Consultant Alex (girl from Ukraine) behaved incorrectly when I brought things back. Ignored my requests. I do not recommend this store, unpleasant staff.if you don't want to spoil your mood, don't go shopping there

Terrible service, I bought 2 pairs of belts, one opened and the other not, I bought it an hour ago, it was incorrect towards me, she didn't want to help, terrible staff, the mood is spoiled! The consultant's name is Alex, it's a girl from Ukraine, I don't recommend this store! I hope her management will see it, and she will decide something about it, I'm sure she wasn't the only one who treated me like that

This store has so much potential, unfortunately it’s not managed well, there is not enough staff for how big the store is! The store is always TRASHED, the staff only acknowledges you if you approach them or if you go to the till to pay. Great deals but horribly managed. Good customer service goes a long way in retail, I would consider re training this whole team.
