Whoever stocks this store should be fired…. I drove 20 mins to this store as they have a large selection of men’s belts on the website. There were literally 3 playboy belts in the entire store, all the same kind and size. Oh well, at least they have a super rude check out lady who suggested buying a women’s belt instead….

I dont understand the point of having multiple registers and staff members. But only having one person working the register.

Just had Awful service by the blonde lady standing behind cash. Back to every customer waiting in line, had to call for attention 4 times before being acknowledged and her sending another WORKING employee to ring me through. All she was doing is standing behind the counter and looking over the visual binder. Ignoring EVERYONE. Being a manager of a store I would never allow any of my associates to act in such a way

My daughter and I went in on Saturday and the store was very clean and the team was so helpful. My daughter was a week past the return policy and the manager made an exception for an exchange to happen, very much appreciated.

No returns! Rediculous that they don't even stand behind their products! Was at the Sherwood Park location today and the employee (tall redhead girl in a green jumpsuit) was completely annoyed to even be there. She was annoyed to even open a dressing room for the customers!

We were in this store location early Saturday morning April 23. They really need to get staff that is good with the public. We walked in, the girl folding clothes didn’t acknowledge us. Go to pay for our items, we stood there for awhile, while the girl working the till was putting clothes on a rack. She then comes to help us, she’s rude, she just grabbed the clothes and shoved them in the bag. Didn’t even attempt to fold them. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. Both girls I was with said “wow, someone hates her job”. She clearly gave that vibe. Store was neat, and selection was good, but the customer experience didn’t even deserve the one star given.

The clothes are nice but it’s very slow, there’s not often more then one person at the till and she is very slow, I was behind one person and waited (not kidding) 20 minutes till she was done her and my order, there was a full line behind me and she didn’t call for help on till, not one employee helped or spoke to me, love the clothes but hate the service here, if I could rate this place 0/5 I would.

My daughter works here, and we’re impressed with how management treats and trains the young staff that work here
