Urban Plant Cafe

I visit this cafe every Saturday or any time that I have a chance to. It is one of the best cafes that I have ever been to. Their bingsu is phenomenal, the taste is amazing, and the texture doesn't feel like a shaved ice, but it feels like you're eating clouds that just melt in your tongue. The panini and croffles that we ordered were also amazing from presentations to taste itself. The best thing is that the prices don't match the food! You get delicious food for less than $15!

The staff is very friendly and very professional, if you can't decide what to order just ask them because their recommendations are all good for new customers.

The cafe itself was quite unique, I mean that in a good way. The cafe was clean and very welcoming. If you like plants and a chill cafe to go to, this is the place. It's good for dates and brunches. Also you can buy plants here as well.

Overall, it's an excellent cafe from service, food, interior design, and cleanliness. I'll be back for more bingsu!

I love the Cafe. Staffs was friendly and the food was great. If you love plants, they have alot of them for sale.

Customer service is horrible. The girl who’s taking order at the till was very rude and slamming things. This happened on Dec 30.2022 at 9: 20pm

Very delicious macarons, the flavours are delicious and the fillings are always decadent. Matcha bingsu and red bean waffle are very yummy too, fluffy and not too sweet. Sweet grains latte is also a must try if you like boricha! Staff is very kind, I would highly recommend.

Honey Butter Bread is really delicious. The fresh plant air feels good when you go there. I recommend an urban plant that makes you feel good every time you enter.
I ate different types of coffee, smoothies, lemonade, and milk tea with my children, and they all tasted great they are so sweet.

Food was good but customer service was really bad, the lady taking the order was giving attitude because they close at 10 and we came and still have an hour left. If in that case you guys should close the sign early because it seems she’s mad that people still coming and cannot do anything but to give attitude. We were force to leave and we did not enjoy the experience, we are not coming back to this cafe. 1 star for the food.

Summer, winter, fall, and spring, I will always be here. Can't go wrong with the matcha flavor but if you want something classic, the strawberry mango flavored bingsu is my go to!

Such a cute and fresh environment. Staff were so friendly and put extra effort to make sure our order was to our liking. Delicious Bingsu and waffles and their coffee is deliciously smoothe and flavorful. Would definitely visit again.

I hadn't have bingsu for a long time, and came to Urban Plant cafe this time. The bingsu was delicious, big (enough for 2-3 people). The shop is small but cozy.

I'd reccomend the Bingsu or the croffles, both were delicious. Really big portions for the price you pay too, which is a bonus!

One of the best cafes in Edmonton. Very cozy and warm, it feels like home. I think I would try something different every time I come because the flavours are very light and refreshing so I don’t mind changing things up! I love the plants and the aquarium I say hi to the fishes all the time. Although there are little space, the way they use tall plants to separate the tables make you feel like you have a private area with your table. Highly recommend, one of the best places in Edmonton to show friends! (P.s. Matcha bingsu is the best if you don’t like your desserts too sweet)

Pretty interior with friendly staff, but I ordered the mango bingsu and it was gross. I love mango bingsu but there was weird little.chunks (?) inside that flaked off in our mouths and tasted really bad. The overall flavour tasted way too milky/creamy and overpowered the mango. Really disappointing.
