Amazing customer service setting up our storage locker with Kelly. She made it quick and easy, helped us sign up for exactly what we needed. We receive deliveries right to our unit, and she ensured the first delivery made today went smoothly.

I put all my belongings into storage here and 7 months later my unit was broken into (at least one more was also) and half my items stolen.
I reported this to the police, who requested video surveillance from the company. The video has NEVER been supplied to police, so either there is no surveillance video, or they just do not care and do not want to help.
As well, they promised me that within 6-8 weeks I'd get a refund of the remaining months I paid. 11 weeks later this still wasn't done and I had to hound them for this. I only received my money when I told them I would be making complaints to BBB and poor reviews.
Despite what their website says, there is NO onsite manager at this facility. The manager is nice but I think it is those above her that are the problem.
It's not so much the financial value of the stolen items, but the personal and sentimental items that are now gone forever.
I regret the day I signed up to store my items here and advise anyone to go somewhere else. It's bad enough my items were stolen, but then to be treated so poorly by the company.
This is a terrible company to deal with. They have NO respect for their clients. Store your things somewhere else.

Great service, great location with very friendly staff, and great rates. Would totally recommend this storage if you live on the west end

We had our things stored here for a few months. Very secured and surveilled property. Easy access in and out for big trucks. Many different sizes to suite whatever your needs! I highly recommend this company

Well hello peaple Very clean and freindly has bathroom not an outhouse for Tennant's just if 170 street close to west Edmonton mall highly recommend it.

Friendly, very informative and very helpful. Went above and beyond. I had a jealous ex threatening to enter my locker and they added an extra lock for security and said they’d keep an eye on it. Bad breakup don’t ask lol.

Accessible location, friendly staff, reasonable rates. And one of the only places with an office open on the weekends. Definitely would recommend!

Storage areas are clean. Management are friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, security system makes me feel like my belongings are safe.

Best possible self storage solution on the west end. Only $150 for three months? Can't lose!:)

Suggest moving the dumpster back from the fence to discourage people hopping into the property.

Just over $200 for 24 Buy 14 very friendly very homey when you walk into the house the office you just feel the warmth and the trust seems real so four thumbs up

Dealt with pat, she really went the extra mile to help me out after many storage places I visited seemed to be bothered that I was even there asking about pricing. I felt completely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend using U-store solely based on my dealings with pat. Wish I could give her 10 stars <3 Ty pat.

I came in before 9pm, and I didn’t realize that the gate wont let me out after 9pm, I entered the code but it says “No late exit”: (And nobody around, i phone the number but i just left a message, I knocked on to the door still nobody, theres no even emergency number to call if someone stuck inside. Now i have to stay here all night.
