definitely recommend!
After searching for a car for a few weeks, I visited both large and small dealerships, but I never experienced such attentive and excellent service anywhere else. The staff showed me exactly what I was looking for and assisted with the car registration process. I understood that I was purchasing a used car, and it was somewhat of a gamble. Within the first two weeks, there were two minor breakdowns, but Faisal covered all the repair costs under warranty. When I decide to buy another car, I will definitely come back to this dealership first! Thank you.

Recently we purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Faisal at Urban Motors. As we are from Lethbridge we first spoke over the phone and came to a deal on the price before making the trip to Calgary to see how the vehicle was. The weather was cold the day we went to Calgary and when we got there Faisal immediately informed us that the vehicles heater was not working when they went to fill it up with fuel. This was unforeseen and unfortunate as we had made the trip, but we appreciated his openness and honesty about the problem. Faisal and I ended up taking it for a bit of a drive for as long as we could. During the ride we spoke about his business and how long he had been established. As the owner/operator I could tell he was very passionate about his business, selling customers quality used vehicles, and his reputation as it is key in this industry. You can tell he really pays attention to the details when purchasing a vehicle as he trusts them to perform when a customer arrives. After we got back Faisal said he would book the vehicle in to get the problem checked and would cover any expenses associated with it. It ended up being minor due to the weather and the vehicle sitting for an extended period during our -30 to -40 cold snap. Although I didn’t give Faisal a deposit upon our first trip to Calgary, I gave him my word that we would purchase the vehicle after bearing the problem was solved. We shook on it, and he held the vehicle for us. Once everything was cleared, we made the trip back up to Calgary to pick up the vehicle. I wanted to wait until some time had passed before writing this review and the vehicle has performed and stayed in good shape. The Range Rover was clean and in very good condition. The maintenance records were meticulous. I appreciate Faisal’s honesty and ownership of the minor hiccup. He wasn’t pushing the sale, forcing a deal, trying to convince you to purchase an extended warranty, or pushing the financing like a typical salesman would. He ultimately lets you choose if the vehicle is right for you. Kudos to Faisal and Urban Motors for having a down to earth dealership. There’s a reason why he has high ratings. I would highly recommend Urban Motors and will be back in the future.

I bought a Volvo XC60 from Urban Motors. I’ve always been skeptical of any used car dealer, especially smaller, independent ones. Urban Motors put any doubts to rest. I am very happy with the car I bought from them. I have waited one month to write this review to ensure enough time has past problem free, and it has. I even took the car in to a Volvo specialist for an oil service and look-over…perfect car. I paid a fair price and the sales consultant Haidar was an absolute pleasure to work with.
