Not sure what happened to this clothing store but selection for men's clothing is very minimum now and it sucks they used to have way more brands.

Great selection of trendy from clothing for young generation, we went to West Edmonton my teenage daughter enjoyed shopping, trendy clothes, books, arts & accessories. Store is open & bright easy to shop & very well organized.
Excellent customer services.

Love this store. I can always find something unique here. Great selection of novelty items, gifts, and vinyls which is what I usually shop for. Staff are friendly and they take SPC which is a plus!

Nice place you can buy a classic item in here.but its better make the price is good for the budget coz now where not that stable it yet

Ordered online and ended up returning the entire order in store. Was told to expect my money back within 5 business days yet TWO months later still had no return money given back. Called customer service multiple times and was told to either wait or that the return was already issued - there was never any transaction record of them giving me back my money. My bank ended up handling the situation and now Urban Outfitters has told me that any future orders I make will be canceled because I disputed them and ended up getting my money back through my bank. Instead they want me to pay for the order again otherwise I can't order anything else (which after this situation I wouldn't order ever again)

I went into UO today to get black jeans similar to the ones I went into the store wearing. I was wearing a beanie on my head but my hair was bad and I didn’t think I looked sketchy. There was a staff member next to me almost the entire time I was shopping. Whenever I looked up I could see staff watching me. I understand trying to prevent theft and doing your job but this was extremely unpleasant. There are no other UO locations in Edmonton otherwise I wouldn’t have shopped here. The service itself made me want to walk out of the store. Also, I couldn’t get any help with sizes/prices etc.even though there was staff members everywhere watching me.

Lots of quirky items you can get here. Clothes fit for teens or young adults. Not many staff to help if needed.

I went in because I saw a dress I liked on a mannequin, but couldn't find it ANYWHERE in the store. That was literally the only one. No one said hello to us or anything as we looked around either

I usually do not shop here but I had a pleasant experience from the staff and enjoyed the home stuff area.

I gave out my email for the 10% off, I was given a 32 digit code to type in and it doesn't apply to anything in the store. Not full priced items, sale items, beauty, anything! I contacted customer service 3 times. 1st time they gave me a code for 20% off but it ended up being for Anthropology. 2nd time they told me that there was nothing that could be done. 3rd time I was told I have to give my email again to him, I did and he stopped replying. I sat for 16 min on the chat with nothing.
I know they just hire a call center but I think the one they picked ended up being scammers.
Nothing is resolved, they have my email, I can't get a discount, and there is no way to contact anyone that actually works for UO.
If they don't lower their costs of everything or at least get better customer service, I can see them going under in the next year.

It is a cool store, and the workers are excellent. However, the men's section is minimal, and the prices are fairly high.

Housekeeping, customer services, layout of the establishment, quality and affordability of the products were in the area of 4 stars based on my level of income. Above the poverty line but under the $100,000 mark

This is the only place you can get a pre torn band t-shirt for unfathomable price of $54. If you are looking for the Booksmart soundtrack on vinyl, this might be the one and only place on Earth to acquire it. This store has the oddest collection of tv relics from 1986-2003 as well. It's a real niche store, but I enjoyed how random it is. Finish all of this off with a totally out of place mini handheld arcade Tetris or Christmas tree in a tube. If you need something but you just don't know what it is yet, you'll find it here.

Fun store. Lots of the typical hipster and boho chic type stuff from clothes to textiles and music.

I like browsing the current pop-culture items. So clever and cute.good gifts for the person who "has it all". Don't bother with the clothing, though, because even though it's adorable, the sizing is aaallll wrong.

Staff greets you when u walk in and that's it. I appreciate not being bombarded. Staff is easy to find when you need help

I just don't understand why I used to shop here when I was younger. I understand that by saying that that I'm an old man now, but whatever. I'm not sure it was a great store back then, either.

Good customer service but they were having issues with debit and credit so I was not able to purchase anything. They did fail to let anyone know that was waiting in the very long line that it was cash only so I waited 20min in line for nothing. So the service at the end of the day was pretty awful.

I was a former employee and honestly the environment was great until a new manager stepped in. The store manager constantly dictates whatever you do on the floor to an extent where “micro-managing” gets out of hand. Given a scenario where I was embarrassingly called out for not tucking in a tag inside a pair of denim in a tone of voice where a mother who was shopping later set me aside and apologized for having to deal with a manager like that is absurdly embarrassing. Service leading is a time for managing not be on your phone and giggle then after cat call employees on something that we aren’t doing “right” yet another reason for you to find towards doing your “job” yikes. Flexibility towards schedules and shifts being covered were quite an issue, the store manager would ideally ask you to book it off a month in advance but whenever my colleagues and I did it was never fully approved whatsoever but rather we were threatened to get write ups if we were scheduled on that day and no one was to cover it if the two shift covers were up for us which is truly unfair on our ends. All in all the other managers are great and nice including employees as everyone gets along pretty well.

At one time.twenty some odd years ago, the fashion and fun items were of a better quality. I saw mostly cheaper products rather than quality.
I bought a Ben Sherman small backpack twenty-five years ago and am still using it! It has stood to the test of time.
Now, I believe if I was to buy one of their t-shirts, it would have holes within three washes.
I was disappointed with the selection.

This store used to have a lot more cool gadgets but now it seems more like a record and clothes store.

Terrible customer service. I came into the store with lots of questions about deals going on and incoming shipments so I went up to one of the people working there and the girl was so rude she was rolling her eyes when I kept asking her questions which made me feel unwelcome and as if I was annoying her. I believe her name was Jerika. This was the first time someone working at urban outfitters made me feel unwelcome because I go into the store a lot and they are usually so helpful.

Good place to bring your kids clothes shopping and most likely pick something up for yourself as well.

It is a chain with a hipster vibe known for on trend fashions, accessories & quirky home decor items.

We went there to look for some champion hoodies, it suck cause they have very limited selection of style and colors.

Good store if your looking for the in style clothing but it comes at a high price for men's shirts started at like 35$
