Really good service! Youssef gave me good options for my budget, now I have a new handheld vacuum cleaner.

They literally called me up (I am in the USA) and asked me to send pictures to ensure what I ordered was in fact correct and that it would work - who does that? ! The company and employees are a class act. Ordered two replacement handles for a Beam internal vac system. Have not received item but I am sure it will be correct and will arrive without issue - if you are in the US and concerned that you are ordering from a Canadian company - DON'T BE AND PROCEED WITH CONFIDENCE!

I'd just like to thank you for your service and your customer care. I ordered a replacement vacuum head and you were kind enough to follow up with me to make sure I had the right head. It turns out I didn't so you asked for more info on my vacuum cleaner and changed the order to the proper head. It works like new.

First off, I bought a new power head from the Vacuum Specialists a couple months ago. I had ordered it on Amazon and they called me to inquire about the wand I currently had, to ensure the correct fit. Little did I know the company I was ordering from on Amazon was located in Calgary. They had me come into the store with my current power head and wand to ensure it would fit properly. They cancelled my Amazon order and I paid instore and left with my new powerhead. They went above and beyond my expectations with their customer service.
Secondly, my central vac started making a funny noise. I called the store and the gentleman helped me troubleshoot the noise coming from my central vac. I had a clogged wand for the power head. He was able to help diagnose the issue over the phone and it was rectified in a matter of minutes.
A huge thank you to this company for their amazing customer service! I would 10/10 recommend them for any of your vaccine needs.

Nicely updated store but prices are too high compared to other places, that's how they afford the renos.

I called Vacuum Specialists in Calgary and spoke to Ammer at their north store. We discussed various options for my home, even though my research online led me to the DuoVac Asteria. Ammer was very pleasant to speak with and I decided to contact him, even though he told me the south store was closer to my residence.

My wife and I met him the following day and I must say that we had the most relaxing time during our purchase. Ammer made us feel very welcome and listened to our every question. We did buy the Asteria model after giving Ammer additional information on our home and he agreed it would be the best purchase for us.

I provided a photo to Ammer of our existing old central vac system. From that, Ammer showed me a diagram for the new system. Rather than pay $200 plus to have a new system installed, I was able to install it myself with the items Ammer provided me. It system works beautifully and the vacuum is a dream.

This was an overall great experience and I would not hesitate in returning to this store for any of my cleaning needs.

Incredible service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Vacuum Specialists' Centre Street location gave my 11 year old Dyson vacuum new life twice. First they fixed my powerhead, 2 months later they fixed a broken wire in the hose for no charge. I'd recommend them to all my friends or anyone else reading this review.

These guys are great. Had issues with a Bissell Pet Vacuum on two occasions. They supported and educated me. Provided a trade in deal to replace the bad purchase. Looking forward to getting the pet hair outta my carpet.

We received incredible customer service at the NW Vacuum Specialist location! We wanted to purchase a Sebo D4, however, we're vegans, so we did not want any attachments that use animal or horse hair. The team at Vacuum Specialists went above and beyond by contacting Sebo Canada to confirm which tools used animal products, and then removed those tools from our box and offered synthetic hair/nylon replacements at no extra cost. We will definitely shop here again in the future!

I have a Dyson under warranty and even I should call the Dyson from some warranty stuff. I called the vacuum specialists and they helped me with that. Youssef was very professional, calm and patient. He is above and beyond. The team in general is the best. The best service ever. Thank you all.

Wow! What a great experience! Was greeted by Maria as soon as we entered to inquire about our older dyson, she brought it back to Omar right away, to get us a quote

In the mean time I thought I would jump on the dyson website to see if it would be cheaper to get my parts through them, while we waited Omar was able to get our parts installed once agreed within 15min as opposed to dyson, would of shipped out my parts, and would of been more expensive and I would have to do the install myself, and I would of had to wait at 2 weeks for the parts.
