I got pedicure from Soo, she was very nice and gentle. My legs and feet feel amazing! 10/10 would recommend her. The massage chair was really nice too.

Was my first time there, one thing I would suggest for first time customers is to have them go with a nail tech that is a little more experienced. I arrived for my appointments at about 5: 45 PM and was seated with a nail tech Marta. She was very nice and friendly, but you can tell she wasn’t very experienced. I wanted a fill as a person normally gets with powder ended up getting some weird gel like material on my nails which was weird. I kept telling myself to trust the process and that when she’s done, it will look good and ended up turning out not too bad, but would’ve preferred better and someone more experienced. Also ended up getting my finger cut as she was filing at the end of my service which really hurt.

The girls were great, booked me in within 20 minutes and gave me everything I asked for and were very helpful with tips with nail care and places to shop.

Third review update: wedding party bookings. I highly recommend. My daughter got married and 4 of us went to have our Mani Pedi appts and had the entire place to ourselves! Felt spoiled. Van was even able to put an acrylic nail on a finger that's missing the end and has no natural nail so it looked nice for the wedding weekend and Aimee took extra care to make sure the bride's nails were exactly what she wanted, she was so happy! Did a Disney fairytale theme design that turned out just like the picture shown. You won't be disappointed to book your wedding appts here.

Service review update- I wrote the review above a long time ago and it's still very true. I'd like to add that I appreciate the space is air conditioned keeping customers at a comfortable temperature. Ginny is also very good at taking care of me and I live the extra care she takes to paint a lovely design on my nails! I have been coming here exclusively now for over a year. Thanks for continuing to provide great service!

First review: Best spa experience in a very long time. Van was an excellent esthetician but I could also tell that so were the other 3 ladies working while I was there. Easy to communicate with them and loved the ability to book appts online. V5 has gone above and beyond to not only have a super clean space with furniture in excellent shape, but also in wearing masks and using plexiglass shields everywhere to make us all safe during this pandemic. My pedicure was so relaxing and I highly recommend the parrifin wax dip as an extra treat for your feet. Thanks!

There is no jets since Covid and it says that in their pedicures. Initially, my feet weren’t even soaked and the lady seemed like she was rushing it. Although I was disappointed as it was expensive for what I got, they let me come back and fixed the problem so I’m happy now.

So clean and hygienic place. They use a file for each individual. Van is so nice and skilled

Highly recommend! Had the deluxe style pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. The nail tech Soo, was amazing. My feet have never been so smooth and soft. Provided the best calf and foot massage along with hot towels and massage chair.

The manicure was great. I have very short nails and most technicians get frustrated with how short they are but not Soo. She did such an amazing job despite not having much to work with. My cuticles and hands are so smooth.

My wife and I received pedicures today. We have been clients for years and consistently receive amazing customer service. This salon is beautiful, very clean and no chemical smells often found in nail salons. This is a family business and the owner obviously takes pride in her salon and the high level of service provided. The one time my wife had a problem with her nails, she went back and it was graciously fixed for no additional charge. This business has 392 reviews with a 4.8. That's alot of happy, satisfied customers! Good for you V5 salon!

Poor customer service. My sister and I needed our nails done for a last minute funeral. The owner said they were fully booked. Instead of refunding our recently purchased gift card, they say "business is business", and didnt even offer to put us on a cancelation list. Very rude.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Soo do my pedicures multiple times and she is amazing. She always wants to make sure you are happy with your service and takes pride in doing a good job. Love my visits with Soo.

V5 nails staff are friendly and helpful, and the entire business is immaculately clean. From the disposable footbath inserts to the clear dividers between clients/staff, you feel safe getting a pedicure.

Highly recommend V5 Nails. The owner Van is a kind and good-hearted woman not to mention talented. In fact, everyone working at V5 is as lovely as Van. If you have sports or dance-related issues with your toenails, Van works absolute magic. Due to lots of hiking, my right big toenail came loose and broke off except for 1/8 of a toenail. Gross, I know. My Mom is not a fan of sitting next to me for pedicures. Makes her queasy. My left big toenail is now 1/2 a toenail. After consulting with a podiatrist at Van’s recommendation, my doctor gave me the go ahead to have Van add an acrylic to each big toenail making them whole again. After Van’s handiwork, no one would know I’m in the slow process of growing back toenails. (I would post before and after photos, but no one wants to see the before.) And that’s not all Van can do, if you suffer from the agonizing pain of hangnails, Van can get them out skillfully and you won’t feel a thing. She has done a better job removing my painful hangnails than two different podiatrists I have visited for this issue in the past. Truly, I would rather see Van about my hangnails than a podiatrist. She is meticulous and gets to the root. If you have any of the above toenail problems, do let Van know when you’re booking your pedicure so she can schedule extra time. Recommend booking in-advance versus doing a walk-in as this is a popular salon for good reason … also very clean. Big fan of V5. Will not go anywhere else.

Hospitable, clean, easy online booking and checkin process - this will be my go to for pedicures from now on!
