This is my 2nd time going to this salon, and I am beyond happy with how my nails turned out. The ladies are very gentle, very knowledgeable and just amazing at their job.

Hidden gem this place is incredible. It's clean and friendly staff. Huge selection of colors. I got a spa pedicure, and it was amazing. Massage was relaxing and my feet feel so soft. My toe nails were cut evenly and shellac color is perfect. 100% highly recommend this nail salon. Will come back again.

I see Cindy and she always takes such good care of my nails! I am often inside about colour or design and she is so good at understanding my ramblings and it comes out every single time just fabulous!

Manicure was horrible. Didn’t clean under my nails, barely pushed back cuticles and didn’t clean up cuticles very well at all. I will not be back.

I tried calling in morning the phone kept going to voicemail so I drove in from Edmonton to see if they had any availability. They were busy so I booked an appointment for 2 PM.when I got back at 2: 00 the lady I had booked with was still not done with her client. I sat there till about 2: 10 waiting for her to ge done with the lady before me.when she finished she then proceeded to go and help somebody doing a pedicure it was almost 230 and she hadn’t even started on my nails. I was extremely disappointed because I had driven in from Edmonton twice now that day ended up leaving because I had to be at a doctors appointment for 3: 30. I’m not sure why she had to go and cut the toenails of somebody that another tech was already helping it just definitely makes you feel like they don’t care about their clients. My time is important. Their prices are pretty high as well for what you get they charge you for every little thing.

Can’t recommend 4U Nails enough! I have been going consistently for about 4 months now and I seriously adore them. They are always so kind, honest about wait times, pleasant to chat with, and they do such a great job! They have great cleaning practices, great selection on colours, and competitive prices.

Don't expect to have even 10% of thier attention. They hardly listen to you and frequently dissapear to work on multiple clients at the same time. What should be a half an hour visit can quickly turn into 2 hours.

I moved to St. Albert 3 years ago and was looking for a good nail salon. I came to see HANNA for a manicure and pedicure and I have gone back to see her ever since. HANNA is by far THE BEST nail technician I have ever been to in the 30 years I have been going to salons for these services. I have traveled to over 40 countries and been to first class salons all over the world and I can truthfully say HANNA has provided me with quality of work I have rarely seen.

Went in here today for a manicure with my boyfriend and they mixed things up and thought we wanted pedicure. Then we sat and waited for 15-20mins and finally they started on my boyfriend’s hands. He sat for maybe 4 minutes total as they cut his nails and barely did anything else. I didn’t wait for mine because I knew I would be upset with the job too. He has uneven nails still, cuticle piece and hang nails still. Wouldn’t ever go back.

I had the chance to get my nails done by the best nail tech in the industry! Hannah has been doing my nails for many many years and my family members as well. My experience with her today was outstanding. I had shown her a picture of the full set acrylic nails idea I was thing of and she went above and beyond my expectations. I am normally a pretty picky person but I had not a single word or critique to say. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and to whomever is looking at this review. A big thank you to Hannah for making my hands beautiful again.

I decided to come based on the pictures and the reviews, I was surprised to see my own nails come out as less than desirable. My nail tech was very sweet and I say this as kindly as I can; I believe more training is in order. My hands - and nails - were left to be gritty with the nail dust, which resulted in gunk under my false nails she glued on. The tools she used had quite obviously not been sterilized beforehand, which has given me cause for concern of a possible infection. As I looked around the area that I sat, I noticed that one section of product had not been cleaned in ages, as it sat collecting dust in the shelving unit. There was product laying all over the floor in boxes, mixed with various items/tools for use. They are more concerned with you washing your hands, than to clean their work areas. I was hoping to find a place to go and become a regular, however; this will not be the place. I suggest thinking twice about going to this place and giving them your money.

I went there with my sister-in-law to get our nails done. My tech sliced 8 of my fingers while filing, and my sister-in-laws tech sliced her fingers and laughed about it. I left with nail glue all over my cuticles. My sister-in-law pointed out she had a bit of gel polish on the pad of her thumb that had dried, and instead of getting a cotton pad with remover, she started filing it off with a nail file. When that didn't work, she got the cuticle trimmer and started clipping the gel polish off of her skin; she ended up taking skin off of the pad of her thumb and still left with some polish on her finger. Not to mention our nails where uneven, had rough edges and had where very sharp!

Had a great time, was able to walk straight in and get seated right away. Super nice ladies and asked me exactly what I wanted to ensure I was happy at the end!

Just got my nails done here. It was amazing. They are fast, efficient, and I am definitely going to go back! Highly recommend them!

I came here today with my friend. It's renovated and modern. They have 7 pedicure stations and 6 manicure stations they also do waxing here. Even though my pedicure was complicated my nail lady was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back.

I've been going to the same salon for many years. I've been there through three different owners & have always had great service.
I get complemented on my nails. I do keep it simple most of the time, however sometimes I'll treat myself to a little more.
This is a great place to go & I do/would definitely recommended it to others. Keep it up everyone.

Won’t be going here again.she sliced into the middle of two of my nails and made them bleed, when she was remove the old nails.so painful that I can’t even touch those two nails this morning.old product should be filed off! Shape looks crooked and bulky.

They accommodated our large party of 7 with ease! The staff were very friendly and the pedicure was great! I will definitely go back!

Had a wonderful tech who originally fixed a problem from another salon. Everything was fine till I saw that my right thumb tip had come off so I came back to have it fixed. Tech that did the repair was the most rude nail tech I’ve ever had to deal with. I even said the colour of tips I had even colour of acrylic powder and she didn’t believe me because like I had some reason to lie about a service I had 4 hrs prior. I even had to tell them where to find the correct acrylic powder and even then the tech didn’t believe me and had to have a coworker confirm what I said. And again I mentioned that I can feel that the tips is not glued on and had the tech tell me it’s my skin and everything is fine. Such poor service, and no the tip still isn’t glued on correctly. There’s dirt under the acrylic. Will not return again. Went and bought a tube of nail glue to fix the problem myself because not listening to your client and being right is more important than having repeat business.

Ask to make an appointment with Hannah only. Quality of technicians isn't so great. My gel nails break the next day.
